I really enjoyed staying at this place as it was right in the middle of a busy area. It is a noisy place but that did not bother me. The accommodations were nice. The only thing I was missing was laundry in the condo. I would have liked a washer and dryer in the unit. But for what we wanted it was a good place to stay.

This unit is very conveniently located on Ocean Drive, the heart of South Beach. The balcony has an ocean view and breeze for enjoying an early morning coffee. The rooftop pool and bar has a lovely view of the ocean and many lounge seats. In addition to building guests, the rooftop pool also hosts the public starting around noon until sunset. One of the most popular Ocean Drive restaurant/bars on is located on the first floor.

We had the most amazing time staying at this apartment. We picked up our key at reception for check in easily, even though we arrived late at night the reception is manned 24/7. The room was spacious also and all Televisions had netflix etc.The balcony is long and accessible from two doors. There is a very comfortable large bed and two pull out beds for others if needed. The kitchen has a brilliant oven to make pizzas garlic bread etc and 2 ring stoves to make pasta and soups. We brought our own travel kettle with us for tea but there is a coffee maker there to use and a toaster. The maid came in every few days and exchanged towels for new ones and we also rented two beach towels from reception for 10 dollars cash only and were refunded the last day. There is a sign to keep door closed while the air conditioning is on and this is a must. We had a slight problem with the air con and contacted the owners, within seconds we got a reply from Rob and he sent out a lovely maintenance guy straight away and all was working perfectly again. Really appreciated this. With this accommodation we were warned of noise, as its right above the Palace show bar but we throughly enjoyed the music on the balcony as free entertainment and joined in the fun. The pool upstairs on the 6th floor is lovely with fantastic views and a bar shared with the Palace bar, at weekends they have a DJ and pool parties which is definitely a fun time. If you want to join in the party then this is the place to be.

Excellent party location

Not a place for kids, but if you love to party and hear/see live entertainment every day, this is the place for you. Rooftop pool is beautiful, location is awesome and we had access to everything we needed within walking distance.

Great spot

This was a great place to stay. The kitchen says fully equipped but it does not have an oven and only 1 pot and 1 pan. Needs a little TLC in some spots but overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the balcony and area of the property.

Wonderful if you can sleep thru loud noise.

This place is a great for South Beach. The room is above the Palace I think its the loudest restaurant out of all the row of restaurants and bars but its I can sleep thru anything.

Nice location and appartment

I think the location was great, in case you want to save some money while staying there, the place has a kitchen and everything you need to make a meal. The supermaket is very close to the location as well near Washington and you will save tone of money.

Noisy Nights

Didn’t like staying in the same building as an all day and night ‘show’. Loud party crowd. Parking is 4 blocks away. Had to use shower, tub water faucet didn’t work. Otherwise, nice balcony view, easy beach access and clean room. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Good stay

Place is right on the strip in the middle of everything but it could have been cleaned better before arrival and that only give u 1 roll of tissue balcony was full of ashes but I love the condos it looks just as the picture stated

Great location/Great views

We’ve stayed at this property for several years now and it never disappoints! The space was great with the one bedroom and the view from the balcony goes all the way to the ocean. The roof top view is even better!! If you want somewhere quiet this is not the place for you as there are nightly shows downstairs but that wasn’t an issue for us.

Great experience

This condo was excellent! Just as the website description. The only thing I think should be changed is the entrance to the Hotel building. You have to walk all your luggage on the strip on front of restaurants and everyone sitting outside and people walking the strip.

Great location, but non-stop noise

We arrived early and pulled up to the front of the building. There was a drag show going on and when we pulled up my GF asked why we stopped. I told her this is where we were staying. They let us check in early for 25 cash. The apartment was nice but could use some fixing up a bit.We were warned that there was some noise by the owner, but we had not expected the show downstairs to be making non-stop noise from morning until 2AM. It shook the entire building.The rooftop pool was beautiful but it was open to the public so it was difficult to get a lounge chair.Even with the noise, we enjoyed the stay.

Clean and easy stay

The suite was beautiful. A few broken appliances but only in a cosmetic way. The sink was not in place and would slide around but it still worked. There was some broken tile peices around the bathroom as well. The shower/tub was very relaxing with the rainwater shower head. Each unit is run by a different host. Rob and Val are easy to get im contact with. However they are strict with the check out times. It is an 11am checkout time and there are no exceptions to getting a later check out. Others at the hotel had different experiences. I would definitely stay here again. The units are gorgeous and roomy.
