Ce studio situé au 918 Ocean Drive est situé en plein centre du quartier le plus visité de South Beach.

DE NOMBREUX AVIS POSITIFS SUR LES AUTRES GRANDS SITES WEB DEPUIS 2010.

Deux lits doubles, une cuisine entièrement équipée et une salle de bains spacieuse en font un meilleur rapport qualité-prix que les hôtels de la région .... WiFi gratuit, télévision par câble, chaises de plage, parasol et serviettes de plage ne sont que quelques-uns des équipements offerts.

PERFECT location to Muscle Beach, Beach access, restaurants & everything Ocean Dr! Has everything you need to feel like home and not a hotel room. Cant wait to book it again!!!

Enjoyed my stay

The place is very clean and also have everything you need. We were happy that we had two beach, chairs and umbrella to go to the beach and the place is in a wonderful location. Definitely will stay again.

I loved this spot! It was super cute, close to the beach, and had all the amenities I needed. I will say the only downfall was the noise, there are clubs to both sides of the building, so it can be loud, but I adjusted well (but I also grew up near train tracks). Loved. that there was a dishwasher as well!

Thank you. Ocean Drive from roughly 5th to 15th Street is very busy and it's very difficult to find a quiet place to stay at a reasonable price in the area.

Prime location

The location is right in the thick of South Beach night life, and right across the street from Muscle Beach and the beach access. The place isn’t big, but we didn’t spend much time in the actual apartment to where it made a difference. I’d definitely stay here again.

Super cute home!

We loved our stay at Lee’s home. It was clean & spacious enough for me & my two other friends. Place was close to the beach & a walkable distance to just about anything on Ocean Dr. Would definitely stay again!

Thank you so much Lee! Me and my family had an amazing time at this place. Perfect location, close to everything (shops, beach, restaurants…), kitchen had everything we need and more, communication was easy and fast. I will definitely stay there next time I’m om Miami.

Best Location in South Beach

Can’t beat the location. Right in the heart of South Beach. Across the street from the beach and the art deco museum. Unit has umbrella and beach chairs, which can save you $40 per day. Process was easy. Owner was responsive.

Had a wonderful time exploring South Beach. Room was clean and functional. No view from the windows but we didn’t mind. All in all great rate for this spot. Recommend

Right in the heart of the action!

Quaint studio apartment right on Ocean Drive, steps from the beach. No vehicle needed, walking distance to restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Note: you are above a restaurant that turns into a nightclub and is open until 4 or 5am. The owner Lee is awesome as is Alex, they respond right away to any questions or concerns.

In the Middle of It All

The property is on Ocean Drive, right on the beach. For rockin teenagers and partiers this place is in the heart of South Beach. Great vibe, air conditioning is perfect, on top of bars and restaurants and all the night action. Lee, the owner is 24/7, friendly and there for you. Come to party, it’s the place.

A Nice Little Apartment

It was a nice decent apartment for a short get-away. The place was clean and Mr Lee and his staff were responsive. There wasn’t a need for a car. A lot of the places were within walking distance. The only downside is probably the elevator broke down but it wasn’t a huge deal breaker since it was one flight of stair for where the apartment was at.

Sobe retreat

Just what we needed.Only 2of us.Had 2 comfy beds. full kitchen which we barely used but nice to have.Nice hot shower.We werent in the unit much so had all we could ask for ,sleep and shower. SO much to do in walking distance.We did get a rental to venture out for a few personal reasons and parking garages rates could of been lower but its Sobe.

Wonderful!!

This is the place you want to be. If you are ok with some music playing at night then there won’t be any problem. The place was clean and a perfect size for a small family. Communication was not only with the owner but with his assistant as well. They responded to any questions I had immediately either by email, text or phone call. They were on point. I will be definitely be booking with lee again.

Vacances à Miami Beach

Très bien placé pour aller à la plage et pour toutes les commodiés. Trop bouillant pour une famille. Ne comptez pas dormir avant 3 heures du matin. Les logements se trouvent au dessus de restaurants avec ambiance musicale cubaine.

Not worth it

The tv from the last guest that stayed had everything in Spanish could not change it to English even in the settings menu it would not work had to call the property owner he finally got some one over about 3 pm that day after placing the call the night before also no hot water fiund out you had to let it run for like 5 minutes there was a roach on the floor emailed the owner he was a smarty pants about it and also did nothing I asked for an exterminator he said one had already been out and he had to wait 2 more weeks before another could come out the noise didn’t bother me that was to be expected considering where I was also the was sure how to access the room it wasn’t like your regular Combination on a door you has to hit the buttons twice somthing not normally done prior to that I had to use the key that was attached on the other side of the door which was in a lock box and I did and the cover to the lock box would not go back on so the guy who came out for the tv and the hot water fixed it all I can say is never again Wasted my money

It is always disappointing when on occassion, a guest is not capable of understanidng some simple basic workings of an apartment; particularly when the guest reaction to these misunderstandings gets exagerated and overly critical...Specifically: 1-The apartment has a Tankless Water Heater---It takes a minute or so for the hot water to pass through the Heater to make Hot Water (Not 5 minutes)...The guest never understood this, so my Assistant went to the apartment the day after arrival as it was late when she advised me of the "problem," and he explained the process...One problem solved. 2-(I think) that the prior guest had changed the TV Setting from English to Spanish. My assistant and I were not aware of this...My assistant went the next day and made the adjustment...We did not know about it till late on her arrival day and could not go there that night. 3-The guest had a problem opening an Electronic Lock...I can't say why...I can say it worked properly; And my assistant showed her how to use it properly the day after her arrival as part of the assistance with the other issues...Her only problem after that was that when she left, she tried to put the key back in the lockbox and had a problem. 4-The guest found a bug...I don't know whether it was dead or alive...I explained to her that in South Florida there is never a 100% guarantee that an apartment will be bug free; And I explained to the guest that the Building and all the apartments are professionally serviced monthly...If there is a big problem (very rare) I have the Exterminator go the building as soon as possible for additional service...My Assistant looked at the apartment and found that there was no real problem...And for this I have received a new Nickname: "Smarty Pants." I was disappointed that she felt this way, but what can I say? It has been said before and it is still true today...You can please some of the people some of the time, but you can't please al of the people all the time...I suggest you read other reviews for a more balanced representation of guest experieinces.

Review

The check in process was easy, communication was great, he gave pictures of exactly where to go. The apartment it self had what we needed, a basic place to stay, small but we didn't plan to stay inside long. It is located above a restaurant/bar so it is loud at night, we didn't mind that because it is at a great location plenty to do within walking distance. The downside was the cleanliness, it was very dusty. There was dust coming from the furnace closet and on the ceiling. Both of our allergies were acting up. Also, the grout and tile could some some attention.

Great vacay spot

Loved having a place so close to the beach with a kitchen! Be aware that the street is touristy and loud so if you’re not looking for that check out locations on Collins or Washington.

THANK YOU... by the way, the Collins and Washington Street areas between 5th and 21st Street can be just as noisy. This whole area is the Tourist part of South Beach and if you want to be close to the beach and have quiet, you're going to need to spend quite a bit more money for one of the Oceanfront Resorts or one of the high-end hotels.
