Cette unité populaire au 2e étage est très joliment décorée, avec des sols carrelés partout. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour préparer les repas ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse. Vous apprécierez la vue imprenable depuis le balcon avant du golfe situé juste à côté du salon et de la chambre principale côté golfe. Bien que le complexe dispose de 2 ascenseurs, cette unité est facilement accessible par les escaliers. Sunswept est situé directement sur la plage de sable blanc qui vous sépare des eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique. Ce condo Orange Beach est à seulement six miles à l'est de Gulf Shores, en Alabama. Vous trouverez des commerces modernes directement en face de la rue. Les églises, 10 terrains de golf de première classe et la pêche ne sont qu'à une courte distance en voiture.

Perfect beach trip

The condo was VERY clean... and I am a stickler on this. The view was great. Had issues with our air one afternoon and the problem was solved within an hour! Great service. Highly recommend this condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week at Sunswept. The Gulf water was clear and no jellyfish. The unit we stayed in was clean and had been recently refreshed. The office staff is on-site, which is hard to find a property now with an on-site office, and staff is friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, across the street from grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. The public beach access is no longer public which seemed to cut down on the number of people on the beach front. We also enjoyed the large pool with plenty of seating and a grassy area for the kids to play on. Will definitely be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! The place is small with a fair amount of wear and tear. The TV does not work. Most outlets in the condo do not work and only one in the front bedroom is working. The front bedroom is very hot while the remainder of the condo is cool. Condo has well equipped kitchen. We had 6 towels, 2 hand towels, and 3 wash clothes. That is disappointing. Overall it was a last minute booking in a good location.

We came every year when our grandchildren were very little and always stayed here in one condo unit or another. After spending winter vacations in Florida, we decided we needed to come back to our favorite place. Right here in Sweet Home Alabama, at Sunswept. It’s special to have the property management team right here on site. We stayed in Unit 203. Very clean, nicely furnished and perfect on the second floor. Fantastic view of the beach and surf as we ate all our meals on the balcony.

Thanksgiving at the beach

We were expecting two beds in the 2nd room and there was a full sized bed with a twin trundle. This would be best to be accurate. It was clean upon arrival and easily accessible. The condo needed some minor repairs and touches. Many outlets did not work , tv missing connections, the fan very noisy in the den and the toilet continues to run in the master. With some minor adjustments this could be a really great condo.

Disappointed

Photos on-line showed 2 beds in 2nd room. We got one bed with a trundle? Would not have rented knowing this.. Light from street shined in 2nd room all night no curtains to close out light. Floors not clean. Sewer smell in condo the whole time. On the plus side, pool was beautiful and condo was right on the beach.

Multiple issues with this unit!

Reviewer Comments: I was very happy that the management company was willing to work with us for an early arrival due to our airline schedule. Unfortunately, when we got to the unit, there were several things that were a disappointment. When we open the door, the stench from the kitchen was terrible. I ran the garbage disposal to dispose of whatever was left in there that was not cleaned out. We had to ask to send the cleaning people back in because the dirt that was clearly visible. Numerous maintenance issues including a fan that was so wobbly and noisy we couldn’t sleep with it on We were afraid to use it and were advised by the maintenance man not to leave it running while we were not there. The hooks in the bathroom were laying on the floor, so there was no place to hang a towel. The one toilet seat was broken, and most importantly, the vent from the dryer was not attached so when we ran the dryer all the hot air and flew back into the room. There were electrical outlet issues and some light we were never able to get working at all. When I first went to the management company with a list of issues that filled a stent on notepad, and the woman was very rude to me, and said that there were no complaints or issues before. Then another lady stepped in and started talking to me, and she was much more receptive to our concerns. The maintenance man was very nice when he came, but we didn’t feel that these things should be taken care of while we were occupying the unit. Another issue we had was every time we sat on the patio. We were chased in by the strong cigarette smoke. I know that we were not allowed to smoke in the unit, but we couldn’t enjoy sitting outside because of the neighboring smoke.

Construction

They were roofing the complex so some of the parking lot was blocked off, scaffolding and the hallway from elevator retained water. They placed a piece of wood over the water, kind of helped. The unit itself was good, clean and plenty of room for us. The complex had a nice pool and beach area.

Sunswept Vacation Property Review

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience with Coastal Properties was fairly seamless. I reserved online, paid prior to arrival and picked up door keys when we arrived; no hassles. Our condo was nicely decorated, had plenty of amenities (like cooking utensils, towels, extra bedding, etc.). We were right on the beach and parking was convenient. While enroute we were informed that painting was being done on the exterior of the building. This was a bit inconvenient as scaffolding was erected outside our deck, but not the end of the world. Some work on the exterior of the building is needed and future renters will benefit from some freshening up. In our unit the toilet in the master bedroom ran continuously and when we attempted to inform management they seemed disinterested. All in all we enjoyed the stay and would recommend the property.
