Ce chalet de plage de style hawaïen classique est situé au cœur de la pittoresque baie de Hanalei, Kauai - à seulement quelques pas de la plage et à seulement deux pâtés de maisons du village de Hanalei. Cette charmante maison de poteau offre un porche et un plan d'étage ouvert qui présente un plafond en poutre et des fenêtres à persiennes pour faire circuler les brises douces du vent. De superbes vues sur les montagnes avec des cascades sont encadrées dans la fenêtre de la salle à manger / cuisine à l'arrière. La cour spacieuse comprend des bananiers et des papayers, des plumeria et d'autres plantes tropicales.

La plage en croissant de deux miles de Hanalei est à quelques pas pour bronzer, se peigner sur la plage et nager en saison. Avec la plongée en apnée, la randonnée et le kayak à proximité et les magasins et restaurants dans le village de Hanalei, c'est l'escapade de vacances idéale!

A Wonderful Stay

Clean, cosy, and full of character, this is such a lovely and comfortable home. Watch the bay with a drink out front as the sun goes down, or marvel at the unobstructed view of the mountains and waterfalls from the big kitchen window over breakfast. Our two year old really enjoyed pottering about, seeking out green lizards in the garden and was a BIG fan of the beach toys. Speaking of the beach, it’s right there, 3-5 mins walk away and the village is not much further.What a tranquil spot and a peaceful place to stay. It was our first stay but won’t be our last. We hope to return as soon as possible.

Very comfortable clean house with everything you need, 1 block from beach and a short walk to town. We would definitely come back.

Loved walking to the beach for sunset every night, sitting on the front lanai after a day’s activity, easy walk to town and the farmer’s market. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Beautiful views out the kitchen window. Towels were yummily soft. Would have preferred to not find dried food under the couch. Must remove the description of a dishwasher present.

Gorgeous Hanalei Getaway!

We loved our stay at this little Hanalei hideaway! We love the north side of the island for its green beauty, beaches and waterfalls. This cute house had views of all of it. From one bedroom, we could see moutains and waterfalls, from the other, we could see the beach and bay. The walks to the beach and the Hanalei stores and restaurants were quick and easy. The house was clean and comfortable, and Kauai Vacation rentals, who manages the property, was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location at Hanalei

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Within walking distance of both local shops (including a grocery store) and the beach. Views from the home were beautiful. Be advised there is no ac or dishwasher. There are multiple fans, and we kept the windows open, which was sufficient with the breeze. Washer and dryer are a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped, and we appreciated the beach chairs, and used the grill. I will definitely rent here again if we get the chance to come back. Customer service with the rental process was exceptional. I love Hanalei. Neighbors were quiet. We did have a rooster and his family, including chicks nesting in the shrubs. If you want to drive to Ha'ena State Park, be prepared to reserve early for that. Hanalei Bay was beautiful and the water just right for the month of May. You don't need full sun to enjoy the beach; we went out on "cloudy" days and still felt warm. We only had one day out of five that was rained out.

Wonderful home but not ideal for young children.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The homes location could not be better. And the space is totally adequate for 2-4 people but it didn’t work so great for us with our kids (age 4 and 8 months). The walls don’t go up to the ceiling so there is no sound barriers. Sliding glass doors with no marks or stickers so my kids kept running into them. And the deck and stairs are quite dangerous for little kids to go upand down or be on the deck alone. Also no kids beach toys or wagon.

We enjoyed our 2nd time staying here. The location is wonderful and the house was very clean. The neighborhood vibes are terrific and the beach being in walking distance is perfect. Easy access to downtown Hanalie.

We enjoyed sitting out in the lanai every morning having our coffee and looking at the ocean. We were glad the rental has some great fans to use which were perfect for sleeping and staying cooler. We were able to walk or bike to town as well as to the beach! The unit was clean and worked out great for my husband and I. The management company was very nice. The one item I wish was different would be to have a lock box with the key or a code to get in. It was a little bit of a inconvenience to have to drive to Lihue to pick up keys for a rental way up in Hanalei. Mahalo!

Just Right

This property is just right for small families who want to have a nice vacation without breaking the bank. Good location and Walking distance to everything. The only negative is there is no AC. It isn’t always needed but the house can get stuffy if there is no breeze.

Beautiful location

Within walking distance to everything. A perfect and beautiful view of the mountains out of the picture window in the kitchen. Amenities are well thought out to include everything you would need. Loved the history of the house learned through pictures and text. We would stay here again and again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my second time renting from Kauai Vacation Rentals and my second stay in Hanalei. I was very happy with my stay and my chosen accommodation - an easy walk to shopping and the beach, the home was comfortable and well maintained and everything needed for a relaxing stay was right there. It also has a large garden area, both front and back which was great when the sun was shining. The front deck was also nice in the evening to relax and watch the world go by before sundown while listening to the sound of the ocean and the birds. When we lost power during a storm, the next door neighbour very kindly called and offered a supply of water or the use of their gas stove if necessary which was very thoughtful of them - particularly when they will have a revolving door of neighbours through the year. Would certainly consider renting this property again in future.
