C'est une villa exceptionnelle de 2 chambres, rénovée en automne 2017 à un niveau très élevé, située au coeur de Coral Bay, la plage et la rue principale sont à distance de marche. Le coin salon avec cheminée et les doubles portes-fenêtres donnant sur le patio faisant face à l'avant mènent au salon avec télévision, à la salle à manger et à la nouvelle cuisine. deux chambres et une nouvelle salle de bains, grand terrain avec des plantations matures et une piscine nouvellement alignée avec des marches romaines pour faciliter l’accès. mobilier de salle à manger et de salon extérieur couvert et balcon du premier étage partagé entre les deux chambres donnant sur la piscine et un autre balcon de la chambre principale donnant sur la mer, en séjournant chez nous, vous bénéficierez de réductions dans de nombreux sites touristiques et restaurants

Wonderful villa, exactly as described, in a nice quiet area. Perfect for our family of four. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again-Lisa couldn’t have been more helpful, both in the lead up to our stay as well as during, with her recommendations for car hire and transfers being just superb.

Gorgeous Villa

Villa was lovely, everything we needed. The welcome pack on arrival was such a nice touch and perfect after a long journey. A couple of things needed replacing and the owners responded immediately so no hassle at all. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely Property in a perfect location for us

Great communication from Lisa and Felix. Friendly Taxi service at the Airport arranged by Lisa, straightforward access into the Property. Quiet location which was ideal for us, Clean property, Comfortable king size bed, we spent two weeks sitting outside relaxing on the comfortable seating or loungers. Perfect size pool. We didn’t eat in much but kitchen equipment all available. Powerful shower once we realised we’d accidentally turned the pump off.🙄 As described on the site. Very relaxing holiday for us, just what we needed. Coral bay has some lovely restaurants about a 15min walk which we’d recommend you do due to eating too much. Easy walk to the beaches, read Lisa’s notes about shortcuts, it will save you time. We’d recommend Dolce Vita for some lovely meals out. Also try Lekanto, family run, lovely fresh cooked food. Philippos supermarket is about 15min walk but they do offer a complementary free ride home with your shopping.definitely worth it. Thankyou Lisa for the complementary welcome kit, life saver on a late arrival and in the morning. We will definitely visit again

Arrived by taxi and got into villa with no problems, they welcome pack was great with the basics and drinks. The pool was everything we hoped it would be and to look at the actual villa was what we actually had. Could not have been happier with everything.

Letter on arrival to inform us Coral Bay is a building site …. Not enough room to write all I’d like

Prior to coming the host contacted me to tell me it was Easter bank holiday when we arrive. She offered to get us shopping, at cost. The villa is in a peaceful setting. The pool area is lovely and sunny or there are places to be in the shade. Loved watching the lizards. The outdoor seating area was nice, Inside is very inviting/ cosy. The pool could have done with a clean. The water was clear the whole fortnight however a vac of the bottom would have made a huge difference. The only downside to the villa itself was the cleanliness. We bought some cleaning products, so an easy fix. Also there is a damp and mould in the bathroom. We aired it well which helped the smell but the plaster was falling outside, which we swept up. Coral Bay is currently a construction site while ‘the strip’ has a new road and pathways put in. I wish we had been informed prior to coming, especially as the host was forward thinking enough to inform of easter weekend. We had not hired a car due to villa description of everything being in walking distance. We have then had to hire a car whilst here. The response from the host, was rude as she couldn’t understand the upset as restaurants (on the building site) are open from the rear (the back alleys / car parks) and there are 20 restaurants she listed on a note on the table to inform us of the works on arrival to the villa. We did not want to eat on a building site and access via back alleys. It is about 30 min walk to the strip with the closures - 2km.

Bayview Villa Coral Bay

Five week stay, hosts Lisa and Felix fixed minor problems promptly. Villa well appointed and great location. It was a shome that the main strip at coral bay had been dug up, closing some of the shops and restaurants . Otherwise we had a great time and look forward to going back next year.

Fabulous stay

Big thanks to our hosts Lisa and Felix. Nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful all round with great communication before and during our stay. Lisa arranged our taxi transfer both ways which was brilliant. My wife and i stayed for 2 weeks. We're villa first timers and hopefully won't be our last. Beautiful villa set in a quiet cul de sac. A mix of residents and visitors we guessed. Very clean and tidy and nicely laid out. Many thanks for the lovely welcome pack. Everything you would need in the kitchen, good bathroom with a powerful shower upstairs with the bonus of a 2nd loo downstairs. The bed was sooo comfy. We both slept well.plenty of storage. Good aircon upstairs and down. Smart tv with lots of British channels. We loved spending time (most of our time) around the pool. Sunbeds, parasols and a lovely sized pool to cool off in. So peaceful and very private. Have some cash ready for around 4pm. The ice-cream van comes around. They have the biggest 99 I've ever had! We did see Felix a couple of times during our stay ( pool cleaning ) and we had a gardener come once to trim the bushes. It was only half an hour so no problem. Located around a 10-15 minute walk into coral bay strip where you'll find lots of shops/ restaurants etc. About 10 minutes to the beach which we tried and was very nice. Phillipos is the main supermarket. Get your main shop here ( amazing fruit) and you can get a free lift back. Bus stop for paphos opposite the beach. Loved it!❤️

We loved this villa….

The villa comes with a relaxed, chilled out, peaceful vibe which we both throughly enjoyed and the pool, sunbathing and shady veranda all helped to make our stay so memorable. Lisa and Felix were perfect hosts. We’d love to stay again…..

Lovely relaxing villa

We had an incredibly relaxing 2 weeks at the villa. Was all as described - inside very comfortable for our family of 4 and the perfect outdoor space/pool. Main shops and restaurants a leisurely 15 min stroll away so a great area. We got the bus into Paphos harbour one evening which was about 15 mins away. Would highly recommend this villa!

Excellent Villa

This villa is in an excellent location. The area was quiet - being a cul-de-sac with fields at the rear of the property. The main strip of Coral Bay is approx.15-20min walk and the nearest beach about 10min walk. The villa itself was clean and felt bigger than the photographs suggest. The aircon in the bedrooms and downstairs helped during very hot times and made our stay very comfortable. All mod cons included with the villa so it felt like home from home. The nearest big supermarket is long walk but they offer a free service of dropping you and your shopping home after your shop. Car hire, as recommended by Lisa, was relatively cheap. They also offer a pick up service from Paphos airport (included as part of a weeks car hire) which I wish we knew about before, as this would have saved us on a taxi fare. Recommended restaurants were excellent - notably Porto Antico (walkable), Sentiero (car needed), Andria Steak and Grill & Samisen Japanese Restaurant (both on the main strip in Coral Bay). We would also recommend the boat trip from Latchi to the Blue Lagoon (Cyprus Mini Cruises). You will need a car to drive to Latchi but the drive is stunning with some amazing views of Cyprus. This was a great villa in a great location with a friendly and helpful host. We would love to return here again.

Well equipped and comfortable villa in a quite neighbourhood a short distance from beach

This beautiful villa is set in a quiet neighbourhood a short walk from the main street in Coral Bay with plenty of great bars and restaurants. It is well equipped and has a great outside covered seating area next to a good sized pool. Thanks to Lisa and Felix for making our stay so enjoyable.

Week stay - Easter

Week stay at the villa April 2023 for a family wedding held at a nearby hotel. Very spacious villa, we stayed with our 15 year old and 9 year old who were happy to share a room. Very quiet street, 15-20 minute walk to coral bay strip of restaurants etc. (use path to the right of the villa, path is on the left hand side). Great welcome pack provided with milk, bread etc and a booklet with loads of relevant information. Lisa arranged our transfers to and from the airport and we used same taxi to visit a few restaurants including Oniro’s, which I highly recommend especially at sunset. If you like shopping the 615 bus will take you to King’s Avenue shopping centre and also to Paphos harbour (last stop). Thanks Lisa! Michelle & Eddie

Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
