Prime location to the tube. Area had a nice locals vibe. The house was a great condition. The stairs are a little narrow for luggage to get upstairs but that is only a minor detail as once your bags are up they are up. If and when we go back to the UK i would love to stay at this location again
Check-in was a breeze, communication was timely. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the French press for coffee in the morning. The property was very clean and well supplied. This property was located close to public transportation (our preference) whether bus or train. We logged 34 miles walking and sightseeing. Numerous bus and train rides were so much fun. Being in the lively vibe of this neighborhood felt great and very safe!We stayed with our daughter, son in law and two granddaughters. Everyone had ample space and the sleeping arrangements were perfect with three bedrooms and two baths.Highly recommend this place for a stay while in London.
Loved this apartment, great street, tons of restaurants and a grocery store across the street. Great outdoor patio to sit and have a wine or morning coffee. Huge bedrooms and great to have two bathrooms. Highly recommend.
My husband, three daughters and myself throughly enjoyed our stay on The Cut. The house had a wonderful location which was very close to the tube and train station. It was very convenient. There was plenty of space to relax and the beds were super comfortable. We have no complaints and would stay there again should we make another trip to London.
Our location was perfect! Each morning we walked to places like The London Eye, Burroughs Market, The Tower of London, and the Westminster Bridge. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms were well equipped with closet space and the beds were so comfortable.
I have zero complaints
We were so very happy with our stay in Waterloo. Excellent location. Numerous restaurants.
You could walk to many different areas. It was nice having a washing machine and dryer. my family loved the area. We would absolutely return.
We had a perfect stay at the Waterloo Sunsets & World Class Theater apartment. We could walk everywhere! The Waterloo Station was very convenient as well. The neighborhood was safe and fun. There are restaurants nearby with excellent food. The Windmill was especially good. The apartment is clean, spacious, and has comfortable beds. Canât ask for more than that! Thanks for the great week in London. Would absolutely stay here again
This is a wonderful place to have easy access to explore London. Quick access to both Waterloo train station and the Southwark tube station (few minutes walk to each), with restaurants and grocery stores right across the street to let you settle in and make it feel like home. One note is that the bedrooms, living room and bathroom are all on different floors with no lift, so it might not be a great fit for those with mobility issues, but otherwise this is a wonderful place for the family to call home in London!
This property was perfect. The accommodations were comfortable and spacious. We had plenty of closet space for our clothes, and the rooms were spacious as well. The beds were comfortable and we had enough room to relax at night. The location is also AMAZING. We were right across the street from a grocery store, we had plenty of restaurants right on our street, and we were a 15 minute walk from everything. We walked to all the major London attractions with ease - but if we wanted to we were also only 2 minutes from the Tube. Honestly, we could not have picked a better place.
The flat was just as described and in a lovely, lively, but friendly street with more foot traffic than cars. We were happy with the well stocked kitchen with plenty of pans and dishes and glasses. We are family dinners around the table and watched a couple movies from the sofas. The fans were a big help as it was warm.
A latch or wedge to help keep the window open would be nice.
Location Amazing, Apartment Could do with Upgrading
The location of this property was the best thing. Close to Waterloo Station, Southwark and Blackfriars. Great having local supermarket across the road and places to eat. Bedrooms were good size. Lots of narrow stairs so bear this in mind when booking. And the downstairs bathroom was freezing. Had to buy some additional bath mats and the dryer wasnât working. Just needs a little attention to bring it up to scratch.
We 70-something US grandparents rented house to share w our 30-something kids, and 6 &9 year old grandchildren who live in The Hague. Central location was a dream. They walked to Tower of London, Tate Modern and London Eye. Bussed easily elsewhere. Restaurants and grocery across the street gave us easy access to food.
Rooms are good sized and range across 5 -stories, so prepare for STAIRS. Grandparents took top flr room and bath. Family took 2 bedrooms on 4th flr, and shared 2nd flr bath. Living/Dining/kitchen was on 3rd flr. Entry was 1st/ground floor. Rooms were bright and well-lit, bathrooms and kitchen were modern and well appointed.
We had a great time! Thanks
Lots of stairs between the different landings, but this worked great for my family. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and get decent rest. Location was very close to Waterloo and could walk to Westminster/ Parliament. Kitchen had everything we needed. Property very clean
We could not have been happier with the flat. It was in the perfect location. Coffee shop, pub, and grocery just downstairs! Tube stop just down the street. It was the perfect place to stay with our three kids. We felt right at home. Thank you so much for a wonderful home base in London
An exceptional 4 story rental apartment with excellent amenities and a fantastic location with great restaurants and convenience store, along with two tube stations within a five minute walk...the Waterloo station so close was especially convenient getting from Heathrow and the Pancras International train staition. Highly recommend!
Loved the convenience of good restaurants and a grocery on the same block, two tube stations within a short walking distance, and two local theaters close by. The flat was clean and well-kept. There is no air conditioner. It was warm our first night there, so we opened the windows to get a breeze and that allowed a lot more of the street noise in. The other nights, it was cool enough to just open the rear-facing windows and get adequate ventilation/cooling.
There are theatres in every direction, it was heaven. Great location to get around London because near Waterloo. Large apartment but on many levels so stairs and then some more. Agent as easy as can be to deal with. All round an excellent stay.

Great home base for a family of five.
We were so pleased with our stay. It is only a 4 minute walk to the Southwark underground and a 6 minute walk to Waterloo station as well. A grocery is across the street. Several restaurants are within 2 minute walks from the front door. The space was more than adequate for our family of five. With the restaurants nearby, it can be a little busy later into the night. But with windows closed, it didn't bother us a bit. We enjoyed having things so close by.
The kitchen was great for us as we prepared several meals. We utilized the washer/dryer and were able to pack lighter because of that fact.
The location was really nice and central. It wasn't too busy, but not so far from everything that you spend all of your time getting to and from. We used the tube and buses almost exclusively. The only down side might be the multiple flights of stairs. But for our family it wasn't a problem at all. We would highly recommend this location. Made us feel like we had a home base more than a typical hotel experience.
Very good location for us minutes from Waterloo station. Lots of room for the family so not having to live on top of each other even though we were in London. Supermarket across the street and a great local pub on the corner. Very good apartment for a family but there are a lot of stairs so maybe not suitable for those who are not used to living with stairs. The London Agent was a pleasure to deal with and helped with airport transfer.
Great apartment. Nice and clean and up to date.
Be sure to go to Olivelli restaurant across the street.
Easy walk to the Big Ben/Westminster bridge area.
Easy access to the Tube.
The reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is the corner bar can get a bit noisy at night if you want the windows open. Even with that, I would rent this apartment again.
