Outstanding Villa

Had a fabulous family holiday, highly recommend this villa based on suitability, location and value for money. Provide absorbent mats at the entrance to the kitchen to minimize the risk of slippage especially for small children.

We had a fantastic stay in this house

We had a fantastic stay in this house. It was beautifully quiet yet only 2 minutes walk to the local shops and taxi rank and a very short walk to the beach. Pedestrian crossing made it safe enough for our two older children to walk to the shops alone. The house was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. We were extremely comfortable and had plenty of space (2 adults, 3 kids). The garden and pool were beautiful - a real sun trap. The host was lovely, very friendly, efficient, and incredibly accommodating. We would definitely stay here again 😊

Villa Portals Nous - lovely property in great location

Once again we have have had a wonderful two week stay at this lovely villa in Portal Nous, which is well equipped with a lovely pool area and in a great location. Both the booking process and subsequent liaison with the Priority Villas staff at the start and end of the stay were very straightforward and communication with us was very good, with very fast deposit return. I would happily book with Priority Villas again, and if available we would come back to this villa for a third time in a heartbeat! Nothing significant comes to mind, you were very good.

All good, with just minor issues.

The location is great. Communication was also very good. There is plenty of space and the pool area and BBQ work very well. Most needed in the kitchen are catered for. The WiFi is also very good. Two of the bathrooms only have a Hand-held shower head. It makes it hard to shower comfortably and the girls used to go to the proper shower in the lower floor bathroom. It wouldn’t take a lot to mount the hand shower attachments would it? There was some dog noise, which we could have done without but I guess not much can be done about that.

Loved our stay in this beautiful villa. The hosts where so nice and helpful. I work in the hotel industry so I always have high expectations but this was really excellent! Good location, super clean and beautiful villa, loved the pool and good beds. Really can recommend this villa, also for people with small children.

This is one of the best-located villas in Portals!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Tolle große Villa im Mallorca-Style. Der große Bedroom und die Terrasse samt Pool waren super. Die kleineren Zimmer könnten etwas größere Betten haben. Extrem sauber und gute Kommunikation. Danke für alles. We liked the villa a lot. Only the beds if the two smaller rooms were a little bit small and short. Maybe it would be better to change them, because for two adults its too small.

The house is very well situated, 2 mins from a supermarket, taxi and bus stop and 10ish minutes by foot from the beach. It was very well equipped with everything you may need for cookingjust chilling. Pool was really nice, clean and big enough and the sun beds and bbq next to it were such a great addition. Moreover, the house is very spacious with 3 big bedrooms and 1 smaller one (where though you have a proper desk/chair/wan cable so pretty okay office), great living room and dining room (which we almost never used as we were always dining outside next to the pool). At this price, the quality you get is simply outstanding so we are definitely recommending it and intend to visit again! ❤️ Nothing

Best stay possible

I've rented the house with 4 friends of mine for 7 days. We've had the the best stay we could imagine. The owners are very friendly and we also had a good relationship with the neighbours, they we're very kind to us. We saw the pictures on the website and already thought it would be a very nice house but it was way better than we expected. The bedrooms are very big and comfortable. The backyard was the best. The pool was perfect and you have a very plesent place to sit under the veranda. In conclusion the house is definitely worth it!

We were so well welcomed by the host, and the house itself is extremely clean, with all the amenities needed. The host was so responsive and helpful in the check-in process. The beach is extremely close, around 5 min walk, and it is an outstanding beach (we have been to Playa de Illetes but the Portals Nous beach is even better!). There is a supermarket at the end of the road (1 min walk) and several bars as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, from families to groups of friends and couples. Great place to stay

A beautiful villa with everything you would think of. Great place for a grill, nice pool, everything is clean and thought through. We were two families with 3 kids and really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Family villa

The Villa location could not be better.The road it is on is very quiet and very close to supermarket,Beach,Restaurants and bus stop - all within 5 min walk.It feels a very safe place and our older children - 13/15/18 could walk to the supermarket and beach on their own.The villa was spotless and had everything you need for cooking and washing - tea towels/salt/pepper/scourers/olive oil/coffee/sugar etc etc.The air con in all rooms worked perfectly and was nice and quiet with no bad odours.The bus stop at the end of our road, 2 min walk was excellent with buses running every half and hour in either direction and 2 euros each to get in to Palma - 35 mins away.It took 30 mins by taxi to the villa, from the airport - which again is great.There is a new building being built behind the villa but this did not really bother us too much.The main thing for me was that i did not have to drive anywhere once we arrived, due to the location.There were 7 of us at the villa and it did not feel crowded with lots of space for everyone to relax.The pool was amazing and was not too chlorinated, we had so much fun in it..all in all, one of the best places I have stayed with my family....
