Architectural Guest Home conçu par l'architecte de renommée mondiale Jeffrey Page. Home siège directement sur le parcours de golf Links de l'Arizona Biltmore, à Phoenix. Être directement sur le Biltmore Circle est une énorme différence - similaire à être "sur la plage" par rapport à un pâté de maisons. Nous sommes à quelques minutes à pied du Biltmore Resort.

Chute d'eau / bassin à l'entrée avec salon et cheminée gigantesques. Installez-vous à la table de billard et regardez les golfeurs ou les oiseaux sur le lac. Le coin cuisine est une cuisine avec une table de cuisson à 2 brûleurs dans la zone humide.

Wi-Fi, télévision par câble, réfrigérateur STOCKED avec boissons, aliments pour le petit-déjeuner et friandises inclus. Linge de maison et vaisselle + inclus. Le centre commercial Biltmore est au coin de la rue. Être sur le «cercle» est idéal pour les promenades (environ 3 km). Les canaux parcourent des kilomètres et des kilomètres pour la marche, le jogging et le vélo.

the estate is in the Biltmore circle great location good facilities very unique great Host

Very unique guest House really really neat Super Great Host Karen and Erick were wonderful fully stocked refrigerator, and all the comforts we will stay again when we get back to Phoenix Rich, Karen and Huckleberry

Better than Described

It is not very often when you look at photos of a residence that the actual home looks as good as the pictures. In this case the photos didn't do it justice. The home is so unique with floor to ceiling windows views of the lake and golf course and the sound of a surrounding water feature. But what made this place really special are the owners. Karen and Erick were so gracious and accommodating. You could not ask for better hosts. There is not enough space to tell you all they did to make our stay better then we could have ever imagined. Suffice it to say it was a little bit of paradise.

A great place to stay

This guest house may be the most creative, unique place to stay in Arizona. The architecture is amazing. The location is terrific. Karen is a wonderful hostess. The bed is the best! Sheets and towels are top notch. And the kitchen was stocked with more food than we could eat.

The Hosts were great, but disappointed in the accommodations

The hosts were the nicest people on the planet which makes it difficult to leave any negative feedback, but I would have wanted to know prior to booking. The guest house is in need of some upkeep/maintenance, but the biggest thing for us was all the stains on the living room & kitchen furniture. And the host told us at check-in that we could have some scorpions in the house and we did kill one that was on the back of the couch. And being from the mid-west, that freaked me out. The space has a lot more room than is shown from the pictures and is in a fabulous neighborhood that we enjoyed our daily walks in. The host stocked up the fridge and provided drinks & snacks and even drove us from and to the airport and wouldn't even accept any gas money for doing so.

Wonderful place to celebrate the holidays

We were so pleased with this property and the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The uniqueness of the guest house and history was fascinating. The location could not be better as it is close to our friends and family. Thank you Karen and Erick for making our Christmas holiday so special!

Special Property

We stayed at this property after our original booking fell thru on day of arrival. It turned out to be a blessing. The property is quite special and the Owners are gracious and welcoming. Our travel for the Thanksgiving holiday had a dual purpose as we were also saying our goodbyes to a family member in hospice. The owners did not know this, I can not say enough about their hospitality to distract us from our situation. We recommend this property if one is seeking a special place, it is as described and one who is open to the history will find this a one of a kind experience. Thank you for all of your kindness.

Wonderful Mission Style Guest House at AZ Biltmore

First, the owner/managers are wonderful - friendly, accommodating, generous and kind. The property was stocked with breakfast, healthy snacks and wine. Guests share the larger owner's property, but while here you have complete sense of privacy. The guest house is an architectural accomplishment, and is truly unique. There are floor to ceiling windows throughout that look out to gardens, and the golf course. The styling is slightly quirky and odd, but in the best of ways. Five gas fireplaces, sunken living room, full-sized pool table, office and two ensuite master bedrooms. The kitchen is not built for full-on cooking outings, as there is a two burner stove top, microwave but no oven. The outdoor gas grill provides for this. Kitchen equipment is complete. Overall, a great place and excellent value.

Outstanding location. Exactly as advertised. We’ll be back.

This was the perfect location for our visit to Phoenix. The house is in the heart of the Biltmore - the finest place to stay in the area. It’s extremely comfortable and Karen is a terrific host. We have never rented a VRBO so well stocked with drinks, breakfast foods and snacks. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

Perfect little retreat in the Biltmore Estates

Stayed four nights at this little guest house tucked away in the Biltmore Estates and could not have made a better choice! The owner was exceptional and sweet! She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! She stocked the snacks and refrigerator full for us and even picked up some fresh fruit for me. The separate home was extremely unique, but well appointed with three bathrooms and two bedrooms. More than enough room! The view in the morning of the sun rising over Camelback was beautiful. For my husband and I visiting family in town, the location was extremely convenient. All in all, I would stay again at this home!

Amazing Place and Amazing People

My stay here was the most incredible experience I have had staying in an Air BNB or HomeAway location. I was in town for a lodging conference down the street from this location at the Biltmore Hotel. The owners were extremely kind and accommodating. They communicated very well and far in advance of my arrival. They had everything ready for me when I got there, which was amazing. Very unique and custom. It had a pool table, fireplace, office, entertaining area. Pretty much a wonderful bachelor pad for entertaining. I was able to bring guests from the event and socialize with them outside of the conference which was very helpful to my trip. It allowed me to feel like I could entertain my clients and get some good one on one time with them. Everyone that came by loved the place and asked me how I found it. The owner provided a full booklet of all the nearby shops and restaurants, gave me a full rundown on the house and how to use things, as well as helped me with taking and picking up my dry-cleaning the following morning because I ran out of time prior to my trip. They stocked the fridge with snacks and drinks. They provided soap and other sundries in the bathroom. It was just an absolute treat. I felt like the king of the castle here. Never met such kind hearted strangers in my life. I wish they were my own family. I strongly recommend this place and even more.... The people who own it.

Beyond my expectations!

Auto Auction at the Biltmore -- was just a few minutes away to walk to the Hotel. So convenient! I have stayed at the Hotel before but this place is superior--being directly ON the golf course. The accommodations are outstanding and fun. We played pool all night. Thank you again for the superb experience.

Incredible Home Directly on Golf Course !

This home exceeded my expectations. I have stayed at the Biltmore Resort but the rooms are not directly on the Golf Course! The Views from inside are of the Lakes and Camelback Mountain. Golfers pass by; all kinds of birds and wildlife. The accommodations were incredible -- expansive glass, fireplaces, and a pool table! Listening to the water fall/fountain was soothing. The location was so easy -- 10-15 minutes to anything and everything.Definitely world class.
