This beautiful, gated community, condo (upstairs unit) is nestled in the heart of Phoenix, on the outlaying property of the Biltmore Hotel. Stocked with all the amenities, your home away from home is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by golfing, hiking, shopping, food, and endless entertainment options. The Biltmore area is 5 minutes away from uptown Phoenix and minutes away from the 51 freeway that can lead you to downtown Phoenix, Tempe, or Scottsdale in a short time. Come enjoy time golfing at the many well know golf courses in AZ, swimming in the clear, blue pool, or enjoy time on the porch enjoying the sunshine and a cup of coffee!

OVERALL:
This is the upstairs unit of a quad. The stairs on the outside leading up to the condo have been fully redone and are sturdy. Once inside the condo, all rooms are on one level, so no one is above you and you will not be hearing any footsteps from the neighbors!

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a warm, open-feel concept. The electric fireplace adds ambiance, the 82'' big screen TV on the wall in the living room is great for any sports game, and the dining table seats 6 comfortably.

KITCHEN:
This well-equipped kitchen has all the needed tools for a home-cooked meal. The stainless-steel appliances give you space to store and cook your food and the island/peninsula create extra space to prep meals. Additionally, an RO Water System has been installed in the kitchen, as well as an ice machine to make sure you stay hydrated in our dry, Arizona climate. There is also a wine fridge in the coffee bar, should you wish to keep your beverages chilled.

BEDROOMS:
This home sleeps four; a king bed in the primary and a queen bed in the guest room. Each bed is equipped with hotel-quality linens and the two full bathrooms are stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities.

The first bedroom features a queen bed, a spacious closet, a dresser, and ample lighting both from the lights and the window (along with dark shutters to keep it out if desired). The view of the Piestewa Peak will put anyone in a good mood and start your day on the right foot.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, a generous walk-in closet, an attached bathroom with a shower and sinks for two, a dresser, and a view that overlooks the golf course. Spend your time sleeping the day away or wake up early to watch the colorful Arizona sunrise.

OUTDOOR AREA:
The patio offers a higher-up view to relax without golfers in your sightline. It has a grill and dining area so you can enjoy the cool Arizona evenings.

EXTRA AMENITIES:
Guest amenities also include complimentary WIFI, cable TV in the living room and each bedroom, community pools and hot tub access, and a washer/dry unit in the hallway. Parking is available in visitor spots on the side of the street. Please note that street parking is not allowed, and each unit is allocated one garage spot and one guest spot per unit (per HOA guidelines).

A few items of note:
First, A "Starter Kit" of coffee pods, sugar, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and detergent is provided, which should last a few days to make your arrival less stressful. Should you need anything further, there are 5 grocery stores about 2 miles away.

Second, we are not affiliated with the Biltmore Hotel itself and it is a separate entity, so the Hotel Pool is not part of our community. Day passes, however, are available through ResortPass.com. Our communmity does offer two pools, which also have hot tubs. You are more than welcome to schedule a golf tee time or book a reservation at one of the many restaurants and bars in the hotel, just like the general public. We do not have discounts or added amenities because we are on the property.
