Great place to stay

It was beautiful and well thought out. There were disney items for the kids and lots of fun things to do as a family on the property. Location was great and place was accurate to the online photos. Would stay there again for sure!

Loved it!

The property was perfect for our family. Kids loved the pool. House was clean and had everything we needed. Management responded right away when needed. It was a great stay!

So beautiful!

We loved staying is this property! It was beautiful and so close to all the Disney parks! The owners and management company were very friendly and wonderful to work with! Dawn is very quick at responding to any questions I had leading up to our stay and was very thorough in the directions on the house! We highly recommend this property and any others under this ownership!

Cute home

The homes layout was great for us. We loved having 2 master suites and one room with a queen. It worked perfectly for our family. The lake in the back yard was so amazing and fun to fish.

Lovely villa, nice free extras, great stay.

Exactly as described, very friendly and personable booking process. Villa was immaculate, and had everything we needed. Free phone calls and netflix a real plus and local reps very good too. Just before we arrived great to have an email from the owner warning about new driving license law coming in over in Florida. Useful heads up. Would love to go back.

Fabulous Florida Find!

My boyfriend and I spent a wonderful week in this LARGE, beautifully appointed, sparkly clean, perfectly situated home. We thoroughly enjoyed a few days in Disney parks, which were an easy 15 minute commute. Day-trips to golf courses, spas etc. were made that much more enjoyable due to the convenient highway access from this home. Good restaurants and stores/malls nearby were a real bonus. The pool, hot tub and serene lake views were just beautiful! The owners were very quick to answer my questions. Highly recommend the Island Grove Wine Co. around the corner for wine tasting & bakery treats!! Happy Travels!

Great house, excellent location

Thanks so much Dawn for sharing your lovely home with us. We really enjoyed our recent stay . The home is ideally suited for Disney and other Orlando attractions. Unlike many rental homes this one really is close to everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, the outdoor area is lovely with ample seating, overlooking a pretty little lake. It's a very peaceful, restful environment. The grill was new for our stay. Another thing that sets this home apart - the pool really is heated to a wonderful temperature. This doesn't always happen at other rental homes. Thank you again. Everything was wonderful.

Everything was as advertised, location is awesome, close to everything. Wish they provided a grill as part of original rental price but all else was perfect.

Great location and perfect size for 2 families of 5. Home was exactly what we needed and expected.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Lovely home! Very clean, has all the amenities a family needs during their stay including games. The pool and hot tub were perfect! We spent a lot of time lounging in the pool and hot tub! We would definitely stay again when visiting Kissimmee!

Lovely and cozy home

This space is absolutely perfect! It was ideal for a family vacation. The location is super close to everything, the house itself is absolutely lovely. Dawn was so helpful with recommendations and making sure that our trip was perfect! Will definitely be coming back!!!

Peaceful and spacious -close to Disney

This was a great experience for us. Plenty of room to spread out and I definitely took advantage of alone time by the pool fountain. Spotless and modern clean look! Comfy beds for when you need that warm feeling when the AC is on. Easy to come in and out. Nice community, very quiet but you still feel close to society. Beautiful view of the lake in the early morning and at sunset. Consistently cool which was such a relief from the heat of mid july in florida. So close to Disney and shopping and eating- we stayed for 8 days and went through only half a tank of gas. Some drinks and a half gallon of milk was waiting for us in the fridge which was nice to not have to urgently run out after a long day of travel. I definitely look forward to staying again. Dawn was easy to reach and communicated back to me right away with any updates on the property. Easy to read guide was there for us which laid out everything. Thank you Dawn and Alan for everything. Top notch stay and I will recommend to my friends and family!

Family Friendly Vacation Spot

There is plenty of room for a family of 4-6 to spread out. The host has provided water toys, a game room (in the garage), and xBox among other amenities. In the middle of an active community. Nice lake view and sunsets. Really good golf courses within 20min or less and Disney is really about 4 miles away.

Beautiful property with premium location on the lake.

We absolutely loved our stay. The property was amazing. We were relaxed and felt enough at home that even on the days that we stayed on site we were able to enjoy our time and various activities. Swimming, jogging, laying by the pool, BBQ'ing, fishing, etc. Would consider staying here again if we return to Orlando area.

Quiet neighborhood. We had a lot of fun in the pool. Lots of space for family. Great stay. Close to restaurants and parks.

Beautiful property on the lake

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Dawn’s property! Close to Universal Studios and Disney. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and the pool and lake were fun to use! We even caught some bass and brim! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Property for Families

The owners of the property as well as the managers are very responsive to questions and ready to answer questions promptly. The property was spotless clean when we arrived and everything was as described. The house is very spacious. The beds though are not the most comfortable. The pool is amazing, while the view from the lanai would ensure relaxation while you enjoy the view of the sunset. We weren’t a big fan of the hot tub and didn’t use it much; it’s so dark in color and tucked in the back of the lanai. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back.
