Bel appartement spacieux dans un ancien palais entiĂšrement restaurĂ©, donnant sur le canal de Cannaregio. 40mÂČ avec balcon, coin Ă  manger, grande cuisine avec un deuxiĂšme coin Ă  manger, deux chambres Ă  coucher (une avec balcon donnant sur le canal), 2 salles de bain avec douche et machine Ă  laver. 3 tĂ©lĂ©visions, une dans le salon et deux dans les deux chambres, climatisation, 12 fenĂȘtres, trĂšs lumineuse.

Picturesque!! Beautiful elegance which I appreciated! Alessia was wonderful, met us at the apartment when we arrived , explained everything, gave us recommendations and even set up our departure water taxi! Wonderful location!

Alessia was an awesome host. She was in constant communication, met us at the flat and provided us with the insider’s scoop on places to go in Venice. The flat is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. The location is perfect - very close to the train station and the tourist attractions, but off the beaten path.

It would be hard to find a more helpful and communitave hostess. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. The area is a little off the beaten path, but if you use the water ferry it’s easy to get anywhere you want in Venice. As for the apartment itself, it is right on the water, clean and spacious for Venice. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent apartment in Venice! Our host was lovely and so accommodating. She let us check in early, gave delicious restaurant recs, booked our private departure transfer to airport by boat and left snacks at the home for breakfast. Location was ideal on a canal with beautiful views in a quieter spot. We walked or took water taxi everywhere. AC was superb during the heatwave. Gorgeously furnished apartment was loved by our family of five. We highly recommend this rental and can’t wait to return one day. Thank you!

Perfect Stay in Venice

Alessia is a great host. She gave us some great recommendations for food and places to go. Communication was excellent. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Close to everything. Right on a canal with a terrace to walk out on. It was the perfect place. We would absolutely recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a place to stay in Venice. TY Alessia!

Fantastic stay

Property was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, with all amenities, located in residential area of Venice where locals dine and wine, away from hordes of tourists. We absolutely loved coming back to it after a long day of exploring Venice. Alessia (host) was extraordinarily helpful and sweet. Hope we get to come back!

Lovely option for a beautiful city!

Beautiful views, great location (especially to train station), and lovely accommodations. Communication went smoothly to gain access and departing the property. It was quiet overnight to get a good nights sleep. Highly recommend!

Perfect Venice Retreat: A Serene and Well-Equipped Condo

Our stay was truly exceptional. The condo was situated above a charming restaurant, yet it was wonderfully quiet and serene, providing our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) with the peace and tranquility we desired. The location cannot not be beat, offering a perfect blend of convenience and calm. The house itself was immaculate and exactly as pictured in the profile. It was furnished with everything we needed, including an iron that was particularly useful for our planned family photos. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of utensils and extra bedding, making it perfect for our family of six. The air conditioning worked phenomenally, which was a blessing during the summer (unlike other high end hotels we stayed at on our trip). Additionally, the fridge was stocked with yogurt, juice, and milk upon our arrival, adding a thoughtful touch to our stay. The hostess, Alessia, greeted us warmly and provided invaluable tips for our trip. Despite not having pre-planned this part of our Venice vacation, her recommendations, especially for dining, were on point for our family of 6, a highlight being a breakfast spot she suggested, just a three-minute walk away, where we enjoyed delicious croissants (try the pistachio ones - they are different than others), making the end of our Italy vacation even more amazing. Understanding our need for a hearty American breakfast and dinner, she recommended several places that satisfied our cravings. I highly recommend this for a Venice vacay!

Great location

Our family of 5 stayed for two nights in this super clean, spacious apartment, perfectly situated a short walk from the train station, yet out of the main tourist section. We were able to walk everywhere, going as far as Piazza San Marco 30 minutes away. Loved being nestled in a more residential area to get more of a local vibe. Alessia was an amazing host, welcoming us upon arrival, accommodating a late check out and providing several great recommendations for restaurants and what to do in the rain. On our second night, the storms were so significant, the canal overflowed onto our street. We chose not to go far from the apartment for dinner and simply ate in the restaurant downstairs. It was delightful! Local feel, good food and just steps away! Would definitely recommend this location for a
