Le penthouse Les Nereides est un appartement spectaculaire avec de grandes terrasses donnant sur la mer où vous pouvez être bercé par différents jeux de lumière chaque jour.

La maison est climatisée en été et chauffée en hiver.

Parking sous la maison.

Cet incroyable penthouse avec des vues spectaculaires est situé au deuxième étage d'un immeuble élégant situé dans l'un des quartiers les plus prestigieux d'Alghero à proximité du centre.

Au-dessous de la maison, il y a le terminus du bus qui vous emmène aux plages de la Riviera de Corail.

La maison se compose d'un salon à aire ouverte avec vue sur la mer, 4 chambres (3 doubles et une avec 2 lits simples) et 3 salles de bains avec douche. Dans chaque chambre il y a la climatisation.

Les chambres sont 3 doubles et une twin. 2 chambres ont une salle de bain et toutes les chambres ont une vue mer avec terrasse.

Chaque chambre a sa propre véranda.

La cuisine est équipée de tout, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, bouilloire, cafetière, vaisselle, couverts, idéal pour satisfaire les chefs les plus attentifs.
Machine à laver et connexion Internet WiFi illimitée.

La véranda donnant sur la mer est le point focal de la maison. L'endroit idéal pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner en plein air bercé par le bruit de la mer. De précieux meubles d'extérieur vous accueilleront à votre entrée.

Holiday in Alghero

The apartment was very clean & well appointed with everything you could need. The outside terrace was lovely for dining & watching the sunset in the evening. The host was very welcoming & helpful. A very enjoyable stay.

Une semaine très agréable entre amis ( trois couples)dans un bel appartement pourvu de deux terrasses parfaites pour les apéros sunset. A refaire.

Super appartement. Vue magnifique.

Nous étions 8 personnes et nous avions chacun notre intimité. 3 salles de bains indépendante avec 3 WC. Une cuisine très bien équipée. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les terrasses sont immenses. Super location, à recommander les yeux fermés pour des familles ou des vacances entre amis. La propriétaire est arrangeante, sympathique et toujours à votre écoute. Bref, c'est top!!!

Très bel appartement spacieux, bien équipé, propre et offrant une magnifique vue sur l'océan

Nous avons séjourné à 2 familles (8 personnes) dans cet appartement rénové avec goût et offrant de très belle prestation. Pour commencer, toutes les pièces donnent sur une terrasse dont la plus grande fait face à la mer...de magnifiques coucher de soleil tous les soirs pendant le dîner ou bien en dégustant un très populaire spritz à l'apéritif ! Côté cuisine, rien à dire, spacieuse et bien équipée, ouverte sur un grand salon. 4 chambres confortables dont 2 avec douches et toilettes attenantes, très propres et décorée avec goût. Pas de climatisation mais pas franchement utile car l'air marin vient rafraîchir l'appartement et nous n'avons pas subit la chaleur. Cet appartement est situé dans un petit immeuble très calme à la sortie d'alghero, à environ 20 minutes à pied du centre historique. La propriétaire Mercedes Maria Lopes a été très arrangeante vu notre heure d'arrivée tardive et nous a dépanné lors de nos 2 oublis de clés, et nous a indiqué quelques activités ou restaurants à faire sans hésiter. En résumé un excellent séjour et un très bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire, nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Top Notch accommodation!!

Where do I even start, the apartment looks just like in the pictures, it’s very spacious, clean, well located and lacks absolutely nothing. The view is absolutely amazing. Maria is more than a host, she can literally help with anything you’ll need while staying in Alghero. Always helpful, and friendly. She welcomed as so warmly, we didn’t want her to go lol. All in all, I can definitely recommend this accommodation!

We enjoyed our stay at this property but the amenities need to be updated on the website.

On arrival we had a quick look around the property and discovered a big, expensive table lamp was broken and the key to the safety deposit box was not in the apartment. We informed the host and got the key immediately. The apartment was clean but there was burned coffee dried on the glass tray in the microwave and the areas under the outdoor furniture was filthy, looked like it was not cleaned for some time. The beach beds on the balcony were also not clean and had to be cleaned before we could use them. In the "Outside" section of amenities listed on the website it lists beach towels and a boat. The boat was not mentioned and we didn't see one so don't know what this is !!!! We asked about beach towels but they are not available as listed. Neither is there a coin laundry, just a washing machine. The bus terminus is not situated directly below the apartment but there is a bus stop 8 - 10 minutes walk away. The host knew that we did not have a car and there is no information provided on how to use the public bus service which we wanted to use to get to the beach. During our stay the host arranged to have an IKEA online order delivered to the apartment and only informed us the evening before !!! Not very professional.

Hi Bernie, Thanks for your review, and I'm glad you pointed out that behind the sofa on the terrace, outdoors, there were dry leaves, it happens sometime on the open terrace in front of the sea. I notified the staff and after your departure I decided to change the service staff :( Regarding the boats, these have to be paid :) and if you had asked me I would have organized the excursion by catamaran or dinghy. But you have to ask for it and especially pay for it, the structure does not offer these services for free As an owner I can organize a massage service, medical staff, organize excursions and boat trips, you just have to ask, and I organize it. Specially, because I saw that you didn't mind asking me to take you to the supermarket with my car and organize a taxi to the airport. Public transport is not my responsibility and if the buses do not arrive on time I am not responsible for it. The bus stop is located in the square below the house, why do you write that it takes 20 minutes to reach it? Bernie, I think you misunderstood how a vacation rental works. This is not a hotel and we don't have a boat dock and laundromat. Ps. the lamp you claim is broken is an art installation by a well-known local artist .. Please think twice before making certain judgments :)

Casa confortevole adatta per famiglie numerose o gruppo di amici. Bella la sala con la cucina e gli spazi esterni con vista piacevole sul mare. Da migliorare la pulizia degli spazi esterni.

Penthouse mit toller Aussicht

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit hellen und luftigen Räumen in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben insbesondere die geräumige Wohnküche und die Sonnenterrasse mit Meerblick und Barbeque-Grill genossen. Auch die gut zu Fuß erreichbare Altstadt haben wir zu schätzen gewusst. Der in Fußweite gelegene felsige Strand ist zum Schwimmen nur bedingt geeignet. Sehr schöne Strände an der Straße nach Bosa und nördlich der Altstadt sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Hausverwaltung war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Würden wir wieder buchen.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt

Wir verbrachten 9 Nächte in der tollen Wohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Altstadt ist in ca. 15 Minuten Fussweg erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet alle wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten (inkl. Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen) und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Mercedes ist eine zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, welche proaktiv Tipps zu Restaurants etc. gibt.

One of the best places rented on Homelidays

A house with a dream view of a beautiful sea. We could not find better solution in this magnificent Sardinia. A few steps are enough to bathe in emerald water on the reef. If you prefer sand, it takes just a few km and you arrive in the Maldives of Sardinia. Maria Pia beach, Bombarde, Stintino, Bosa. But I repeat the house itself is beautiful, (congratulations to the architect) and with contemporary taste (finally!). Not only would I recommend it but I think we'll be back. The owner is exquisite for hospitality and very helpful, so I confirm the 5/5 stars! One of the best places rented on Homelidays.

Gorgeous spot for a relaxing holiday!

Looking out at the sea from the terrace was fantastic. We also loved swimming and snorkeling in the waters down the house with limpid sea and reef, reachable on foot and never crowed. Alghero was perfect for us- small with friendly people, not at all overrun—just perfect. The flat suited our needs perfectly, too. It was convenient to have the washing machine to do laundry. We especially enjoyed grilling on the balcony and having dinner outside. Alessandra and maria were very helpful and responded immediately to any questions, also giving us great tips for local excursions and restaurants. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

We were all thrilled with this apartment which had everything we could possibly need. Beautiful view is the Mediterranean with breathtaking sunsets, close to the historic center. We would go back in a heart beat

Wonderful Alghero !

Fantastic experience, hosts were brilliant. Apartment was great, everything you needed and more. Old town was within walking distance as were the shops etc. Would happily go back when we next pay a visit to the wonderful island of Sardinia. !

We have been in this amazing place, unfortunately, for only one week! If we could, we were going to stay more for sure! Everything was made with attention to the smallest details! A list of positive things: - huge house - a big private terrace where you have everything you need for eating - a really wonderful view from the terrace, romantic and breathtaking! - all the services are very close to the house (bar, restaurant, shops and market) - the sea is basically right outside the door (reef) - we had also our car, but we rarely used it!!! Alghero is really beautiful and the house is enchanting! We will definitely come back! Viele grüße aus Deutschland

Ok, bis auf Baustelle / Lärm und Aussenplatz bei Regen

Das Domizil ist prinzipiell sehr schön. Lage soweit ganz ordentlich. Der Baukran hat die angepriesene Aussicht gestört. Auch der dazugehörige Baulärm war an den wetterbedingten nicht-Strandttagen sehr unangenehm. Bei Regen im Freien sitzen geht nicht. Es gibt keine Überdachung

Dear Mr. Miodrag, thanks for your take your time in order to write this review. Nevertheless there is no reason for the terrible bad rating you gave when your complain is absolutely not valid. You rented the house and seems that you liked it. Please try to understand that I'm not responsabile for the bad weather, as also I am not responsible for the construction site that at a distance of 1km prevents you from seeing the sea at 360 degrees. It is good to be perfectionists, but here it is exaggerated. What matters to me is that the house was as advertised. For the rest, as I said, I still can not change the weather according to the needs of my customers.

Appartamento da sogno

Ci presentiamo in sette dopo aver trascorso un we nell'anonima e turistica San Teodoro. Ci accoglie Maria col suo buonumore e ci accompagna fino al terzo piano. Restiamo di sasso. Le foto non erano affatto "photoshoppate". Personalmente credo di non aver mai visto un appartamento così bello. Solo il terrazzo con la splendida vista sul mare di Alghero basterebbe per invogliare anche i tipi più reticenti a voler trascorrere la propria vacanza in questo luogo da sogno. L'azzurrino, il celeste e il bianco dell'arredamento e delle decorazioni richiamano molto i borghi mediterranei come Marzamemi e Santorini, tanto che consiglierei non solo di usarlo come mero appoggio, ma di passarci anche qualche serata o tardo pomeriggio, in maniera da rilassarsi e godersi veramente l'atmosfera unica che questa casa sa trasmettere, soprattutto al tramonto. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere la proprietaria Mercedes, ma è sempre stata estremamente disponibile e celere a fornirci l'assistenza necessaria via mail o telefonicamente. Le due terrazze, distribuite su entrambi i lati, permettono una vista a 360 gradi su Alghero e sul territorio circostante.

Fantastischer Ausblick, sehr sauber, ruhige Lage, tolle Einrichtung

Die Übergabe und Abnahme war sehr unkompliziert. Wir durften zu Zweit die tolle Wohnung mieten. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll und mit viel Stil gemacht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist toll. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der Weg zum Meer und in die schöne Stadt sind zu Fuss sehr gut und in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr offen und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Vielen lieben Dank!

Mooie woning met alle comfort!

In juli 2018 verbleven wij hier met ons gezin van 4 volwassenen. Het appartement is piekfijn in orde en heeft alle comfort dat je je kan wensen. De keuken heeft geen oven maar dit misten we niet. Er is een vaatwasser en alle toebehoren die je nodig hebt. De living, slaapkamers en badkamers zijn zeer verzorgd en comfortabel met fijne matrassen op de bedden. De ruime terrassen rondom bieden ook veel buitenruimte en we namen elke maaltijd aan de ruime tafel op het terras. De buitenruimte was niet zo proper als binnen, maar is ook moeilijker te onderhouden. Wel jammer dat de BBQ niet bruikbaar was... Ook airco zou misschien mogen aanwezig zijn, het was zeer warm in juli... Het is wel in een rustige wijk gelegen, op ongeveer 20 min van het centrum van Alghero. De eigenares Mercedes was zeer behulpzaam en was steeds meteen bereikbaar. we kregen vele goede tips ivm restaurants, bars, activiteiten, zeer fijn! Ik zou het zeker opnieuw overwegen indien we terug naar Alghero gaan!

Appartamento bello e funzionale, esattamente come si vede nelle foto. Ogni stanza è indipendente con la possibilità di utilizzare i terrazzi che circondano l'appartamento. Lo spazio comune è grande e super accessoriato. Facile trovare parcheggio per le auto.

Sardinian Sunshine (and a bit of rain)

Attractive, spacious flat with wrap around balconies overlooking the sea. The accommodation is very well furnished and decorated. We were a family group of seven adults and a four year old. The apartment provided the ideal number of bedrooms and bathrooms for a very comfortable stay for everybody. There is a lovely seafood restaurant a short walk away overlooking the sea. The town is a 20 minute walk away but you can easily get a bus. The beaches are the other side of town.

Wunderbare Wohnung in Alghero

Wir waren im Frühling im Alghero und haben die Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie befindet sich ca. 5’ von der Altstadt (ca. 20’ zu Fuss) in einen ruhigen Viertel. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf die Bilder: sehr groß (4SZ, 3BZ, grosse Terrassen), schön dekoriert und mit tollem Blick zum Meer. Man findet dort alles was man braucht, um sich wie richtigen Alghero Einwohner zu fühlen. Ich empfehle die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter und bedanke mich bei Maria -die Vermieterin- für den netten Service und die Flexibilität. Gerne wieder !

Exceptional house with an incredible view

Exceptional house with an incredible view. Very well equiped, perfect for a family vacation. The terrace is beautiful and perfect for outdoor dinners and lazy hangouts. The location is ideal, close to beautiful beaches but also in the quiet area for a relaxing holiday. Donna and Maria were very charming hosts, very sweet and always available to answer questions and advise us. We will surely stay there again !
