Elegant Living Spaces

The villa is thoughtfully designed over two floors. The ground floor features a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, and washing machine. Upstairs, you’ll find the main double bedroom, a mansarda with two double sofa beds and a single fold-out bed, a twin room with two single beds, and another bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet. The upstairs is accessed via a stairway through the main bedroom. The villa sleeps 6 comfortably.

Security and Privacy

For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with CCTV in select areas, ensuring security without compromising your privacy, only the main entrances and outbuildings are covered, the rear garden, pool and gazebo areas have blackout privacy sections so not recorded. A Quiet Haven

The most amazing holiday, The Villa was Amazing, Pool and Garden were so lovely to stay round each day. Alghero is beautiful. Well worth a visit and would come back to this property again next year.

The pool is very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t love being video-taped all the time. There were 4 video cameras on the outside tracking every movement, only sparing the pool. The bathrooms are a bit old. Everything was super clean. The person taking care onsite was super nice.

Stunning Villa & Amazing Pool Area

We went for 2 weeks and could have stayed more. only went to beach twice as the pool area here was so beautiful who needs the Sea!! Facilities are excellent and well equiped, will defo come back next year. overal fantastic value for money. it was a quiet out of the way haven, loved every minute.

Fantastic Stay

This is the second time I have stayed at this villa and I cannot express enough what a great place to relax, the ownwers are fantastic and help out in every way. The villa is very spacious with plenty of land and the gardens are well kept with plenty of flowers and trees. The fresh fruit from the trees is so tasty you could not ask for any more.

Wonderful Relaxing Villa - Amazing Gardens

We have stayed at this villa before and always found it to meet all our expectations. The Villa is always very clean with all the amenities you could ask for. The pool is lovely and private with a beautifully shaded gazebo along side. We recommend this Villa as highly as we can. We will be back again very soon.

Amazing private and peaceful stay - beautiful Sardinia!

We had a great few nights here as a couple. It would easily have accommodated another couple or family. Beautiful grounds and very friendly and warm hosts. We loved this part of Sardinia and the villla was a great location for heading into town or taking a drive to several areas. Also great for just relaxing one day by the pool! The overall experience was like a cozy summer cottage and we would recommend to anyone who appreciates that rustic charm. Thank you Matt, Lizzie and Giulio!

Relaxing Chilled Out Villa

The villa is situated about 10mins from the old town of Alghero, Far enough out to be really quiet and relaxing but closer enough for the wonderfulbeaches. The villa has a very large Garden of about 2500square metres and is a real sun trap. We visited a number of towns around the North west and this is an ideal base to explore from. We would highly recommend to any visitors to Sardinia

New Pool Amazing

This villa has just had a new pool build May 2017 and wow what a difference this makes to the villa. The villa is ideally situated not too far from the town, beaches or supermarket but far enough away for privacy and relaxation.

We had a great week - the outside area is perfect and was clean and tidy. Pool was glorious and again very clean. The 'caretaker' was very responsive and extremely helpful for when we needed taxis or for any questions we had. Possibly better for a family, not great sleeping arrangements for 3 grown up couples! Lovely and quiet and away from the busy nearby town but not too far away for lovely eateries and shopping! Would love to come back

What a Gem - quite relaxing

We came across this villa while browsing the Internet. The owner is wonderful and replied to our enquiries very quickly. The villa is located outside the main town of Alghero so is ideal for a quite relaxing break from the normal stress of staying in a town. Comfortable villa

Very clean and comfortable. The gardens are large, green and lovely and the pool very nice during the hot July days... The house is small, but well equipped: lots of towels and bedding available, complete kitchen. Some maintenance required: upstairs bathroom toilet did not properly work and the reading lights in the bedroom were broken. Giulio, who manages the property, was polite, super helpful and always available. We mentioned these minor needs to him, so I am confident it will be fixed.

Best place to stay in Alghero

We had just two fantastic weeks at this lovely place which is really a small paradise. The house and the garden are amazing and much better than the pictures on the internet. The garden is huge and our dog loved it playing araound. There are many other dogs and he even made friend with one. The pool is huge and we all could use it at any time we wanted, even in the night because of the light. There is also regular cleaning of the pool by Giulio who is also available at any time you need him. We have been 4-5 people at this place and the space in the house has been enough. We all would stay again at this place and hope that many other people can enjoy it.

Supervilla

We really liked this villa. Well equipped, with air-conditioning upstairs which coped with blisteringly hot August. The pool is very good, with lighting for an evening swim. The patio area around the pool has shady positions at all times of day. The parking and driveway were ok for our estate car, but might be a bit tight for a giant SUV. It would be a doddle in a Golf or smaller. We thought this villa was good value for money. The villa was well located for good beaches (which we liked) and for Alghero (which we liked less) and was a scenic drive to Bosa (which we loved). A good villa for a family with 2 or 3 children, we recommend it.

We stayed the end of July and had an estate car which I agree if the parking was slightly wider then it would cope with a larger car. We have been before with a SUV and used to drive up the drive and reverse out which was fine but guests requested a turning area in the garden. We will look at making it slightly wider for next season.

Wow Wow Wow

Very nice and helpful owner he contacted us within 1 hour of our first enquiry with this place. Matt called us and explained everything we needed to know. The villa is well looked after and kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The agent he uses in Sardegna is also very helpful and understanding. This villa is a must, it is situated just outside the town so you get the relaxing peacefulness of the countryside yet closer enough to visit the main Old town of Alghero every night. The trip in took us no longer than 10 mins by car. The garden and grounds are very private and well managed by a local gardener. The villa was clean and well equipped as a family of 4 this was an ideal house for our needs. The bedrooms and kitchen etc were all very clean and looked after well. Overall, highly recommend and good value for money. Owners were very nice to deal with and provided info pack with good recommendations.

Peaceful villa with all you need

We really enjoyed staying here as a family of 4 (2 kids under 10). It was our first villa experience and it provided all we wanted - peace & quiet, privacy and relaxation. The kids were fully occupied with the pool and inflatables most of the time, but then happily worked through the DVD library when they needed a break from the sun. We ate outside for most meals, but there was space inside too. We all slept well, with aircon and fans helping keep us cool. The check in was smooth, the pool was maintained during our stay and it was easy to get in touch with Liz if we needed anything. Matt was extremely helpful when we had flight problems and has ensured that the villa has everything you could need, including towels, parasols for the beach and plenty of kitchen equipment. The villa is only a short drive from the town and multiple beaches, although we only went out a few times as it was a very busy week when we stayed (mid August - Assumption Day festivities). It was easy to find and not far from other towns to visit, such as Sassari. We would definitely recommend it.

Rating: Exterior Pool & Garden: 5/5 Outside Dining & BBQ: 3/5 Interior Living & Kitchen: 3/5 Bedrooms: 3/5 (with 4 persons, 2/5 with 6+ persons) Accessability: 2/5 (not suited for the disabled) Pros: Very nice exterior of the house, big garden surrounded by hedges Nice big clean pool Julio the property caretaker is really friendly and helpfull and keeps the grounds in a great condition All windows had mosquito covers so you could leave the windows open The location is great being within 5min of supermarkets and 10mins of the Algero old town Beds are comfortable House interior was clean and tidy Cons: Not suitable for disable persons, far to many steps with no guide rails The main bedroom is open with the stairs leading right though it, i.e. you have to go though the bedroom to get from the other bedroom to the kitchen/living room area There is no door from the kitchen to the upstairs bedroom so don't cook anything smelly Not sure how the house is to sleep 8 people, at least not comfprotably. Living room area is suited for 5 people at a squeeze not 8, 1x 2 seater + 1x 3 seater sofa No satilite TV, you can only cast to the TV and watch what DVD are available in the house There is only 1 main double bed bedroom (a touch misleading from the online photos) If sleeping 6 people the hallway upstairs tuns into a bedroom, beware there is very little privacy to be had in the house The BBQ are is essentially just a big stone pit, takes very long to get any reasonable heat into it

Séjour agréable et reposant

Maison très bien équipée au milieu d'un jardin verdoyant sans vis-à-vis. Une grande piscine avec une pergola permettant de déjeuner et petit-déjeuner à l'ombre. Près d"Alghero et des plages.

Séjour en famille très agréable. Maison très bien située, à la campagne, au calme, et très proche d'Aghero. Extérieurs très agréables : piscine et terrasse au top ! Idéal pour un séjour en famille

Splendide

Tout était parfait, la propriété est vraiment très jolie et il y a une très grande terrasse ombragée au bord de la piscine, ce qui est vraiment très appréciable en été. La maison est entourée d’un très beau jardin. Elle se situe dans la campagne et l’endroit est très calme. Alghero est très proche, à quelques minutes de voiture. La maison est spacieuse, très propre et il y a 2 salles de bain, un plus 😊. Les responsables de la maison nous ont très bien accueillis et sont disponibles au cas de besoin. Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine et c’est très volontiers que nous y reviendrions.
