The apartment is exactly as described in the announcement. Very clean and with air con. 5 mn from the Citpro metro, so quick and simple the reach the historical centre of Rome. Many restaurants around. Cesare was very available and helpful (easy communication via WhatsApp). Everything was fine.

The place was clean and had plenty of space for our group of seven. The host was very accommodating and communicated well with our family. He also allowed us to drop off our luggage early as we had a morning flight arrival but could not check in till 4:00 which was very helpful do not have to carry luggage through town the day we checked in. Very close to public transportation and having the grocery store right next to it as well as a bank was very handy.

Well hosted in a spotless apt in a great location

We had a great time, with only one day in Rome. Our host was helpful and a great communicator. The place was clean with a great location close to the Vatican and the subway.

This accommodation in Rome is conveniently located near major attractions and a metro station. The area appeared to be safe. The host was friendly and responsive to inquiries. It is very suitable for a group of 8. We enjoyed staying here for 4 nights.

Stay at the Vatican69

I just wanted to say that this place is amazing. So close to Metro and the historical sites. Cesare was an excellent host and even arrange transportation to the airport for us. I totally would recommend this place it is fabulous.

Great place to stay in Rome

We found the property very clean, and well situated. A few blocks from the metro, marketplace and nice restaurants. Excellent beds and pillows!! We got a great night’s sleep after a long day of seightseeing! The host was wonderful, helpful and full of great suggestions.

Apartment is nice, clean, convenient. Manager is friendly and helpful and greeted me in person and explained everything. Location is very convenient, safe and close to food shops and cafes and restaurants. About 30 minutes walk to the Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica.

A great place to stay

The apartment was well maintained, updated and just a pleasant place to call "home" for a few days. Cesare was an excellent host and was very helpful providing information & suggestions. What was particularly impressive was how quickly he responded to our questions! Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent apartment in Roman neighborhood

Cesar was an excellent host, accommodating our arrival. The apartment was recently renovated and very clean. The neighborhood had many nice places to eat, and very close to Vatican City and metro stop. Excellent value.

Rome, Near The Vatican

We had a great trip to Rome. The communication with Cesare was outstanding and the apartment gave us a great home base to visit the many tourist spots in Rome. Cesare even helped us with a ride from the airport.

Amazing stay in Rome

We loved our stay at Vatican 69. Cesare was an excellent host. The apartment was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well. The neighborhood was easy to access and very quiet. The balcony was lovely in the morning and evening. Cesare provided some excellent dining recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Great location and host, super clean & nice

Cesare was terrific! He answered many questions before we even arrived and was available to help us once we arrived. His home comfortably fit our family of 6. Location was very convenient to cipro station. The beds were very, very comfortable!! Thank you Cesare for a very nice stay! Hope to come back and stay!!!

Rome family trip

Ceaser greeted us at the apartment and walked us through all the rooms so that we would be comfortable there. The apt is secure and is a short walking distance to the Metro. He recommended several restaurants within blocks as well as where the closest grocery markets were. We stayed one week and had no problems. Very nice stay!

Great property, lovely big balcony. 3 bedrooms. Kitchen has all amenities. Cesare was very good with communication from the start. When we arrived he provided lots of tips and had print off of local restaurants. We went to Jolly restaurant twice it was that good

Immaculate, exactly as portrayed

Cesare was wonderful, very helpful and responsive to all of our needs. This clean, well supplied and recently renovated and decorated apartment was perfect. It was close to markets, restaurants, cafes and the metro, and in a safe neighborhood. Our Rome experience was definitely enhanced by Caesar and this beautiful apartment.

Rome stay Near the Vatican

The apartment was exactly as shown on the web site and everything was great. Cesare was very accommodating. The kitchen had everything we required for cooking two nights. Unfortunately we were only there for our final two nights in Rome but it was great. I had my wife, daughter, teenage granddaughter and grandson and we would all go there if we were in Rome again.

Away From the Hustle

This place was great for a family of 6. We each had a nice bed with AC. The property owner was a very good communicator through WhatsApp and helped us with finding a ride to the airport. The apartment was on the top floor but does have a lift which helped. The showers are pretty small (76cmx76cm) but it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. I would stay here again.

This place was fantastic

This place was fantastic. It had plenty of room for 6 adults. The place was perfect for our family with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Cesare is an excellent host. He set up our transfer to and from the airport. He greeted us upon arrival to introduce himself and show us around the property. He checked in with us to see how everything was going. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Cesare for all your hospitality!

Late summer break in Rome

Well equipped and clean apartment near Vatican City. Cesare is an excellent host and met us at the apartment. He explained the features and local services. Good aircon in each bedroom was essential for the hot weather. We used public transport at either Cipro Metro or Valle Aurelia train station. Fiumicino was an easy journey on train via Trastevere Station Good aircon
