Residence Schuler - Appartement 'D' avec vue mer et Etna

Cet appartement fait partie de la Résidence Schuler avec jardin et vue dégagée sur la mer et l'Etna, situé sur une petite colline dans un quartier résidentiel de Taormina à seulement 4 minutes à pied du centre de Corso Umberto (zone piétonne de Taormina) et à 3 minutes seulement du supermarché et des restaurants les plus proches.
L'appartement "D" a une taille de 96 mètres carrés (1033 pieds carrés) avec une terrasse de 20 mètres carrés (215 pieds carrés), et se compose de: 2 chambres doubles, 2 salles de bains avec douche, cuisine, salon chambre, et une terrasse surplombant la mer et le mont. Etna. Fourni avec chauffage, climatisation, lave-linge, WiFi, téléphone, TV (connexion satellite à BBC World, CNN, ZDF, ARD, coffre-fort, sèche-cheveux, cafetière, grille-pain et matériel de repassage.
Service de taxi également disponible sur demande depuis ou vers l'aéroport de Catane en minibus, max 5 personnes, 12,00 euros,
Parking: A l'intérieur de la résidence, nous avons un petit parking pour 2 voitures et sur demande un espace peut être réservé au prix de 10 Euro par jour. Sinon,
Une autre solution consiste à se garer dans le parking municipal à étages de Porta Catania, ouvert 24h / 24 et 7j / 7, juste avant l'entrée de Taormina et à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement. En raison des routes étroites de Taormina et de notre propre petit parking, pour les clients arrivant avec de grosses voitures, nous suggérons cette dernière solution.

J'habite dans un appartement de la Résidence, je serai là à votre arrivée et pendant votre séjour je serai toujours disponible pour toute information et toute assistance.

We had a great stay! The apartment is close to main area of shops & restaurants called Corso Umberto. The host was friendly & met us when we arrived to show us the apartment. He was also very accommodating with any questions we had. The view from our terrace was amazing, we’d definitely recommend staying here!

Gorgeous spot

Incredible views and comfortable residence; There's nothing like being able to sit on the balcony with your coffee and look out over the ocean and view Etna. We gambled with a trip in March but had plenty of good weather for enjoying the views. The apartment is well-equipped for cooking and is a short walk away from the Corso Umberto, as well as a grocery store. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

You couldn’t ask for a better view! The sweep of the Mediterranean, and the majesty of Etna - plus a beautiful terrace to relax and enjoy. Claudio Schuler is the perfect VRBO host. I hope I’ll return!

A wonderful stay

The VIEW, the patios, the location is all AMAZING Our family stayed in two apartments, apartment D and the penthouse. We all LOVED our stay at the Schuler Apartments. The penthouse had a larger patio and more modern updates. Apartment D was very nice too. Both had great air conditioning, comfortable beds and everything you needed for a great stay. It was easy to get to town in 5 min walk, close to grocery store, cafes, restaurants and taxis. Claudio was a kind, responsive and helpful host. He helped us with car transfers too from Catania airport. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

Gorgeous view ! Wonderful landlord!

I can’t really say everything about how great this apartment is and how terrific Claudio Schuler is. The view from the porch is absolutely stunning. The quarters were clean and very comfortable. We used the kitchen a lot for meals and ate outside. One piece of advice: If driving a car to this location, please listen to everything Claudio recommends. I thought MAPS on my phone was perfect, but it is not. Claudio warned me, but I was convinced I could handle the directions. A mistake I won’t make again! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

5 star !!!! This was an amazing trip for myself, my husband and 3 yr old. The host was very attentive and the property description is 100 percent accurate. To list the highlights: Safe location that is also quiet Incredibly clean apartment Spacious apartment Well stocked kitchen Stunning view from the balcony Comfortable beds for incredible sleep Grocery store near by The unit is great for walking and a car is not at all necessary however we were visiting local family and If you require parking it can be available upon request and it is extremely convenient . The apartment’s location was great. You could walk to town. The outside space was lovely with fantastic views. The host was was attentive and went out of his way to direct our family in Sicily to his locations.

Amazing views!

The experience was seamless from start to finish. Claudio was a pleasure to work with, arranging taxis to and from the airport and to a golf course for the guys. Good location, just a short walk to the main street of Taormina. The apartment was clean. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the furnishings could use updating. Also, towels and sheets are old and scratchy. It would take just a small investment to improve on that. Overall though it is a wonderful property.

Great centralized location with a beautiful view for our excursions to the Aeolian Islands, Agrigento, and Mt. Etna. A short walk to the pedestrian street in Taormina, and not far from the Greek Theater! If you do not mind some walking, you do not need a car! Signore Schuler was extremely informative with aiding us on getting to destination meeting points, and arranged taxi service to and from the CTA airport. We would stay here again if we return to this area!

Spectacular View!

The apartment was perfect and the view was spectacular!! My husband and I like to have ample room when we are staying for several nights and this apartment had lots of space to relax after a day of site seeing and just enjoying Taormina. We loved sitting on the deck looking at the water especially after the walk from the center of town. We had a little trouble finding the place by GPS, but Claudio was always there to come rescue us and lead us back!! Thank you for being such a great host!!

I love taking care of my garden and I consider having one is a real luxury especially in Taormina. Rather than having one more apartment if would prefer to have a bigger garden.
I live in one apartment of the Residence, I will be here on your arrival and during your stay I will be always available for information’s and any kind of assistance.
