C'est un bel appartement triple, rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©, grand 3 piĂšces au 1er Ă©tage dans le Jangilau, environ 80 m2, avec le balcon donnant sur les pistes du Pleney avec un ensoleillement sud-ouest. SituĂ© sur la route calme derriĂšre le supermarchĂ© Casino et avec le restaurant populaire La Chaudanne juste au bout de la route, il ne pourrait pas ĂȘtre mieux situĂ©. Il se trouve Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied des remontĂ©es mĂ©caniques du Pleney ou Ă  5 minutes de la tĂ©lĂ©cabine de Super Morzine. Le ski-bus s'arrĂȘte juste au bout de la petite route pour les jours oĂč vous avez envie d'un ascenseur. 2 grandes chambres pouvant accueillir 3 dans chacune, et 1 petite chambre lits jumeaux, 1 salle de bain nouvellement Ă©quipĂ©e et un wc sĂ©parĂ© avec lavabo. Il y a une belle grande cuisine ouverte sur le salon-salle Ă  manger. Coin cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, four, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur. L'appartement a rĂ©cemment subi des rĂ©novations, y compris une nouvelle cuisine design moderne et Ă©lĂ©gante avec des appareils Neff et une nouvelle salle de bains. De magnifiques serviettes douces, moelleuses et luxueuses sont fournies pour votre sĂ©jour et les lits sont faits avec des draps de qualitĂ© hĂŽteliĂšre de 500 fils (hiver uniquement).

Morzine property review

A spacious, very well equipped and very well furnished apartment. Ideally located, a peaceful spot, but still very close to the local supermarket to stock up on any last minute items and a short walk to key attractions such as lifts, the pool and ice rink, restaurants, etc.

A beautiful well equipped apartment in a great location.

The apartment is close to the centre of Morzine and next to a well stocked supermarket. It has all you need to self cater and is also handy for the restaurants. It is close to the ski bus stop, but we left our skis in the hire shop, a ten minute walk away. The table tennis in the basement was a bonus that the grandchildren enjoyed. Overall a beautiful apartment in a great location.

A really great apartment, quality fixtures and filltings, really comfy beds and a great location.

I would really recommend this apartment. Easy booking process, the owner answered our queries quickly, we only stayed for 3 days - just wished it could have been longer! Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment, great holiday

This is our second stay in this apartment and we loved it just as much as the first time. It's beautifully decorated with lovely attention to detail. Great situation as well; close to the lifts and a very short stroll into Morzine, with the supermarket just round the corner. Fantastic for a short ski break with friends.

Smart apartment in a good location

The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and very clean. Around the corner from a well stocked supermarket and a short walk to the town centre. The ski bus stop is a very short walk away if you have your own kit. We hired most of ours and left it in the shop overnight, giving us a less than 10 minute walk from the apartment in ordinary shoes. We used Caribou ski which is a 200m walk to the Pleny gondola. 1 member of our group had their own skis and we're able to leave them with the hired ones. We had good responses from the owners, and from their rep when we had a question about the kitchen hob (not being used to an induction hob we struggled to get it working!). After that we cooked each evening in the well equipped kitchen. English TV and wi-fi kept adult and teens occupied, as did the table tennis in the basement.

Simply perfect!

A perfect modern and more than fully equipped apartment ideal for 6, but sleeping 8 if required. Communication leading up to and throughout our stay was perfect and the owner was extremely accommodating. The apartment was clean, warm and very homely. A great place to spend a Christmas away from home. The supermarket is a stone's throw away and Morzine centre a 10min walk. Highly recommended and on our list for next year.

Great location and fabulously furnished!

Contact with Jo was extremely smooth, Jo always responding quickly to our questions. The apartment although walking distance from shops, bars, restaurants and importantly ski lifts/ski bus, was extremely quiet. The furnishings were of high quality and were so much nicer than in the photos. We hope to return.

Lovely accommodation and great location.

Even with a group of 7 there was plently of sleeping and social space. Great location and facilities in nearly every way. Their ommunication was efficient and helpful too. Something to consider is that for a larger group having only 1 shower could prove inconvenient. However, we had a great stay and would certainly book again.

The holiday of a lifetime!!

What a beautiful apartment in such a stunning location! The apartment has been well maintained and was clean and fresh looking with a modern newly fitted kitchen which was very well equipped, complete with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and induction hob, and a washing/drying machine. The perfect place to relax after a hard day on the slopes! The owner was easily contactable and provided a smooth and reassuring high level of customer service, offering great advice and top tips to ensure we made the most out of our holiday. This beautiful apartment is situated in a quiet and convenient location and is only a few minutes walk away from the main hub of this picturesque town. With a supermarket, hairdressers and florist at the end of the lane and a huge array of restaurants and bars only 5 minutes walk away in the main part of the town we were spoilt for choice! The local bakery Bonbonniere is a must for fresh croissants, breads, pastries and savoury delights and was the ideal half way house for an early morning treat on the way to catch the first lift! I can really recommend Le Grillon for a casual evening meal, great steaks and some lovely choices of French cuisine. Chalet O offers a very informal burger bar - the best burgers in town, as well as crepes, paninis and kebabs, great fun and a cheap night out! La Rotonde and L'Etale offer a huge choice in their menu and an exceptionally high quality of food, they get very busy so booking is essential! We can also recommend FB Freeride for Ski hire, the best location right at the bottom of the Pleney lift and warm overnight storage for cosy toes in the morning! We hired private instructors for the week who were excellent and come very highly recommended www.toricoski.com (ski) www.switchsnowsports.com (snowboard). Altogether a wonderful family holiday which has created many happy memories we shall treasure for years to come. We have already recommended this apartment to several friends. We will definitely be returning to this property for another great holiday and have already made an enquiry for next year!

Perfect accommodation, 6 of us stayed and it was very spacious. Jo was always on hand to help throughout the week and went above and beyond when our transfers were delayed to help us organize another option and make sure we didn't miss our flight back. Great week.

Fantastic apartment for a cheeky ski weekend

Just back from a fantastic stay at this apartment. Beautifully fitted out to a very high standard, with great facilities and every comfort provided. Location was great - in a previous year we rented an apartment that was supposedly a ten minute walk from the centre but was probably more like 30 minutes plus so was very careful to check location before we'd gone. This was great though - just five minute walk with a supermarket just at the end of the road. The owner was lovely to deal with and really helpful with lots of advice before we went. Will definitely be booking again!

Perfect apartment in a perfect location!

I spent a few days in Morzine, staying at this newly refurbished apartment with a group of friends and couldn't have been more delighted with the facilities, level of comfort and convenient location the apartment provided. The apartment itself is in a quiet, well-maintained block of apartments with covered parking just outside if you drive/hire a car to get there. It's in a peaceful area of Morzine but it's only a 5-10min walk (depending on whether you're in ski boots or not!) to the centre of resort and main Pleney gondola. The walk also takes you past the most amazing boulangerie - perfect for a breakfast pastry or cakes for afternoon tea! There is a huge variety of good restaurants within easy reach of the apartment but also a decent size supermarket just 2mins walk away if you decide to use the well-equipped kitchen in the apartment itself. Beds were all very comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a big day on the slopes and the rooms were all a very good size with ample storage in each. All in all, the apartment has been refurbished to a high standard but also feels very homely & comfortable. Will be returning with the kids in tow hopefully!

I was over the moon with the apartment. It was well equipped and the beds were super comfy. It easily had enough space for us [six ,forty something snowboarders]. It is in a great location with the supermarket close by and the middle of town only a few mins walk. I will be recommending the apartment to my friends and can't wait to get back there this Feb.

Beautifully done up appartment with super views v close to food shop and Avoriaz lift

Recently renovated throughout. V trendy grey bathroom, plus an extra separate loo. Huge sofa in the sitting room. Nice kitchen and funky dining chairs at the large table. We all said they were the most comfy beds we had ever stayed in and I've taken a photo so we can get one for home! Could do with a cheese grater and a measuring jug plus another large pan but apart from that the kitchen was fully stocked to the brim! I would be slightly concerned about having more than five staying as if you all need a shower straight after skiing we tended to run out for the last one! It could have something to do with my family though! Great to have a washing machine on a skiing holiday and not arrive home with so many mountains of washing! Morzine is a super place with real character. We went mountain biking down the valley one day which was fun and beautiful through the trees the track running besides a river the whole way. My 19 year old son enjoyed the nightlife. We enjoyed the restaurants and the micro brewery. I especially loved the cheese and salami shop on our road the interior of which was heavenly decorated! I thoroughly recommend this appartment to anyone. We drove and it was an easy drive. The parking space is covered too which helps.

We are new owners of this apartment. We fell in love with it on the first viewing having searched for over 2 years for the right place in Morzine.
We are a young family based in the UK, but love our holidays in Morzine.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have always loved Morzine for its amazing vibe, plenty to do, and of course the vast ski area. In recent years it has been the perfect resort for our young children to learn due to the set up of the ski schools.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The apartment is close enough to the town centre to reach everything on foot with the kids in tow, but far enough away from the noise to get a good night's sleep. We love the view from the balcony and the sunny afternoons in the lounge.
