Villa Diamantina is an ideal winter retreat for those who desire to work remotely, or to have a short, or long vacation. Monthly rates are reduced by 50%.

Villa Diamantina has a special character deriving from its several hundred year history; it is the oldest house in the village. Fragments of pottery and traces of fire all more than 2300 years old found under the pool indicate the continuous habitation of the place since ancient times.

Diamantina is a beautiful villa situated in the center of Agios Stefanos village.The verandas face the surrounding hills and the sea is no more than 75 meters away.

The living spaces are located on the first floor and are connected to the yard through an external stone staircase. The laundry room and the storage spaces are located on the ground floor.

Diamantina accommodates 4 to 6 people; it has one master bedroom with a private bathroom and one twin bedroom. The rooms are large, the master bedroom has three windows and its own private bathroom, whereas the twin bedroom has access to the main veranda of the house. A common bathroom is located next to the twin bedroom.

The living room is connected to the porch, to the beautiful stone main veranda and to the kitchen. A table sitting six people and suited for dinning is placed in this veranda.

The court yard is surrounded by walls to assure privacy. Small trees, bushes and flowers decorate the yard. A light blue colour water swimming pool located towards one side of the yard balances the green of the plants creating a very pleasing to the eye picture.

A small round table perfect for reading in the shade is placed underneath the weeping willow tree next to the pool.
