Villa de rêve au bord de la mer avec piscine chauffée

Seashore Villa est située à l'extrémité nord de Corfou. Situé au cœur d'une oliveraie, il offre une solitude parfaite et une vue idyllique sur le bord de mer, tout en étant à quelques minutes en voiture des villages populaires de Kassiopi et d'Acharavi.
La villa elle-même est un cottage de deux étages, construit à partir de pierre trouvée sur place et se fondant parfaitement dans le paysage. Les deux chambres doubles de la maison sont situées au premier étage. Les deux sont tout aussi spacieux et confortables et l'intimité offerte par les salles de bains privatives est renforcée car elles se trouvent à un niveau différent de celui du salon principal. De plus, chaque chambre a un balcon donnant sur la piscine et la mer. Le rez-de-chaussée est une grande terrasse surplombant la mer. Elle est divisée en deux salles à manger séparées, une cuisine et un salon séparé de la piscine par un panneau en verre. À côté de la piscine dans la cour, un barbecue en brique est également disponible.

The home was beautifull. It was all we expected and more. The view was incredible.A perfect place to relax. It is also close to many restraunts, take your pick in several towns. The olive Tour was so educational, I highly recommend.The hosts, Andreas, and the whole family were at our beckoned call and were extremely helpfull, no question was unanswered. We even met the the Grandmother. They are all lovely people.

No pictures can prepare you for how stunning this place is. The setting, the comfort, the location are all outstanding. The host was friendly informative and on hand when needed. Waking in the morning to the view from the bedroom window, making a cup of coffee and looking out to the sea, where we often saw dolphins swimming past will be in our memories for ever. The pool was perfect, the beds so comfortable. The picturesque bay of Kassiopi was a 10 minute drive. I strongly recommend the boat hire from the hosts nephew 2 mins away, where you can set off along the coast, moor up in a local bay for a spot of lunch and again sail past dolphins before heading home. Such an amazing place and deserves way more than a 10 score.

The description and pictures of this villa, although gorgeous, do not reflect the reality... the reality is that the villa is even better!!!We have stayed in many luxurious villas in different parts of the world, and this one is the winner. The villa itself, the surroundings, the swimming pool, the private access to the sea, the views... everything is simply perfect.In fact, you just don't want to leave the villa... so perhaps it is not so good for sightseeing around the island! :)There are at least four different wonderful places where you can sit and enjoy the surroundings: the balcony, the ground-level terrace beside the swimming pool, a lovely table overlooking the sea where you can have a cocktail, and the magnificent chairs further downhill, right near the sea. We used every one of them, and each offers a different and beautiful experience.A special word for Andreas, the owner. He is extremely kind and attentive. Whenever you send him a message, just a few minutes later he is there, ready to help. This is wonderful and really makes you feel at home.Again, gorgeous. Without hesitation, this is the best villa we have ever stayed in.

Stunning villa stay

We loved our stay here, despite getting very unlucky with the weather, the property is beautiful and you can swim off the rocks at the bottom of the garden (when the sea is calm enough). You definitely need a car for access, and the drive is very steep - but it's all part of the unique, extraordinary location. It really is magical and we would love to come back.

A straight 10/10.The place is fabulous and it has everything. Difficult to find any criticism at all. A car is essential. One thing that should be mentioned in the description is the 15 euro a night government tax to be paid in cash. We had calculated how many euros to take and it didn't include the 105 tax!As far as constructive feedback the steep drive to the parking area has a change of gradient that scuffed the bottom of the front spoiler on our newish Hyundai i20. Maybe that could be leveled a bit.The pool man gave us a surprise at 8 in the morning when I woke to see the end of his long pole moving across the front of the balcony. It took a few seconds to realise what it was! The food and drink in the fridge to get us started was a very nice touch.Frankly I'm scratching my head to find anything else that could be improved upon.A big thankyou to Andrea and his team for a truly memorable and fabulous week.

Absolutely Superb villa

This villa is amazing, so peaceful and quiet and the views were picture perfect . Everything was at the villa you required and the pool was superb. The owner Andreas was on hand if any problems accured.and what a great guy very friendly and helpful so a massive thanks to him for allowing us to stay at his amazing villa. Thanks again we had a great holiday and would reccomend this villa to everyone.

Stunning villa and grounds

We really enjoyed our time at this beautifully designed and well-equipped villa, which has a wonderful pool, extensive grounds and amazing views out to sea and across to Albania. It is in a peaceful and secluded location yet only 10-15 minutes walk to the local beach, good tavernas and grocery shop. The owner and family are very pleasant and helpful. Very much a 5-star experience.

Wonderful location

Very lovely location right near the sea with direct sea access for a morning swim. Lovely gardens & lots of different places to sit in sun or shade. Very tasteful decor inside villa. Host Andreas was very helpful overall and also when we experienced difficulty with our hire car. Would recommend.

The villa is stunning! From your first glimpse of the Ionian Sea, everything is just right. Clean, comfortable, beautiful. Andreas is a fine host. Boat rental and good tavernas nearby. We hope to come back and will recommend to our friends. You won’t go wrong staying here.

Amazing

We had a fantastic time at Villa Seashore, it is an incredible place to stay. The view is stunning, the pool is huge and great, the bedrooms were extremely comfy with super-king beds. Check in and out were made very simple. The villa is so secluded you feel like you’re on a private island, but with the beach, shops and restaurants only 5 mins drive away. We will definitely be back!

100% Relaxation

Beautiful property at the waters edge with a fabulous heated pool. The property is north facing so the pool is shaded for most parts of the day. Spent the days swimming, reading and watching the boats go by. Idyllic.

Dreamy villa

The villa was exactly as shown in the photos with stunning views across the sea to Albania. We had a great holiday swimming in the sea & relaxing by (& swimming in) the pool. Andreas was an excellent host. We really didn’t see much of Corfu as we didn’t want to spend much time away from the villa!!

Perfect Place in Every Way

Oh my goodness. We could not have had a better stay. The hosts graciously provided a few grocery items and wine to get our stay off to a good start and the rest of our stay was wonderful. The pictures are incredibly accurate and the location is private and perfect. It was so easy to visit all the places we wanted to see on Corfu from the location. Jonathon's olive oil tasting tour was one of the highlights of our stay. We were sad to leave Villa Seashore.

Wonderful Villa

We have had a wonderful week staying in Corfu. The views from this Villa are spectacular. Andreas, the owner greated us at the Villa making us very welcome and has been on hand should we need anything. We were incredibly lucky with the weather, sunshine everday but one, even as we head into November. The Villa is well designed to give plenty of shade, which must be a blessing in the height of Summer. The pool was amazing and it was only a short 15 minute walk to the local beach. Corfu itself is beautiful. We would love to come back and stay again.

Private and picturesque

Absolutely beautiful property to stay at for our two weeks in Corfu with our good friends. The location is great being just a 1 hour drive from the airport. The beds were comfortable, the house and property layout is perfect for two couples or a family for that matter. Everything worked there. The photos are an accurate description of the property. Andreas was a wonderful host and very attentive to our questions and needs. You never get tired of the view!!! Thank you Andreas for sharing your beautiful property with us as it was one of the highlights of our trip to Greece.

Best Villa in Corfu

The property was even better than the pictures! The grounds are immaculate and well maintained. The sunsets from the property were even better than Santorini. Andreas was an amazing host and helped to make sure our stay was perfect in every way. We will do everything we can to try and come back to this beautiful piece of paradise. Make sure to do the Olive Oil Tour that is recommended! It was a blast and only up to 6 people at a time will be on it so you get a really personal and detailed experience.

Perfect Corfu experience

Andreas was the best host we have ever had. He was always available and had answers for every question. Being able to take the stairs directly into the sea was magical. We rented a boat for a day from Andreas’ nephew and had a wonderful day on the water. September is a perfect time to visit Corfu. The large crowds were gone and the weather was perfect. Don’t hesitate to rent this villa. We stayed 2 weeks and could have extended that.

Sublime view

Others have said all this already....this villa has the WOW factor. The stars of the show were the pool, the fabulous view over to the Albanian mountains, the delightful Andreas who was incredibly friendly and helpful, the garden, the ships and yachts sailing by, the direct access to the sea and snorkelling, the seagulls gliding by to the off shore island.....it has it all and much more. Seashore Villa is a very rare find indeed.

Unforgettable holiday in villa Seashore

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in villa Seashore in June 2012. Fine house, well-groomed territory,spacious pool, pure warm sea, romantic sunsets! The villa was so convenient, that was difficult to force ourselves to leave somewhere. Andreas together with his charming wife met us at the airport, and we very quickly appeared on a place. We were waited by wine, bread, fruits, coffee, tea, flowers. Cleaning of a house and change of linen were carried out each 3-4 days. Andreas, we constantly felt kindliness and warmth, desire to help us in everything! Thanks for fine holiday! We love Greece and its people.
