Villa familiale exquise avec vue spectaculaire sur l'océan et piscine à débordement chauffée

Bienvenue à la Villa Orlaya, notre bien-aimé "paradis terrestre" de chez nous. Nous avons décoré et équipé cette villa au-delà de ce qui est normalement prévu dans une maison de vacances. Doté d'un décor bleu et blanc tout au long; nous avons porté notre attention sur chaque détail. Avec une jeune famille à nous, il y a aussi provisoire pour les petits; un lit, moniteur, barriÚre d'escalier, siÚge Bumbo et chaise haute. Il y a plusieurs espaces extérieurs, un bel espace barbecue avec un belvédÚre en pierre, deux terrasses au rez-de-chaussée et des zones de piscine entourées de chaises longues. Des escaliers sur le cÎté de la villa mÚnent à un autre patio privé avec une table en verre et quatre chaises. Toutes les chambres ont des balcons avec une vue incroyable et la climatisation dans chaque chambre.

Villa Orlaya is beautifully appointed and very tastefully decorated, the owners clearly love and care for their beautiful home and theviews from the property have to be seen to be believed! North Eastern Corfu is so pretty, breathtaking bays with crystal clear waters and lots of great Tavernas to choose from. This is truly a superb house - every last detail was thought of - there is a generosity of spirit from the owner that is rare and for us it was worth every penny. From bottle sleeves in the freezer to proper outdoor furniture, knowledgeable recommendations and great communication. It was spotless and very well maintained. To top it all it’s in a picture postcard setting in gorgeous Corfu where the people are kind and so helpful. We will definitely come back.

Perfect villa

Villa Orlaya was perfect in every way. That amazing view was better than the pictures suggested. Kalami had a very nice beach so really no need to travel to other beaches. We also rented a small boat in Agni and loved that. Would recommend doing a big shop in Lidl (or similar) as the smaller shops nearby were more expensive and not as well stocked. We hope to return one day to Villa Orlaya.

We all really enjoyed our stay at Villa Orlaya. The property was prepared spotlessly (thanks Nertilla & Armando!) with plenty of towels for all guests and very well equipped. The multi-zone Sonos system was a superb addition, as was the excellent BBQ area.The views from the villa are simply incredible. The kids will remember watching the cruise ships on their midnight swim!Kalami is a lovely little village with some excellent beachside tavernas and shops. The Super-b store will deliver your groceries to you free, good choice, reasonably priced and lovely owners (Sotoris & Eliza).We hope to return in the future!

Incredible stay at Villa Orlaya

Our visit to Corfu will go down as one of the best trips our family has ever taken. The Villa was exactly as advertised. The views were unbelievable, the pool was perfect, and the patio and outdoor furniture were fantastic. We kept very busy most days but we were always so excited to get back to the Villa to relax in the pool in the afternoons and after dinner. The Villa was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The location is excellent. We visited almost every little seaside village in the area. I would absolutely come back for another visit and will definitely recommend this Villa to my friends if they are planning to visit Corfu! Thank you!

This villa is immaculate with fantastic facilities and veiws. Beautifully decorated and the manager and cleaner were very good and very helpful. Would not hesitate to book this villa again. Information left by the host with regards to places to eat and things to see and do was very informative.

Beautiful Villa

It was a great vacation in this wonderful place. The villa is very well equipped, nothing was missing. The pool was wonderful, as was the view of Kalami Bay. There are some cool special things in the villa like the Sonos music system. That was great. We can absolutely recommend the villa!

Fabulous Stay!

The villa is absolutely beautiful with everything we needed for the perfect stay. The views were amazing and we enjoyed our afternoons relaxing by the pool. We ventured out to Corfu Town, visited numerous beaches and enjoyed a fabulous 8 hour private boat trip. We enjoyed meals out but also enjoyed cooking in the villa and spending time together. Thank you so much for allowing us to share your gorgeous property 😊

A jewel to relax with family and friends

My family and our good friends had an amazing time. The location is amazing and the view is stunning. Very supportive landlord and facility manager. We needed a bigger pot for cooking and it was delivered within a fee hours. Response tjmes were amazing and checkin / checkout super convenient. I can recommend 100%.

Family of 4 stayed in Apr 23 - amazing Villa with incredible views. Tons of space, well equipped, nicely decorated and clean throughout. Armando (Property Manager) was very helpful and available for any questions. Heated pool was still quite cold this time of year but we were unfortunate with the weather, it would be amazing in the summer. Lots of nice local towns and taverns with useful recommendations in the info pack. Highly recommended overall

We had a wonderful week in Villa Orlaya and enjoyed the well-equipped house, the very clean pool and the amazing view very much. Shortly before our visit the owner (Alex) sent us a comprehensive "manual" for the house, its surroundings and especially many useful recommendations for restaurants, shops and visits. The house is looked after by Armando and Nertilla who are both very kind and helpful. Many thanks to all of them!

Just magical!

I just returned from a 2 week stay at this fabulous villa with my sister and a friend and it was incredible. The reality of the villa and its location were more magical than the pictures on the website suggested. The infinity pool was maintained at a perfect temperature and our favourite times were spent resting our heads on the infinity edge and looking at the incredible vistas of Albania and Corfu in the distance and Kalami Bay and its village below. The villa was spotlessly clean and well-stocked but we "lived" on the pool deck. The driving instructions from the airport sent by Alex were perfect and a god-send for newbies to Corfu like us. I am not sure we would have made it out of Corfu Town without them! If you are contemplating a villa stay in Corfu, I can whole-heartedly recommend Villa Orlaya. It will make your holiday.

In the hills over Kalami Bay

Spotless on arrival, easy entry, responsive host and friendly and helpful property manager. Pool beautifully clean and poolside towels a bonus. Property manual needs a little updating but generally really useful and well used. Can't fault the property other than the pool being quite steeply sloped, which isn't an issue for most people but we needed it to be flatter to make hydrotherapy easier. The TV remote batteries were flat so we couldn't make use of it but that could have been fixed by our getting some bloomin batteries, we didnt need the TV as we enjoyed family time playing cards on the patio. Those are the only tiny minor issues we had in an otherwise faultless stay, we had a power cut for a few hours one day but this was the whole area and the property manager looked into it for us while we headed off to the beach. The listing says there will be beach towels, there were beach towels, having been let down in the past by other places we wasted luggage space bringing towels, the listing is very accurate :-)

Das Haus hat alles was man sich wĂŒnscht. Super Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer und die schönen Buchten. Der Pool ist mit 28-29grad beheizt.
