Intérieur: L'hébergement à la Villa Sania est réparti sur 2 étages. La villa est construite en pierre courbée à la main blanche et en bois massif. L'entrée principale vous mène au salon et salle à manger décloisonné lumineux et volumineux qui comprend un mur en pierre courbé Corfiot blanc / crème, des sols en pierre et un plafond en bois massif avec de grandes poutres en bois. le coin cuisine fait face à 2 grandes portes vitrées coulissantes qui donnent sur la mer et donnent accès à la piscine, aux jardins et au barbecue. Deux grands canapés et une table à manger entourent la cheminée. Juste à côté du salon et de la salle à manger se trouve une cuisine bien équipée donnant sur l'arrière des oliviers, des orangers et des vues sur la mer. Une autre ouverture sur le salon vous mène à 2 chambres lits jumeaux avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, des salles de douche privatives et des fenêtres coulissantes s'ouvrant sur les grands balcons, donnant sur la mer et les oliviers dans une vue à 180 degrés. Un escalier en bois massif fabriqué à la main et incurvé mène au premier étage à travers un mur en pierre de style château, atterrissant dans les chambres à coucher principales, comprenant une chambre principale avec salle de douche attenante, dressing et accès à un super- balcon vue mer panoramique. À côté, une autre chambre double avec salle de douche attenante, parquet en chêne massif et haut plafond en bois, offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer et des oliviers.
Tous les draps sont en coton égyptien pour un sommeil relaxant et confortable. Le matelas est OTTY Hybrid, considéré comme le meilleur achat. Lequel? pour 2018 UK. À l'extérieur: Plus de 100 oliviers, orangers, citrons et autres arbres fruitiers et fleurs locaux entourent la propriété. La maison est entourée de Levander et de fleurs de jasmin qui sont très traditionnelles à Corfou. Un barbecue intégré est idéalement situé à côté de la piscine et de la véranda à côté d'une grande table en pierre naturelle pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Sous les étoiles magiques, vue sur la mer et la côte de Saranda, table en pierre naturelle et plancher en bois. Our stay at Villa Sania met and exceeded all our expectations. A wonderful quiet location with excellent access to local beaches and the lovely town of Kassiopi. The villa itself was excellent and the helpful house manager and the cleaner made for an easy and comfortable vacation.

Incredible Corfu Villa !

We were two families visiting Corfu for the first time and absolutely loved our stay. The villa was perfect - the views from the pool area and the balconies were sublime, we loved watching the sunset with a glass of wine each night. The four bedrooms worked very well for adults and kids to each have their own space. The kitchen and outdoor grill were perfect for cooking on the days we stayed at the villa. Mimoza and Shkelqim were the most gracious of hosts, ensuring we had dinner when we arrived and checking in throughout our stay. Would highly recommend and can't wait to return!

We enjoyed 5 perfect days at the villa. It’s a beautiful spacious villa with 4 bedrooms and 5 very spacious bathrooms. The pool is beautiful and sun loungers and umbrellas are resort standard. The children spent hours in the pool. The living area is spacious and comfortable. Tv, AC, wifi all work very well. The property is extremely private. Highly recommend

Fabulous Stay in Avlaki Bay!

Jimmy was an awesome host who has built an incredibly beautiful stone home overlooking Avlaki Bay. We enjoyed walking down every day to Avlaki’s two Tavernas which were lovely, and visited nearby Kassiopi, Agni Bay and the famous Durrell White House restaurant (magical!) And so many other great spots. Another highlight was renting a boat right down the road andanchoring in nearby coves to swim and snorkel and then motoring into Agni Stefano for a fabulous lunch on the water. We had a great time. Thank you Jimmy and Mimoza for sharing your lovely home with us! All the best to you and your family!

The house was beautiful. The view is much better that the photos show, especially from the upstairs balcony. The location was perfect very quiet but easy enough to drive to other beaches etc. The two tavernas within walking distance were both wonderful and some of our favorite restaurants that we ate at on the whole island. The only minor comment regarding the house is that there are no darkening shades in three of the four bedrooms so the rooms were quite bright before bed and in the early morning since we were traveling in the summertime. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The most beautiful villa with the most amazing views The villa has everything you could possibly want it really had everything for our family A sort 5 min walk to the beach where you can rent paddle boards and small boats for the day also a brilliant restaurant that offers breakfast lunch and dinner A 25min walk into Kassiopi or a short taxi ride With shops restaurants bars and supermarkets A really great place to stay will definitely be back

We had the best holiday, the villa is beautiful and really thoughtfully built by the owner, Jimmy. Both Jimmy and Mimoza are wonderful, discrete hosts. We arrived late and there was some lovely fruit/bread/wine/water left for us which was much appreciated! Location is great, 5 minute drive to a small supermarket, 10 minute walk to Avlaki beach and a couple of tavernas. My number one piece of advice would be to hire a boat, we did nearly every day. It opens up the possibility of exploring the coastline, stopping for a swim and a snorkel, pulling into one of many jetty’s for fabulous lunches. We’d love to come back, it’s perfect.

Beautiful villa and great hospitality

The villa exceeded our expectations and looks even better than the photos online. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with en-suite bathrooms in every bedroom and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The pool area, along with the stunning view of Albania in the distance, was a highlight. We loved relaxing in the sun throughout our stay. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to Avlaki Beach with its crystal-clear water. Don’t forget mosquito spray for the walk back! We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the beachfront taverna, Cavo Barbara, where the Greek food and setting were delightful. For those seeking adventure, we highly recommend renting quad bikes from Quad Corfu Adventure or a boat from Avlaki Beach to explore the Blue Caves. A big thank you to Mimoza and Jimmy for their wonderful hospitality, which made our family holiday unforgettable!

Paradise in Avlaki Corfu

Villa Sania was just perfect for our group that we call The Greek 8. The villa is beautifully furnished inside and out. The most comfortable beds and sunbeds and all bedrooms had balconies and brilliant enquires. Cannot speak highly enough of villa and the excellent Louisa who cleaned etc so well. Would love to return every year to go snorkeling every day in Avlaki Bay!

Wonderful villa in a beautiful location

Just arrived back in the UK after 2 weeks with the family in the fabulous Villa Sania. The Villa is exactly as described and pictured, the views were better! My husband and I took our grown up family of eight, significant others and grandson (ages 62, 52, 31, 29, 26, 20, 19 and 8). The villa was spacious enough inside and out for everyone to feel like they had their own space and do their own thing, with communal areas where we could gather for family meals, games, a movie. Every bedroom had a balcony with a view and an en-suite. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. The pool was in use everyday. We did hire cars which gave us the freedom to explore the area, different beaches and tavernas. Highly recommend the drive up Mount Pantokrator to the monastery to watch the sunset (if you're brave enough)!! Mimoza, Shkelqim and their team in Corfu looked after us when we needed them and left us to enjoy our holiday when we didn't. Can't say enough good things. Thank you for allowing us a MUCH needed break in your beautiful Villa.

Perfect villa in a perfect spot

We couldn't rate our holiday any higher. Villa Sania is a top notch villa, surrounded by olive and fruit trees and an abundance of bee and butterfly-loving plants, perfectly situated with beautiful views towards the sea and the mountains of Albania. The villa itself is luxuriously comfortable and well-equipped, with perfect outside space and swimming pool for relaxing, eating and gazing at the views. Avlaki Beach – with its 2 tavernas – is only a 10 minute walk away, so perfect for an early/late swim or a delicious meal. A short drive takes you to Kassiopi where you can take boat trips, sit in a bar next to the harbour or eat in one of the many tavernas. There are so many different beaches within easy reach, it is hard to choose which one to pick each day. We can't thank everyone enough for making our much-needed holiday so ideal.

Fabulous villa in stunning situation

We have just returned from 10 wonderful days in Villa Sania. The villa is well situated for walking to Avlaki beach , cocktails at Bella Mare , boat hire in Agios Stephanos and a short drive to other beautiful beaches and restaurants . Kassiopi is minutes away and Nikos Supermarket just up the road where you can but anything that you need. Villa is new and very comfortable and well equipped to cook great lunches and BBQ. 4 large bedrooms all with bathrooms .Gena the maid is lovely and very discreet . Situation fabulous overlooking sea and Albanian coast. Interior and views much better than the photos portray. Owner very helpful and available if any issues . Absolutely superb holiday !

My name is Shkelqim and I am currently living part time in Corfu. When i was young i worked as a young migrant in Crete, Greece for 7 years working in construction and later moved to England where i lived for over 25 years with my wife Mimoza and my boys Arber and Ermal in their late teens. I have worked as a builder all my working life and constantly dreamed to come back to Greece and build my dream home. The dream became real in 2018. As a buider myself, it has been a great experience and have made so many local connections. Speaking Albanian and Greece and English has been a huge advantage and i felt at home the first moment i landed in the iseland. Just recently obtained my residency card as due to brexit i had a limited time i could stay here in the Iseland. I have now started to buid another house for a client of mine who lives in UK, it looks like now I am going to continue my "building career" in Corfu which I love doing. Both my wife and I look after our guests during the summer time and our ultimate goal is to help you have a wounderful time with your love ones while satying in our house and in Corfu.

The beach offers sand mixed with small white pebbles and it is organized, providing a plethora of activities, such as horse riding. At the same time, Avlaki beach is the perfect place to relax and unwind under the sun of the Ionian, enjoy water sports and feel the essence of the Greek summer, at a walking distance from the Villa. it also offers a few tavernas to enjoy fresh fish and delicious local food. The Villa is is only 2 kilometers away from the well known Kassiopi Village. Kassiopi and its history are Unique on this coast, there you can visit turist shops with traditional hand crafts, and every kind of eating and drinking facility, there are banks with cash machines, doctors and pharmacies, internet cafes and supermarkets, a primary school and an Orthodox church, travel agents and a police station. From Kassiopi you can go almost everywhere in the Iseland by renting a car, Tourist Coach or Private Boat. Day and Night Boat Trips to Corfu Town where you can even dare for further adventure to the Beautiful Saranda and Butrint in Albania which is only 30 minutes by private boats from Corfu Port. Excursions run daily from the harbour to all parts of the island. The Famous Durrell's House is only 20 minutes from the villa.
Only 15 minutes by car you can visit Acharavi, Almiros Beach, Old Perithea (Unesco Protected village), Agios San Stephanos, and as more as you can handle for your stay.

At the same time you can walk to the beach, or even Kassiopi Village. You can access amost anythink you need from Kassiopi Town, with nice restaurants and tavernas to choose from Avlaki Beach only 5 minutes to walk and further to Kassiopi, Acharavi or other locations as you decide. Protected Heritage site of the Village of Old Perithea only 20 minutes away and 45 minutes to Old Town of Corfu one of 18 Unesco Heritage sites in Greece. One day Boat Trip can land you to other famous iselands like Paxos and untipaxos. or a visit to Butrint UNESCO Heritage with a history dated back 5th Centrey BC.
