Wonderful Cottage in Beautiful Village of Broadway

My wife and I are so pleased we chose to stay at the lovely 'Lola's Cottage', on the edge of, but just a short walk from the centre of Broadway. The accommodation is fully equipped and ideally located at the end of a quiet lane, having everything needed for a perfect break in a really beautiful part of the country. The downstairs living area is very spacious, the upstairs bedroom very comfortable, together with the en-suite bathroom. June, the Host, was so friendly and always there for us, should we have had any questions, or needed any help. We do not usually return to places we have previously stayed, preferring to explore new locations, but in this case we may well return to Lola's Cottage.

June’s cottage was perfect. Close walk to town. She had all the amenities necessary for a wonderful get away! You won’t be disappointed.

A little gem in the Cotswolds

Lola's Cottage is a lovely place to stay and explore the Cotswolds. It's located very close to Broadway, which is a lovely town, everything is a short walk away. The cottage has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Thanks to June, our host, for the opportunity to stay in such a lovely location.

Central Cotswold Retreat

Upon arrival I could feel the relaxation begin. Cute, clean and very well appointed. Accurate listing. Love the location. It is central enough to see many sights and secluded enough to really rest. Loved the Costwold Way path was so close. The host is amazing and very responsive. Hope to stay here again.

Absolutely lovely

After looking at a number of villages in the Cotswolds, we decided Broadway was the right mix--charming, adequate places to eat and shop, and not as crowded as some other villages. Then, we found the prefect place to stay. The cottage was lovely, very clean, and well appointed. We were delighted.

Fabulous stay in the Cotswolds

We had a wonderful stay. Only 3 days, wish it could have been longer! Perfect location in the Cotswolds. Close enough to easily walk in to town but down a path that feels quiet and removed. Great little cottage that is cozy, clean and beautiful. We loved the back garden and the field of sheep out front. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lola’s cottage is so cute and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable. 💛 June, the host, is absolutely lovely. 💛 She met me at the train station and made me feel right at home. She was communicative and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Hidden Gem

Perfect location for exploring the Cotswold area. Broadway is a lovely village with great restaurants and serves as a good base for walking adventures. The cottage is wonderful. Everything you need for a stay is thought through including a washing machine and drying rack! Lots of maps for excursions are available. Easy walk into town and to trails. Cute garden area out back with sitting area. Queen bed upstairs is very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lola's cottage. It was close to Broadway high street but offered a quiet & private place to stay. It was clean, & well appointed, lovely decor & offered all the comforts of home. A lovely home away from home.

Broadway break

The property is well positioned, a 15 minute walk to the centre of Broadway. It is clean and has all amenities required for two. We really appreciated the personal touches ( mini Easter eggs left for our Easter stay) The property owner, June, lives next door. She provided recommendations re places to eat/ visit and was happy to respond to any queries. A lovely cottage for two, we thoroughly enjoyed our short break.

Wonderful Host, Property and Village

We stayed at Lola's Cottage in July 2023 and absolutely loved it and host June. She made the stay extra special. June, I failed to thank you for the fresh flowers on the table when we arrived, so thank you very much. They were gorgeous. Broadway is the perfect size village and exactly what we hoped it would be. We hope to visit again.

Totally Lovely

The property is adorable and just as advertised. Judy was very welcoming and made our stay that much more enjoyable. There are public footpaths just outside the door, which make for a lovely walk. The village center is really close and easily walkable. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect stay

Lola’s cottage is off Broadway High street on a long driveway. It’s perfectly located to eateries and retail and waking paths all around yet a little removed. The cottage itself is very comfortable, immaculately clean and spacious. There is road noise in the day but night time is quiet. June’s a very responsive and kind host. Thank you.

We had a comfortable, relaxing few days. Everything we needed was included to enable us to cook, sleep (comfortable bed) shower and relax. June, our host, did not bother us but was on hand if needed. Overall this was perfect for us being a retired couple.

Cotswolds Sabbatical

Everything was great and June is the perfect host. We stayed for three weeks, and Broadway was a nice base. It not only had restaurants and a market within a 10 minute walk, but several different linger, pastoral walks that didn’t require driving.

I love listening to music, dancing ,tennis, Playing Bridge, and socialising with my many friends. I have two grown up sons ,and three adorable grandchildren.
