1 Homepiece - a converted barn that sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms
1 Homepiece is lovely converted cotswold barn. The cottage has underfloor heating throughout and has been tastefully decorated and presented to be the perfect location for a cotswold getaway. Located on a farm you will have views of the wonderful cotswold countryside. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 kingsize and 1 twin singles.
1 Homepiece is a barn conversion on a working farm in Broad Campden which is a small and very pretty village one and a half miles (and an easy walk) from Chipping Campden.
The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, WC and also houses the washing machine. The farmhouse kitchen is fully fitted and equipped for your stay. Range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and a freezer. The living room has comfy seating, a wall mounted smart tv and a woodburner ( a basket of logs is supplied between Nov & April ) A stable door takes you out onto the patio with a charcoal BBQ and patio seating. There is a shed that you can use to put your bikes in etc.
Very thoughtfully laid out accommodation which was clean and comfortable. Lovely quiet location within easy reach of the best of the Cotswolds. The provision of a pint of milk and a packet of delicious locally produced biscuits was a nice touch. We would very happily stay here again.
The only thing I would suggest is that the living room needed another seat to accommodate the 4 guests
The bedrooms need blackout blinds for the summertime
Property well equipped and in great location for visiting local places..chipping campden, broadway, bourton on the water...
We had a great break and property ideal
The converted barn is on the edge of the village and was exceptionally well furnished and comfortable. The village is a picturesque chocolate box of thatched cottages and the pub is within walking distance . Loved the outdoor setting and space around the barn
Well the fact that we have now been back five times and have already booked our sixth, probably says it all.
Lovely place to have some R&R, with plenty of places to visit near at hand.
Would highly recommend.
Lovely, well-equipped cottage on the edge of a pretty, untouristy Cotswold village. Great village pub and plenty of local footpaths to enjoy, including a walk across the fields to Chipping Campden with its shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.
This is the second time we've stayed at Homepiece and it really does feel like a home from home for us. We absolutely love this part of The Cotswolds, and Homepiece is the perfect place to stay to be able to enjoy everything it has to offer. Such a cosy barn with plenty of character. We will definitely keep on coming back with our young daughter as she grows up.
The property is fabulous, very clean and with everything you need for a short break!
Beds comfy and bedding cosy!
Location is close to many gorgeous Cotswold villages and we would highly recommend.
We had a lovely stay in your Barn conversion. It was so peaceful and quiet especially at night. We stargazed in the garden as there was no light pollution! Perfect. The log fire was comforting. Overall a lovely relaxing break that we needed. Thank you
A good location close to the heart of the Cotswolds but quiet and yet easy access to the surrounding area. Well fitted out and clean accommodation which met all our needs. Easy access to walking routes. We had one occasion where we needed to phone about a faulty tap in the kitchen. We went out for the day and came back to find it had been fixed. Very good response and service. We would recommend 1 Home Piece to others wanting a stay in the Cotswolds.
Had a great time here for a long weekend away with the family
Information given prior for the location and access was excellent.
On arrival there was milk in the fridge, tea, coffee, fruit and cookies which we thought was a nice touch, the was also some boardgames and jigsaws in the living room
Everything was clean and tidy, WiFi speed was reasonable around 10mbs.
Location was perfect for us, away from the main tourists areas, only a short walk to Broad Campden or a slightly longer one to Chipping Campden.
Overall a fantastic place to stay, would definitely stay again.
Wonderful cottage in charming farm location. Clean and well decorated. The only improvement I would suggest would be to add electric portable fans for the bedrooms. The house becomes quite hot and hard to sleep in the heat even with windows open. Britain is getting warmer than it used to be.
Also, I bought some paper towels and Kleenex for the property.
A lovely barn, really well equipped, clean, comfy with spacious kitchen and wood burner in sitting room for chilly evenings.
Wonderful quiet village with pub and great walks over surrounding countryside. Great location for getting around The Cotswolds.
We loved this cottage. This was our final stop for three nights after four weeks driving around the UK and we definitely saved the best for last. The cottage is perfect, everything as is on the listing an more. The village of Broad Campden is picturesque and the walk the Chipping Campden was easy with a good path through the fields.
This was our second visit and we are already planning to return next spring.
Lovely property, well situated and plenty of places to visit within the area.
Highly recommend.
This beautiful little farmhouse is surrounded by wonderful walking paths in the Cotswolds. The farmhouse was a very comfortable 1 story and the owner brought us some wonderful strawberries to snack on the first day. This is a very walkable location. The Bakers Arms is a wonderful pub very close by and Chipping Campden is a little over a mile away thru lovely sheep pastures and poppy fields if you visit in June. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return again.
