La Villa "Les Estades" est une villa spacieuse et joliment meublĂ©e qui mĂ©lange Ă  la fois traditionnel et moderne, situĂ©e sur 7 000 m2 de terrain privĂ© dans une campagne luxuriante et calme Ă  25 minutes Ă  pied de Puerto Pollensa. La villa dispose de plusieurs espaces de vie extĂ©rieurs, d'un salon et salle Ă  manger spacieux, d'une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e et de 3 chambres avec climatisation. Il y a le wifi dans toute la maison et les terrasses, la tĂ©lĂ©vision terrestre britannique, un tĂ©lĂ©viseur 42 pouces, un iPad, un lecteur DVD, une PS4 avec des jeux, un haut-parleur Bluetooth, une table de ping-pong, des legos et des jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©. À l'extĂ©rieur, il y a plusieurs endroits pour se dĂ©tendre; sous les terrasses ombragĂ©es de salle Ă  manger et de dĂ©tente, prĂšs de la piscine, prĂšs de l'espace barbecue ombragĂ©. Great break

Had a great summer break in Mallorca. The villa is situated between Pollensa and Port De Pollensa, which meant being able to get to both easily by car. Was a lovely and quiet location. Would recommend.

Super stay for a great vacation!

The accommodation is as described on the internet. The garden is beautiful and large. The pool with the various seating areas and the lemon and orange trees is absolutely great. We had a great stay with a very straightforward check-in.

Fantastic Villa

We stayed for a week with our grown up family. We had fantastic weather so loved the spacious garden and pool. The villa was very clean and well equipped. Would thoroughly recommend it if you are happy to be a little bit outside Puerto Pollensa as we were.

Great Location

Exceptionally Friendly hosts. Villa is in lovely quite area with great road links to all popular tourist destinations. Villa has everything that you are going to need. Check out all the recommendations for local restaurants as some of these are superb. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend.

Great Location, lovely villa, all the extras.

Great property, lovely quiet location, but only 5 mins from Pollenca and the Port. The villa has everything, nice swimming pool, table tennis, wifi, a playstation (with Netflix) , fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms are spacious with, bathrooms look brand new. Highly recommend

Lovely villa

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at Pollensa. It had everything we needed for a relaxing break and was in a beautiful countryside location and yet only 5-10 mins drive from Pollensa and the sea. Augusta, Marti and Jaume were very helpful from the initial booking until checkout, nothing was too much trouble. We would love to return for our next holiday! Many thanks!

Myself, my husband and our 3 year old had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was immaculate with plenty of space. The pool was great and we enjoyed all the different eating/drinking areas available. The view from the balcony was lovely with a drink in the evening. Perfect location for exploring the rest of Mallorca. Thank you for such a great stay!

My wife and I stayed in this villa with two friends for 10 nights. The villa is in a lovely peaceful location and was clean and well equipped. I will look forward to another trip to Mallorca and would be very happy to stay in Les Estades again.

We had a wonderful holiday at this lovely, secluded villa. It has lovely gardens with fruit trees and a beautiful pool. It was very well equipped and had all the facilities you could need for a family holiday. My grandchildren absolutely loved it. It was very clean when we arrived and the host was exceptionally helpful. I would definitely recommend this villa, and hope that we get to go there again sometime.

Lovely villa in excellent location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. The panoramic view of the countryside from the terrace off the bedrooms was gorgeous. The villa is surrounded by good sized gardens which are full of lemon, orange and lime trees. We especially liked the garden room which was great for eating when we had barbecue. There were five of us and we found the villa comfortable with nicely updated bathrooms. All in all an excellent holiday.

An Incredible Home Base

This property was just amazing. We made fresh lemonade every day from the lemon trees on the property, visited the pigs next door, and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful property and swimming pool. They have everything you would ever want or need to feel completely comfortable and at home on your vacation, including a great assortment of plates, utensils, and cookware. The location is great both in terms of it being quick to access Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, and also in terms of being able to explore the island as a whole. Don't miss Formentor Beach!!! I can't recommend this property enough.

Amazing Finca and great hosts

We can only confirm the excellent ratings of the property. We felt incredibly comfortable in the finca and found everything as described. The really nice conversation in advance with Jaume, who made it possible with his parents that we could book a private cook who prepared an excellent paella for us at a really fair price, must be emphasized. It was an overall amazing stay and simply nothing was missed. The lemons, oranges and tangerines from the garden were just wonderful!

I can't recommend this villa highly enough, it was spotlessly clean, the beds are super comfortable (my husband is very fussy about beds and he slept really well) and the host was fantastically helpful. If you know Mallorca then you already know that the location is amazing. I hadn't been before but loved the shops and restaurants in Pollenca, the beach, cafes and shopping in Port de Pollenca, Alcudia old town was beautiful, the beach at Cala San Vicenc, Formentor..... If you're considering this villa, book it now, you will have a fabulous holiday.

fabulous villa

We have just returned from Les Estades 4 adults and 2 small children. The villa is absolutely lovely, the surroundings so peaceful and the pool perfect. Kitchen is well equipped and as our last few days were in high 30's the air conditioning upstairs much appreciated. The villa owners were delightful to deal with and no request too small. Great Spot, Great Hosts.

Fourth time we have used this Villa, out of about eight or more we have used over the last 10/12 years. Everything is ideal and first class. Good pool and outdoor eating areas, plus seating areas in the Sun at all times of the day. All aspects of the Villa and what you require are ideal. Great location, and the Hosts are super and can not do enough for you. Really well worth a visit. Lovely quiet well maintained spot. Thank you Marti, Augustina and Jaume. Will be back! The perfect family villa!

Beautiful private villa nestled between Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca. The villa was spacious, clean and well equipped. The highlight by far was the pool! It was a great size and the kids spent hours in there each day. There were 2 different outdoor shaded areas for eating meals and lots of comfortable pool loungers. My children (aged 9 and 6) enjoyed playing with the lego and games provided. The bathrooms were clean and modern. My family and I had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate in booking this villa again if we come back to the area. We were fortunate enough to meet the owner and his son while we were out. They were so lovely and helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great location and outdoor space

We had a great time as a family of 5 with young kids, the pool and outside terraces were the most loved. The bedrooms having Air conditioning was a life saver as it gets super hot inside otherwise. The location between pollenca and port pollenca was great so that we could go out for meals at either one in a very short time but be in a lovely quiet calm space. The hosts supplied a very nice few drinks for our arrival. There are nearby supermarkets with all you need but it would have been great for a few more essentials to be made available at the house such as garbage bags, toilet paper (there was some but not enough for more than 3 days), washing detergent, something to help with the mosquitos and a few more cooking essentials such as olive oil. Overall a good stay which we will remember fondly.

Fantastic villa with wonderful views

Ideal villa for our family of 5. The property is lovely, well equipped and benefits from air conditioned bedrooms. It's set in large private gardens behind secure boundaries and is surrounded by views of the hills around Puerto Pollença . The pool is a great size for the kids and teens, plus there's a large covered area down one side and a beautiful dining area under a pergola at one end, which benefits from a cooling breeze throughout the day. The villa is a 2 mile drive to the beach at Puerto Pollença, set on a quiet road in amongst the citrus groves, very private but with other villas nearby so as not to feel too isolated. The owners were friendly and approachable and very quick to answer questions and provide help. Highly recommended for a family villa holiday. We hope to be back soon!

We live in Pollensa, just by the main square and are always available should you need us.
