Nouveau pour 2017/2018 2303 Invités: Nous avons demandé et écouté: Nouveaux fauteuils à bascule avec meubles de balcon; nouveaux meubles de salon; nouveau tapis de salon; nouveau matériel de facette de cuisine; nouveaux appareils de cuisine améliorés; nouvelles chaises de comptoir; et, 2 barres d'handicap / aide à l'intérieur de chaque enceinte de baignoire. Nous avons également négocié un service de nettoyage de meubles et de carpettes. Meubles et tapis professionnellement nettoyés plusieurs fois au cours de l'année.

Suite pour nos invités: FREE BEACH CHAIR et HBO SERVICE pour les invités de Ocean Reef # 2303. Beach Service est deux chaises longues et un parapluie mis en place tous les jours sur la plage pendant votre séjour (disponible du 15 mars au 31 octobre seulement). Fournissez votre nom et numéro de condo à la préposée de la chaise de plage et il sera prêt tous les jours pour votre usage exclusif.

Dès que vous marchez à la porte de # 2303 (entrée sans clé - aucune clé de tracas avec), vous remarquerez le plan d'étage ouvert et la magnifique vue sur l'océan Gulf Front. La cuisine est joliment décorée avec un nouvel éclairage, des armoires en bois, des comptoirs en granit et tous les nouveaux appareils.

Le salon a une vue imprenable sur la plage et s'ouvre sur le balcon. Les amateurs de sport ou les cinéphiles peuvent s'asseoir et regarder les scènes sur le téléviseur HD mural de 60 po à écran plat avec son ambiophonique.

La suite principale est logée avec un lit King size, flambant neuf, matelas haut de gamme, et des draps confortables. Il ya un ventilateur de plafond et une télévision murale de 47 pouces avec lecteur DVD pour plus de confort. Chaque table de chevet est équipée d'une station de recharge USB pour téléphones portables et ordinateurs portables. Cette suite de maître a également une grande fenêtre coulissante en verre pour regarder le golfe du Mexique et la porte coulissante qui s'ouvre sur le balcon. La salle de bain principale privée dispose d'un combo baignoire / douche (équipé de 2 handicapés / barres d'assistance) et les draps mis à jour.

La chambre est équipée d'un lit queen size, d'un matelas haut de gamme et de draps luxueux, d'une table de chevet avec station de recharge USB pour téléphones portables et ordinateurs portables, d'un téléviseur à écran plat de 81 cm avec lecteur DVD . Le balcon est parmi les plus grands de la région et est complètement privé. Le balcon est protégé des vents et est relativement chaud toute l'année.

Perfect beach rental!

This place was beautiful, spacious and clean. We had such a great stay. It’s close to restaurants and not far from the shopping at the boardwalk. There was a small issue with the parking spot when we arrived by the owners got back with me quickly and we got the issue resolved with no problems. Amazing property and owners!!

Absolutely amazing

Our stay was an absolutely blast. The property was amazing and the condo was perfect as it was a trip with our daughter and her two friends. They had their own bed room with attached bathroom and so did we so it was a perfect setup. Very short walk to the beach and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo was very clean with all of the amenities imaginable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Condo was great

The condo was very clean and had nice updates. We got very prompt service when we had a question about the thermostat and one of the ceiling fans. The parking garage was very tight and not easy to navigate in a bigger SUV. It was very busy in our location and that would have been nice to know ahead of time as we prefer something more quiet. The inclusion of beach chairs and umbrella set up daily was a big plus!

Great View, Clean, Great Location

Wonderful view of beach, the condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 child. Loved the LARGE balcony and balcony access from master bedroom! Also, since we had two vehicles, we had to park one in the additional parking lot across the street, which was not as inconvenient as we originally thought. We actually quite liked parking in the additional lot instead because the parking garage was VERY tight. Location was great, walking distance to several beachfront restaurants and the mini golf course. The only cons were that the wait time for an elevator took long at times, but we understand that is not the condo owner's fault. Overall, we recommend this condo! We had a wonderful time!

July 2017 Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Reef. The condo was exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The wagon in the room was very helpful when taking our things out to the beach. The only issue was the parking space. I drive a large SUV and it was difficult to maneuver in the parking deck. That's really out of the rental company's control, but it is something to note if you plan on staying here. If you drive a car, it wouldn't be an issue. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend renting from Greta's in the future.

Reviewer Comments: The condo I stayed in had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, full living room/dining room, and a huge balcony that over looked the ocean! I am active duty Air Force and this company immediately accommodated my crew and I when we were having issues finding a place to stay. It was the end of spring break season and our jet was having maintenance issues. The property was extremely clean and was a nice relaxing night after a long day. The furniture looked brand new and was very clean. The company was extremely professional and kind to us. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!!! I didn't want to leave!

Penthouse experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we walked in the front door was wow!!!! From the 3 adults to our 6 year old and 16 year old! The condo was beautiful and had plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out! We saw 1 turtle 1 manatee and 1 sting ray on different mornings from our balcony while sipping coffee and that was so neat! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed from laundry room to kitchen to bedroom and balcony, the wagon and longe chairs and umbrellas were wonderful and they even had a couple boogie boards and some sand toys available. Would highly recommend this virbo stay and would bring our family there again! Thank you for hosting a wonderful stay!

Awesome rentals-This will be our happy place next time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Greta’s condo is the best! We’ve came to PCB for years and stayed other rentals, but this is the Best! Everything was stocked, appliances were newer. It is on the top floor so veiw is breathtaking. 3 downsides: 1.Pots and pans were all scratched and peeling at the bottoms- cancer causing Teflon coating. 2.Pillow cases, blankets, and towels had stains. 3.The condo is located right by the AC units so it can be noisey. There were sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, some seasonings etc. just in case you forget to bring. Greta’s is the BEST.

June 2024 Stay

We had a great time at this condo. We have traveled multiple different places all over the world and this is definitely one of the cleanest condo and grounds. Staff very helpful and considerate. Felt very comfortable with my girls walking to the pool alone they are 13 but security was always on the gate. We had a package accidentally placed in a mailbox and Riley and security was able to help us retrieve it. Our only complaint was the parking spots in the garage. Definitely bring a smaller car. Location was fabulous beaches were not crowded due to location but close enough to be everywhere quickly. If you go eat at the Local Steamer. The view from the condo is AMAZING! The beach attendants were very considerate. Two beach chairs come with the condo, but there are 6 in the laundry closet. They have a wagon to help transport items. Bring a cooler, most everything we needed was in the condo. Bring crab crackers if you plan on eating in the room. Crockpot, coffee maker. Everything was FABULOUS.

Wonderful Unit at Ocean Reef 2303

Free beach chair service always a plus. The guest bedroom was especially nice for the kids. Ocean Reef is at a great location, walking distance to restraints, shopping, and entertainment for the kids. We would definitely stay here again. Greta's was super easy to deal with. We will be back!

Provided beqch chairs were slightly to the right of the ramp leaving the hotel to go to the beach. Easy walk if toting a lot to the beach. The tBeds were comfortable. The rental was clean and everything worked well. The patios at the ocean reef are huge and this one had ample furniture and room for everyone. Very enjoyable and a great place for a medium sized family.

Having chairs and beach things was so helpful so we didn’t have to pack our own. Condo is very spacious and the balcony was a great place to relax on the comfortable deck chairs. The views from being on the top floor were breathtaking. Very easy to book, answered all our questions and needs leading up to and throughout our entire stay. Places to eat and things to do within walking distance was a nice bonus. We can’t wait to go back!!!! 🏝️
