Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For health reasons, my enjoyment of the beach has to be from the balcony only. Hence,why I chose a smoke free property. On Friday and Saturday, we had to endure cigarette/cigar smoke all day. For that reason, will not stay there again.The Condo is very nice. Your staff was very nice.i suppose the loud drilling noise into concrete above us until noon on Saturday was an emergency.

Amazing get-a-way!

My husband and another couple had a great time! There was plenty of room and the condo was beautifully decorated. The beach chair rentals were a nice touch to this booking. We were also thrilled to find extra chairs, umbrellas and beach gear in the laundry room! Thanks to Greta's Beach Rentals for an excellent stay!

Amazing!

Truly amazing property. We will book this condo every single time we come to PCB. Clean(and I am a perfectionist), decor was perfectly done, updated for feel of being at home, beautiful view, the showers holy moly they are amazing, balcony with awesome furniture and views. We loved it. Can't wait to get back in September.

December 2024 to January 2025 Stay

Greta’s made the whole rental process easy. This condo is beautiful and very comfortable. The furnishings are very nice. The view is stunning. We had a couple of little issues when we got here but Adam took care of everything right away. Adam is extremely personable and patient and made our stay better through his assistance. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent a month. Absolutely perfect. Like having your own condo on the gulf. Mgt was very good in answering questions. Room was spotless. Highly recommend. Hopefully be back again sometime

Beautiful place to stay!

Loved the condo, the balcony, the proximity to the beach & the reserved parking spot!! No issues at all with the elevators. It was a relatively quiet place to stay. The outside sounds are muffled very well & inside you rarely hear your neighbors. The only drawback to the balcony is that some evenings you could hear loud music from the building next door. (Fontainebleau) Regardless I would definitely stay here again.

Living room was big enough for my family of six and the balcony was absolutley amazing. Putt-putt, an arcade, and many other activities and restraunts were within walking distance. Only complaint would be that one of the elevators tore up when we were staying but that still did not take away from this amazing property.

Very good! Clean

The room, the pool, and overall cleanliness is very good! My only concern is with the elevators, people were waiting half hour just for an elevator. While we were there there was only 2 running. But, from what I heard they had been closed 3 weeks from this period. This is not that big of a deal, but would be helpful to have 3 running for 23 levels. The last thing is the overflow parking. It is very inconvenient, and there are not a lot of spaces. Since the 2 bedroom condos only come with 1 guarantee parking space. But overall nice place!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is beautiful and brand new! It was a wonderful condo to stay in and perfect for us. Love the setup of the 2 bed, 2 bath. The updated showers were wonderful. And of course the balcony was our favorite part! Greatly appreciate all of the furniture on the balcony, perfect for lounging and reading as well as dining! Only issues were with parking. There was virtually none for a second vehicle and when a spot was finally found in overflow parking, there was still a long walk back to the condo.Also, the master bathroom wasn't clean upon arrival. Saw issues with the toilet and shower not being clean. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

The condo unit was very, nice. It was clean and decorated nicely. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was well furnished with several chairs and a table. The walk-in showers are a very nice upgrade. The view is beautiful.The building owner does need to repair one of the elevators. At times it was a long wait for an elevator. My only complaint was with the policy the condo building has with the rental chairs. As with many places you can not set up tents in front of the rental chairs. The problem is they set up 120 chairs, which takes up a considerable amount of the beach. The most chairs we ever saw rented was 46, and that was on July 4th. We did not want to use the chairs because they set too low for us to get out of easily, they are very close together and they are put away at 4:00. We did enjoy our stay at this condo unit.

AWESOME PCB Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was exactly as described on Greta's Beach Rentals site. It was very nicely decorated with a HUGE balcony (the largest I have seen). It is closer to the water than lots of condos that I have stayed in, so an easy trek with umbrellas, chairs, etc. It sleeps 6 very comfortably. Everyone we came across (staff, security, etc) were very friendly and very helpful with suggestions on places to go. It is also very close to Pier Parc which was loads of fun. We can't wait to return.
