Mise à niveau de mai 2019: un nouvel ensemble de table et chaises de balcon a été ajouté pour le plaisir de nos invités!

La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et est équipée de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. En plus des appareils de cuisine normaux, vous trouverez un grille-pain, une machine à café, un micro-ondes, des ustensiles de cuisine, des casseroles, des poêles, de la porcelaine et bien plus encore. Dans la salle à manger, vous trouverez une belle table pouvant accueillir confortablement six personnes. Vous trouverez également des tabourets de bar autour du comptoir pour encore plus de sièges.

Le salon a été joliment meublé avec un canapé-lit, des chaises d'appoint, des tables, des lampes, un ventilateur de plafond et une grande télévision à écran plat et un DVD pour le divertissement.

Depuis le salon, la porte coulissante s'ouvre sur un balcon surdimensionné avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique. Le mobilier de jardin est prévu pour manger ou se détendre. C'est un endroit idéal pour regarder les couchers de soleil ou les levers de soleil. Aussi, un endroit fabuleux pour rassembler et jouer à des jeux de société en famille! Si vous ne vous prélassez pas sur la plage, vous voudrez être sur ce balcon!

La suite principale est équipée d'un lit king-size, de draps confortables et d'une télévision à écran plat. La salle de bain principale a une combinaison baignoire / douche et un grand comptoir. La porte coulissante s'ouvre sur le balcon où vous pouvez voir la plage ou écouter les sons subtils des vagues qui se brisent sur le rivage.

La deuxième chambre est aménagée avec deux lits doubles, des draps confortables et une télévision à écran plat.

Last Spring Break for Grandaughter!

Great return trip but won’t be back next year

Great location and great condo for an off season long weekend. Weather was great. We especially enjoyed the balcony and convenience of the chair service. Greta’s management co was responsive when we had a question.

Another great stay

Reviewer Comments: We have rented now from Gretas’s rentals five or six times over the years. Whenever we have had an issue during the stay they are very quick to respond. Our master bed mattress was less then comfortable this last stay, I reached out and they were quick to respond however weren’t able to switch out the mattress during our stay. So I can’t give a five star rating. Also, the indoor pool had worms all over the walls. I realize this is more of an issue with the building rather then the condo itself but it was disappointing since the weather was cold and the kids would have liked the indoor pool.

Unit very clean!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was very clean (that is very important to me). The location of Ocean Reef can't be beat. It's only a mile or so from Pier Park. The balcony is huge and had loungers and a table with chairs. The mattresses could use some updating. Besides that, I think it was great! It seemed to be well maintained.

First PCB Trip!

We have always gone to Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach because we have small kids and it’s a little closer. I had been seeing the beautiful blue waters at PCB for a few years so we decided to go this year. Wow, we were blown away! This is the largest condo we’ve ever stayed in, the nicest people we’ve ever encountered, and honestly the easiest most laid back vacation we’ve had to date. We will continue to make this drive every year and continue to book with Greta’s Beach Rentals! The only issue we had was the thermostat kept changing, I submitted a form and within 2 hours was called and it was fixed immediately. The best service hands down! Super convenient and especially nice for families!

Love Ocean Reef

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy our time at Ocean Reef. It's our 3rd year staying in the same place and condo. I was a tad disappointed in the cleanliness. One shower had no drain cover so you could see all the hair just stuck from previous people and the other shower had so much gunk in the drains that we didn't use it due to the tub filling up ankle deep due to clog and it was gross. The floor was quite dirty, our bare feet were black day 1. We found a pair of underwear and socks from a previous stay under the bed. Under the beds and furniture, it is just sitting dust so like I said we love the place, but the cleanliness and shower situation wasn't great. I hope they get it taken care of. I left a similar review last year so here's hoping this reaches someone.

Great location

This condo was nice. We had plenty of room and everything was working well. The beds are comfy and it is clean. I really enjoyed having the app to use for all communication. It made the process very simple! The only issue is if you use the oven when you open it up it sets of the smoke alarms. I think it is because it senses the heat since it is in the kitchen.

July 2022 Stay

My family and I traveled to Panama City Beach for the first time and loved it. There is so much to see and do here. Our favorite excursion was the shuttle ride to Shell island it was amazing and nothing like we thought it would be. I’m so glad that we stayed at ocean reef condos. The beach access was great, we loved the pool and the closeness to other activities was perfect. I will say it’s a little hard to get around in the afternoon and evening with everyone out cruising the strip but I’m not really sure that can be helped in a place like this. Our condo was just what we needed it had almost everything we needed to make our stay even better. The free beach chairs and umbrella were great on the beach and our views were amazing. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony enjoying them. We would definitely rent this condo again. The only thing I would have a complaint about was the amount of towel racks and hooks…. For a beach condo there we’re not enough places to hang even our bath towels.

We loved our stay in 1802 Ocean Reef! The unit was beautiful and had a well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony and watching the dolphins play. Greta's was a pleasure to rent from and were incredibly responsive when we needed them. Loved the app for checking in and out as well as the ongoing communication from Greta's. Highly recommend Shell Island, Paradise Adventures Sunset Cruise and Pier Park. If you have an ice cream addict in your group, don't miss The Yard!

May 2021 Stay

Had a great week at Ocean Reef 1802! Condo was clean and well appointed. Location of the condo in the building is great, as well as the location on the beach. What a beautiful view! Loved the restaurant next door and enjoyed mini golf and go karts across the street. Elevators were a little bit of a pain - one was out all week and another was down one day. The property was not full, though, so it was really only an issue the day both were out. Have actually waited longer at other high rise condo buildings in PCB. App for rental was great - we had all the information we needed well in advance. When we arrived there was a car in our designated space. Greta quickly found another space we could park in and notified us when our spot was available. Super pleased with their responsiveness. We highly recommend the rental.
