Très bien situé! 1. 4 miles à Pier Park et de la jetée publique, et monte sur la plage de sable privée. Chaque chambre dispose d'une vue imprenable et des sons du ressac. Maître et Salon ouvrent à 10x28 pont pour profiter de repas en plein air et de magnifiques couchers de soleil.
Agréments de l'édifice incluent piscines intérieure et extérieure, bain à remous, sauna, salle de musculation, hammam, douches et du front de mer. Bien sûr, une plage superbe à vos pieds.

Ocean Reef est nouvellement construit et chargé avec des aménagements. Situé sur le front de plage, profiter d'un barbecue, une piscine et un bain à remous et un espace de détente pavée. Piscine intérieure et une salle d'exercice avec vue, ainsi que hammam et un sauna. Place de parking couvert, ainsi que RV / parking bateau à la disposition des locataires. Être sur la plus grande plage de 27 Classe mile, monde. Vous ne vous lasserez jamais de regarder par-dessus l'eau turquoise et de sable de quartz blanc. Nice place with beautiful view!

Comfortable accommodations, easy check in process. Bonus beach equipment provided made going to the beach very convenient. Dawn our host was a great communicator before and during our stay. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Balcony and Location!

This condo was great! The location was amazing! The host, Dawn, was so accommodating and she even messaged me letting me know that we could get into the property 2 hours early. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great time in the condo.

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay! The condo has direct access to the beach with rental chairs and umbrellas right in front of the condo. Although we didn’t utilize them, there are chairs, beach toys, an umbrella, and beach cart in the condo you can use. Owner was quick to respond and answer any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay.

The location is perfect. Condo is on the beach and there are activities and restaurants across the street. Dawn is an excellent communicator and host. Check-in was a breeze. Everything was exactly how it was described on the booking information. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely will book again.

Family getaway

Came for a getaway. Excellent location. Close to so many things too. Beds were comfortable and we needed for nothing. Beautiful view. Dawn was very responsive if we had questions. Staff at building is very nice and do a great job of assuring safety of property.

Dawn was easy to communicate with during our stay. Condo is in a great location of PCB!

Our family of 5 had a comfortable stay in Dawn’s condo. It has everything you need for a week of beach activity. The balcony is the best part of the condo. Unobstructed views! 15th floor is breathtaking. Great restaurants are close by and shopping is a short distance. Highly recommend.

Can’t wait to return!! Best condo ever!!

The view was great, well supplied with all we needed, and my kids loved the huge balcony. Dawn was just the best!! She was so kind and helpful throughout the process. She even emailed to check on us due to some bad weather we were having. The bed was super comfy!! We can’t wait to return!!

Very enjoyable week in Panama City Beach Fl.

The condo was perfect. Very spacious rooms. Two bedrooms with two full baths met our needs. Laundry room with storage for beach chairs, wagon, and supplies that we brought was nice and out of way. Kitchen and dining was very clean. The tv seating couches were very comfortable. The view from the 15th floor balcony was great. Balcony furniture was also comfortable. Looking forward to booking this unit again.

Great condo. But beach closed

This town shuts down the ocean for the entire time we were in town. They have no lifeguard stations and when ocean is a little rough the double red flags come out. In case your not familiar with the flags, when there are double red flags hung the water is off limits. Now you would think they would let you at least stand at waters edge and let it roll over your feet. No they were patrolling the beach in numerous vehicles giving tickets to people. $500.00 fine! Never going back!

Rest and Relaxation

We have vacationed at several places up and down the coast. This was by far one of the best. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The balcony is big! Dawn answered all questions we had and was very easy to deal with. The beach and ocean was fabulous. We saw a couple of sharks, stingrays, and a turtle. The waves were so much fun to play in. The location is perfect because it is not on a busy part of the beach. Of course, we came right before the busy season. If I had to find one downside, it would be the beds. The mattresses were a little hard. But you can't possibly find a mattress that would suit everyone, so it was fine. That is not enough of a reason to keep us from staying here again. We would definitely visit again and hope to soon!

Great experience

Owner is fantastic. Check-in was easy. There was a problem as we arrived with the door lock but housekeeping notified the owner and a repair person was there within the hour to replace the mechanism. Unit is exactly as pictured. Huge balcony. Plenty of hot water. There are beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit. My only personal complaint is that the beds are too soft but they seem to be quality mattresses, just not as firm as I would like. The weather sent us home a few hours early but that's October for you. Really close to Pier Park and other amenities. Security on-site which is nice. They are sprucing up the exterior with new paint for a fresher look but it did not interfere with our stay at all. Like this unit and complex a lot! Thanks, Dawn, for sharing your lovely winter home with us!

Great vacation spot!

Pros: Our condo was very clean and spacious. The views from the 15th floor are absolutely beautiful! Our kids had a blast at the arcade, put put golf, and Go-Karts located right across the street. There is private beach access and not super crowded. Dawn, the owner of the property, was so helpful before and throughout our stay! Cons: The elevators are ridiculous!! It took us three hours to get all our stuff up to the condo. We waited as long as 45 minutes to get onto an elevator. There are three elevators, but one of them has been out of service since February, according to another property owner we spoke to while staying there. I think most rooms only have one reserved parking spot (ours did anyway) and some of the spaces are extremely narrow. If your party has more than one vehicle, you have to park one of them accross the street. Lastly, golf carts aren't allowed on this property at all, even in the overflow parking lot, which was very inconvenient since that is the best way to get around the beach. Hopefully management will make some necessary improvements because this really is one of the best places I've stayed at the beach!

Great Memorial Day in Panama City Beach 2012 in 1506

Dawn, Thanks so very much for letting us spend a few days in your Florida home. It was even better in person. The photos are all true but when you get there it is so much better. The condo was awesome, very clean, well maintained and all the amenities were perfect. We just loved the location and my family had a blast. We awoke each morning to the sound of the beach, and the gorgeous views and that really is what it is all about. There was pleanty to do close by for the 15 year olds and great seafood and shopping at Pier Park. This was probably the best experience I have had in dealing with a condo Rental. Dawn is the best and so very pleaseant to work with. I hope that you get a chance to visit this location as it is all it says it is. We liked it so much we even cleaned up after ourselves, vacumned the floors and stripped the beds, just so Dawn will hopefully let us come back. :-) :-) We have been in many condo rentals and this experience with Dawn, just made all of lifes craziness take a break for a few days. We even got in trouble with the HOA for hanging our towels over the balcony. OOOPPPSSS sorry, but it just added another reason to the good list. They expect you to follow the rules, and when you don't they politely let you know. That is great. One last thing the undercover parking was great............ I could go on and on but I would start to bore you......I will just say it was all so very good. I highly recommend this location.. Dawn, thanks again for a wonderful few days at the beach. Location, location, location!

Located right on the beach, close to everything! But, still quiet and not crowded! Covered assigned parking, comfortable condo with amazing views.

I love the Gulf of Mexico,having lived in Louisiana,I vacationed there alot and my goal was to own there.
I liked the heated indoor pool,as a swimmer that was a must.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I enjoy my private deck overlooking the Gulf, with the sounds of the waves all day long. Seeing dolphins,
sea rays and pelicans, having sun all day and amazing sunsets.
Inside the furniture and vintage fabrics add a feeling of home and comfort with classic Miami touches.
Pictures on the walls are wonderful photographs of places all over the world involving water.I love beaches and water in my holidays,a trained photography student I love to take pictures and share with my guest.
Adding a personal touch,unlike some condos with such generic décor, I strived to do some personal touches and a lot of shells in my condo. I try to bring the bright airy feeling on the beach into my condo.
