Magnifique appartement situé dans le Centre de Rome, sur la Via Arco di Santa Margherita, à quelques pas de Campo de ' Fiori et de Piazza Navona. L'appartement a été récemment restauré et donne sur l'opéra della Madonna di Santa Margherita, qui remonte au début de l'An 700  et se trouve sur le 1 er étage sans ascenseur d'un immeuble ancien. Salle de séjour avec canapé, salle à manger et cuisine- cuisine entièrement équipée, une chambre confortable avec dressing et une chambre avec deux lits simples, salle de bain spacieuse et moderne avec douche. Équipé de tout le confort nécessaire, y compris la climatisation dans toutes les chambres, connexion Internet, TV satellite plasma , Hi-Fi, lave-vaisselle. Mobilier contemporain et antiquités, plafonds en bois, parquet au sol dans toutes les chambres et un emplacement idéal pour se promener au centre historique complète ce luxueux appartement .

Absolutely Amazing

This place is absolutely perfect for a family visiting Rome for a couple of days. The location is central to all the sites and a lot of cool restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect spot in Rome!

We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed it all so much. Steps away from a market square and so many good options….make sure to visit the famous Osteria Da Fortunata! Highly recommend this stay!

Great location

Our experience staying at the apartment was fabulous. It was very clean and in a great location. The longest walk was 30 minutes, so basically near to all the popular places you would want to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communications with the property team were excellent, nothing was too much trouble.

The apartment is not as bright and airy as it appears on the listing.The washing machine wasn't working when we arrived, but it was quickly fixed.The entrance to the building is a small and peatonal street . Location is okThe apartment staff is efficient.

Spacious apartment in a convenient location

Lovely stay in this spacious apartment with great air conditioning- a must in the heat of the Roman summer! Apartment was well appointed and a convenient walk to most sights. Communication with owner was easy and they even helped with airport transfer and allowed us to drop our bags before official check-in. Overall, a very positive experience and a place we would recommend.

Perfect location and exactly as described

Was concerned after I booked this location that there were zero reviews, but the place was perfect for my family and I. Kids had their space and we had ours. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants and delicious breakfast was convenient. The neighborhood is beyond beautiful and wandering the streets during our free moments was a highlight to our stay for sure. Extra bonus was sneaking in a few loads of laundry. Would definitely stay there again.

Location was perfect!!

You can’t beat the location!! In the middle of everything someone would want to do in Rome. The place was clean and nice. With three girls we could have used an extra bathroom but we knew that going into it. Alessandro who checked us in was great and full of information. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Rome!!

Great location for short stay

Our family (2 boys aged 10 & 12) stayed during July. The location of the unit is amazing - walking distance to everything in the city being about equidistant between colosseum, Vatican and Spanish steps. Plenty of good restaurants nearby, and lovely bright comfortable bedrooms to sleep in at night. The lounge isn’t isn’t for hanging around in but suited our needs to prepare for our next outing into Rome.

Fabulous 2 bedroom in the heart of Rome

This is a great two bedroom with all the amenities from washer dryer to A/C. The high ceilings and large windows allow a ton of light in. It’s located just 5-10 minutes walks to all the sites. I would highly recommend

Cozy spot in the middle of Rome

The location of this apartment is just amazing, everything is nearby, including every day Farmers Market, restaurants, da Vinci Museum, etc. The apartment nicely uses old bricks, high ceilings, etc. to make an exclusive look and feel. There is a bit of noise, especially on Thursday night because it seems that Rome never sleeps :) Overall a great place for a short stay.

Perfectly located for seeing all the sites!

We were questioning the area of the check-in when we arrived, but soon realized this appt is perfectly located for what we wanted to do! We walked everywhere, grabbing coffee and pastries along the way. Stopped for drinks in the local restos and bars…. Easy walk to Trastevere, which has great food options! Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! Lots of storage and closets spaces.

Great Apartment and location

We were met by Allessandro and he took us to the apartment and explained everything. The apartment was wonderful! There are wooden shutters outside the bedroom windows if the street lamp bothers you at night. Very clean, and a great location. Not far from the Vatican, Piazza Navonna, Colosseum, Trevor fountain etc. We would definitely stay here again

Great Rome neighborhood

The location for this apartment was perfect for us. It was close to everything we wanted to see. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for the four of us. The two bedrooms were spacious and the living area was comfortable. We did not use the kitchen for meal prep but it seemed to have everything one would need to cook meals.

Great place in the heart of Rome

Wonderfull experience the property is very conviniently located down the street from Campo de fiori. Hosts were very nice. Isaac was very helpful. Had a car waiting for us at the airport after the Avery long flight from USA. Also, Loredana very kindly explained things to us. And assisted as needed. Will book again in the future.

Wonderful location

Mial House is a great property, in a perfect location. It is literally right in the centre of everything. It is surrounded by a number of wonderful restaurants and all major attractions are within walking distance. The property itself is fantastic, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and it had plenty of space for our two teenagers. Communication with Issac and Giulia was excellent throughout and it was an absolute pleasure to meet Raoni, who met us at the apartment and gave us some great tips about the area. We would love to return to Mial House in the future!

We had a great time in this rental. Outfitted for everything in kitchen. Check in was so smooth with Loredana. She was so helpful with recommendations for local places too. Place has tons of storage and is great for family of 4. Bathroom was good, everything was clean. Little street right by a great square. Only minor thing was noise at night from bar/ club underneath us. Sound machines blocked it out for us but it’s loud

Spacious Unit

The property is in a great location very close to Campo de' Fiori. Close to everything but a little bit removed (although there was quite a bit of noise until about 1 am on Friday night). The space is generous and comfortable: a good sized living room and two large bedrooms. Living room, however, only has a dining table and a small sofa, so it's not the most welcoming. Kitchen is functional, but not terribly well equipped. The space is unfortunately dim (not an uncommon thing in Rome) and could use some freshening up. It is clearly a rental. Also, tried to use the washing machine, and it would not start. All in all, however, a good place for a short visit.

Great for families Excellent location

Right after booking we were contacted by Isaac about our trip. He arranged a private transfer on our behalf and we were able to check in a little early after a long day of travel. Loredana was there to check us in with tips on restaurants, taxis and more. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Perfect for our family of 4 with two teenage girls. Had all the basic amenities and air conditioning worked great which was important for August. Location was perfect walking distance to all attractions (Vatican city, Spanish steps, Colleseum). With plenty of restaurants, bakeries near by. Added bonus the Campo de Fiori daily market for fresh fruit and vegetables. Do not hesitate to book this place!
