Les portes coulissantes en verre ouvrent sur un balcon donnant sur les eaux scintillantes du Golfe. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et un coin salon spacieux avec canap��-lit queen et fenêtres donnant sur le Golfe. Le maître de bain présente une tuile et douche en verre attrayante. La deuxième chambre offre deux lits jumeaux et une fenêtre à l'eau. Une salle de bain complète dans le hall est facilement accessible pour cette chambre et les parties communes. Ce condo comprend une petite laveuse / sécheuse. Planifiez vos prochaines vacances dans cet impeccable condo face au golfe avec piscine communautaire et promenade dans les dunes jusqu'à la plage.

Sans Souci est situé en face du célèbre restaurant de fruits de mer Peg Leg Pete.

Beautiful condo! Great views.

Enjoyed the condo very much. Great location. I just thought that the check-in process should have been easier. We usually get a text and receive all the parking passes in our condo.

Absolutely fabulous!! Gorgeous and clean condo. Amazing views from ALL rooms!! LOVE LOVE LOVED IT!!! The staff was sooooo wonderful at Paradise Beach Homes!!! So kind and helpful and gave us an awesome water bottle and deck of cards when we checked in!!!

Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean and comfortable. Well appointed. Like this location. On the quieter end of the beach. View of the Gulf. 2nd floor. Would recommend to others and will stay there in the future.Only negativesWi-Fi was sketchy at times. Had to re set modem several times. Ice maker didn't produce ice. Would like to see a Curig Coffee maker there instead of a Pot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is perfect for a small family visiting. It's close to everything but yet not crazy wild and unsafe. We felt safe throughout our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The check in process could be more convenient because you have to go to a separate location, find a parking spot (hard place to get in/out of) and go in to get the code. I feel like this process could be done more efficiently by email/phone instead of having to go out of the way to a place to get the same information that you can receive via phone. The beach area is clean and quiet. The condo looks updated and everything worked as should. I would recommend to others and would go to the same condo again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So happy we chose to stay at this condo. It’s right on the beach and away from all the buzz. Even at its busiest times, the beach and the pool had only a handful of people. The condo was on 2nd floor and had everything we needed. Elevators were fast and stairs were always available too. Parking was great! Loved the Tom Thumb across the street as well as Ped Leg Pete’s. Can’t go wrong here. Only thing I would suggest is eliminating the check in at the Paradise Homes office location. Was a little inconvenient especially since no keys were involved. Codes could have been given via email or app.

San Souci 202 Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this location 3 years in a row. The condo was not 100% clean and had cockroaches. The management company was quick to come out and treat the unit but it was still not fun with 3 small children to deal with this problem. The unit was no cleaned and we found food crumbs on floors and sand in the bed sheets. Dishes were chipped and pots and pans dirty. We had to was everything to make sure it was clean... probably the reason we had a roach problem. The 5:00 check-in is a little late and makes it difficult with a family.

Very Clean, love the privacy on the Beach

We loved the Condo. I would recommend to the owner either putting a larger bed in the guest room, or the room is big enough to put 2 full size beds to better accommodate more adult couples (Families).... The kitchen was full of cooking utensils. The Condo Management was very accommodating..

Reviewer Comments: This condo was in the perfect location, and while the building was obviously older, the pool was in great shape and the beach right outside was perfect. This particular condo unit, however, could use some updating and fixing up. It was sufficient for what we needed, but for the price, we expected it to be much nicer and more updated. There were a few broken items, ceiling issues, really old washer/dryer combo, and certain things just missing completely (ironing board). The patio furniture was cramped and uncomfortable. We did love how the condo had a sleeper sofa in the master bedroom for the kids, and the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials. The location is really the best thing about the property!

Needs Help

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management was very nice & helpful. The condo, however, needs attention. The floors made our fleet black from day one. There were obvious signs of water leakage on the ceilings, and in the master bedroom, there is actually an open hole in the ceiling. Soap and shampoo were provided only in one of the two bathrooms. The pillows were old, hard, and smelly. There's really no excuse for that. The sofa bed in the master needs to be replaced. The "mattress" was threadbare and every bone of the bed could be felt. It was not usable. Also I think the dirty balled quilt we found in the closet of the other bedroom may have been intended for the sofa bed, but it was filthy.

On the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed at Sans Souci many times and this was one of my favorite units. You're right on the beach and the condo was clean and had great views. I'm not sure why there was a broken slot machine in the dining room but it made for interesting conversation, as did the rest of the art in the condo. They do need to get the air conditioner looked at. The first two days we were there we had to trip the circuit breaker to get the air to cool down. We called the rental company on day one and they told us to do that and it sounded like this was a known issue. After the second time it worked great. I would go back to this unit again!

Great Beach Condo Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the San Souci unit #202 for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The condo looks like the pictures posted, and the view is beautiful. The condo building is right on the beach so there is easy access. The pool area is very nice and a great place to cool off. Paradise Beach Homes was easy to work with and responsive when there is a problem. (The wifi was out in condo when we arrived and they sent someone out the next day to fix it). I would definitely recommend their rental office. The NEGATIVES of this condo include the cheap towels and sheets that are provided; not what you would expect for what you are paying. There are no door mats or rugs anywhere to wipe your feet on. (??). The floor had not been mopped in a long time...our feet would get black when walking around barefoot so we had to keep our shoes one. The dishwasher had a foul oder and really needed to be replaced or serviced. Also would have been nice to have extra garbage bags and toilet paper on hand. Overhead lights in dining area didn't work. The owner of this property really needs to give it some extra TLC and maybe a deep clean. Overall a good condo if you are willing to overlook the small details like I mentioned.

Great unit and location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a long weekend here with the family and it couldn't have been more perfect. The location is awesome. Beachfront with direct access. And across the street from a grocery store and a great restaurant/bar (Peg Leg Pete's). A very short drive to the pier and other restaurants. Also, they have a pool on property which is nice. Only thing we didn't like was all the sand in the unit on the floor, furniture and beds. I know its hard to prevent that being on the beach and all. But a few rugs by the doors and beds would have helped. We ended up using some extra towels to wipe our feet. Also, didn't like the requirement that we had to not only wash the dishes, but put them away. Usually, we are asked to just run the dishwasher before we leave, which seems reasonable. But all in all, will definitely recommend this place and consider staying here again.

Best location on the beach!

Reviewer Comments: At 58 yrs old, this was my 1st trip to Florida and I could have spent the entire week just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sights-n-sounds of the ocean. White sandy (very clean) beach just steps away; a small convenience store just across the street; a great seafood restaurant/bar next door to the store; a free trolley to go shopping and exploring that picks us up right outside the bldg. Great pool, secure (and plenty of) on site parking. Spacious rooms for 4 adults w/ a sm washer/dryer in the condo for our use. I promise you, there is NO better location on Pensacola Beach for a vacation!
