Quick vacation getaway

The property was clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance (a little over a mile) to restaurants. We were far enough from the crowds so the beach was enjoyable and not overwhelmed with people everywhere. I would definitely stay there again!

Pensacola Dive Trip

We couldn’t stay here because of the two hurricanes that blew in back to back; but, the owners were very understanding and very nice to deal with. We will definitely reserve this property again later this year.

Wonderful stay!

This property is so beautiful! We couldn’t get over the amazing gulf views from BOTH bedrooms and the living room balcony view! Being so close to the beach and the pool was perfect for the kids. Definitely will return!

Get a way with Mom and friend.

Very nice and roomy. Close to everything. Peg leg Pete’s across the road. Very short walk to beach. We had a great time. We were looking for something with not a lot of walking with my mother who is 82. She could easily get to and from the beach. Very nice to have the complimentary chairs and umbrella and the guy was super nice who set them up. We had a great stay.

Family friendly Beach location

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The condo had a perfect view and was on the second floor which was perfect for us since we have small kids. The condo is clean and well taken care of. One of my favorite parts was a closet full of all of your beach needs! We will definitely look into staying here again!

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay at Pensacola Beach. We had a few problems with some swarming insects while we were there, but the property management company responded quickly to our communications and bent over backwards to try to fix the problem. We stay at San Souci almost every summer and love the location and amenities.

Ocean (Gulf) Paradise

Fourth time staying at this property and each time it gets better! The unit was clean, stocked and very spacious for 4 ladies! Having a washer/dryer was handy. TVs in every room was great for late night watchers. Proximity to the beach couldn’t be better. Peg Leg’s was our go to most nights. Great food, service and live music!

Very nice unit on 2nd floor! Easy booking. Property Mgt very accommodating. The view from this condo is gorgeous. The unit was clean, appropriately furnished and was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here and were grateful for the opportunity. Thank you!

Great location

Very nice unit. Tastefully decorated with a relaxing feel. Bedrooms had wonderful views. It is a corner unit and located next to stairwell and rubbish drop so times you could hear noise however nighttime was mostly quiet. We had daily chair and umbrella service which was awesome (and needed!). The only downside we found was it would have been nice to have a hightop table and chairs on the balcony to watch the waves so the railing did not obstruct our view and maybe a Kurig instead of coffee pot. But not a deterrent. We loved the location of this property. It's away from the hub and closer to Fort Pickens and look forward to returning in the near future.
