Great layout with two bedrooms and multiple views from window. The unit was clean and stocked with a few essentials. The kitchen had what we needed to cook several meals. Wife and I both loved sipping morning coffee on the balcony, watching the waves roll in. If we didnt feel like driving to Ft Pickens, we just grabbed the chairs and went down to the beach. I hope we get to a stay here again. It was a great trip.

This unit is really nice with all amenities you can think of. It was perfectly located on the sand in a nice building that had easy access. We loved the balcony and the views from every window. Beds were comfortable and it had a ton of room. We will be back!

Thank y'all for absolutely ruining our vacation. Trash can lid just laying on the ground once entering condo, Toilet In master bathroom wasn't set right and upon arrival just running without filling with water, floors disgusting with dirt, coffee cup stains on all the coasters inside and on chairs outside. Guest bathroom tub water just drips after shutting off, no tub water stop plug so couldn't take a bath. The icing on the cake is the (private beach) closed 3 days of our trip. Constant heavy machinery noise all day and night. Just about stole my 1700 for this trip. I have video proof of all of this, if we can't work something out on a partial refund I'm definitely leaving a bad review. I CANNOT BELIEVE ANY OF THIS.

Quick vacation getaway

The property was clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance (a little over a mile) to restaurants. We were far enough from the crowds so the beach was enjoyable and not overwhelmed with people everywhere. I would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful stay!

This property is so beautiful! We couldn’t get over the amazing gulf views from BOTH bedrooms and the living room balcony view! Being so close to the beach and the pool was perfect for the kids. Definitely will return!

Pensacola Dive Trip

We couldn’t stay here because of the two hurricanes that blew in back to back; but, the owners were very understanding and very nice to deal with. We will definitely reserve this property again later this year.

Great location. Lots of restaurants. Unit had comfortable beds and furniture. Bathrooms could use updating. Would recommend.

Get a way with Mom and friend.

Very nice and roomy. Close to everything. Peg leg Pete’s across the road. Very short walk to beach. We had a great time. We were looking for something with not a lot of walking with my mother who is 82. She could easily get to and from the beach. Very nice to have the complimentary chairs and umbrella and the guy was super nice who set them up. We had a great stay.

Family friendly Beach location

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The condo had a perfect view and was on the second floor which was perfect for us since we have small kids. The condo is clean and well taken care of. One of my favorite parts was a closet full of all of your beach needs! We will definitely look into staying here again!

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay at Pensacola Beach. We had a few problems with some swarming insects while we were there, but the property management company responded quickly to our communications and bent over backwards to try to fix the problem. We stay at San Souci almost every summer and love the location and amenities.

Ocean (Gulf) Paradise

Fourth time staying at this property and each time it gets better! The unit was clean, stocked and very spacious for 4 ladies! Having a washer/dryer was handy. TVs in every room was great for late night watchers. Proximity to the beach couldn’t be better. Peg Leg’s was our go to most nights. Great food, service and live music!
