Phoenix VI est l'un des complexes de condominiums les plus relaxants de la côte du golfe. Il y a une raison pour laquelle plus de vacanciers séjournent dans cet appartement que n'importe quel autre à Orange Beach.

Il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit où séjourner pour vous et votre famille que Phoenix VI. Il existe de nombreuses activités, dont une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket et une piscine extérieure. Il y a même un joli belvédère pour se détendre pendant que vous faites du barbecue. Restez dans notre unité Premium et payez moins que le prix sélectionné !!!

Venez vous détendre sur le balcon du 3ème étage donnant directement sur la piscine extérieure avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe ou dormir sur le grand lit king size dans le maître. Cette unité a été mise à niveau pour inclure de nouveaux meubles, des comptoirs en granit et de nouvelles armoires. Nous avons également rénové les deux salles de bain !! Nous avons un lit king size dans le maître avec accès au balcon et nous avons deux lits doubles dans la chambre d'amis avec un canapé-lit queen !! Nous sommes idéalement situés à côté des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.

Beach Vacation

Overall the stay was wonderful and very convenient. 2 of the 4 elevators were out of service which caused extremely long delays with over 25 minute waits. The room was just enough for our family. The view was beautiful of the beach. Would stay here again.

Unit 6304 was lovely. The beds were very comfy but the pillows were not the best! The view was wonderful and so was the pool.

Reviewer Comments: Thankfully we only stayed for 3 nights because the unit smelled heavily like mold was in the air. The ceiling fans were coated with dust and we had to clean them off before using. The unit is decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable. If it had a good cleaning and air ducts cleaned would probably be ok but I would not stay again.

Great beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Phoenix 6 property was nice. Clean pool area with grills. Great beach access and beautiful sand. Loved the condo! Very clean, comfortable and spacious for family of 4! It had every type of kitchen utensil or dish you need to prepare any kind of meal. Great appliances. However, lacking paper/plastic products of any kind or condiments in condo. This is different from any other VRBO we've stayed at. Had to buy dishwashing soap, laundry soap, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, and cleaning spray. We would definitely stay again, we now know to bring extras with us. Publix and Dollar store down the street for supplies. Restaurants: Luna's-newer place (with great bologna sandwiches) Cobalt-must go! You can dress up or at least a shorts with a nice shirt. Beautiful outdoor setting, had band playing while we waited. And for the best Bushwacker-Tacky Jacks. Love the view and chance to see dolphins pop up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My only real complaint is that our stay wasn’t longer. The beach was beautiful and property was in a great location. Got to see a lot of tour boats go by including dolphins. The Blue Angels even made a pass over us on the beach. We didn’t go explore too much having little ones in tow, but not too far down the beach there was probably a marina where the boats came in from fishing everyday, I would have loved to walk down there and be able to explore more. The amenities of the hotel were wonderful a large outdoor pool, indoor pool and 3 hot tubs. All very clean. The kids loved it. Our view was perfect and only 3 floors up could view the pool area nicely as well as the beach. My only complaint was they charged you $55 to park in the hotel parking lot. I thought that was insane because as many times as I’ve been to the beach it’s always included. But that was the property and regardless of that I would happily go back. Convenient to shopping, groceries and great dining.

We had an amazing time for our kids first beach trip. Aside from the condo....the building itself had serious elevator issues our entire trip. Only one or two elevators working at a time. Usually one. It was really frustrating and very difficult with little ones. Thankfully we were on the third floor because we used the stairs all the time due to the elevator issues. Even on check out day, we could not get an elyand had to bring all luggage down the stairs.

First time Orange Beach-ers

However the one down side was that most of the outlets/plugs in the rooms and throughout the condo were extremely loose. Cords would not stay plugged in and would fall out. We ended up charging electronics in the kitchen off 1 outlet receptacle. Also, had a couple lightbulbs burned out in lamps so could not use them. Need to check and replace light bulbs. There were food wrappers by the beds in the 2nd bedroom(pop tart wrappers, candy wrappers) from prior guests. We saw them when we arrived and our kids wanted to check out their rooms.

Needs updating

The beds were very uncomfortable (taco) mattress. Comforters needed cleaning. Place itself was nice needs some updating but for what we paid to stay 4 nights was crazy.

Great Property

We loved this property! The owner was super responsive and great while booking the property. If I had a question I could email them and I would have a response very quickly. Check in was super easy and the condo was great! We absolutely loved it. The facility itself was great and the staff was so friendly. From maintenance workers to evening security, everyone was very friendly and outgoing. I scored the cleanliness of the condo with three stars because it could use a good deep cleaning. The baseboards, shower tiles and under furniture was very dirty. I think this is to be expected in a highly traveled area with people in and out all year long. With that being said, we would absolutely stay at this condo again! Loved it!

Great place to stay

Couple of outlets in kitchen were not working but we noted this so hopefully that will be taken care of. Called them about a faulty blender snd they were quick to get it replaced for us. Wish beach towels were provided as there were 5 of us traveling in one car and we could have used that extra space but we managed. Wasn’t able to hear the waves from this room and I did miss that. The room is close to overlooking the pool which we didn’t mind but there is noise that comes with that. All in all we thought the room was great and would definitely stay there again. Love the keyless entry. Loved our vacation and there is an ice cream shop practically across the street which adds bonus points! Parking was convenient.

Great location but know this first…

Location is great- close to the pool and great view. However, the beds are old and you will roll in the middle. They tell you they give you a “starter” pack of paper towels, etc, you need to bring anything you need to wash dishes with, detergent, good pillows, pool/ beach towels, salt/ pepper and oil. Building is well maintained and nice amenities but it is very loud! You will hear everything from the neighbors or people above you. We were up all night with people dragging furniture, taking showers and talking. Well decorated but really not relaxing and the balconies are not private. Very smooth checkin and checkout.
