Wife loved the condo and would consider renting it again. A few suggestions: On the property promo page, list the amenities (we didn't know there was a Keurig) provided. Leave more detailed instructions about operating TVs. Leave instructions for the fan/light in the master (we didn't find the remote in the bedside drawer until the last day so didn't use the fan because the light was always on, too). All in all, happy with the unit. Multiple fast elevators, so very little wait time.

Loved our view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our view was fantastic! I loved the tile as it made it easy to clean up. I didn’t know whether or not to send pictures of the things that were already broke prior to our stay. Mainly the master toilet seat—-that was very unfortunate. There was also stained table mats, towels, and a chipped vase. We took pictures to time stamp everything. I would have love to have an extra hand/dry towels in the kitchen bc I wash my hands a lot. The beds were amazing. We didn’t use the pull out beds but I hope people use sheets or some bed cover before sleeping on it bc it appear well used. Also we found someone’s glasses in the couch. Great choice of dishes, great sizes and easy to clean. The balcony was the best and when you think the pool is dirty give it a night bc it was thoroughly cleaned the next day. Unfortunately you can’t keep sun tan lotions from building up. Would definitely stay again. For us driving would be a better fit to pack all household items bc flying you are limited on what you can purchase.

Property was great. Had a problem with the electronic lock on front door not working on arrival. Called the problem in and lock was replaced right away same day.

Overall, a lovely stay. Would have given 5 stars if it were not for some missing items from the check-in info email, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Also, the shower in the non-master bathroom had woefully low water pressure that made it difficult to properly shower off after long days on the beach.

Good Property, great location.

Overall, we enjoyed the property. Location is great and it is as pictured. Smooth check in. There are a few repairs/changes that need to be made. The master bed is very squeaky. If you move a lot or have a child to rock, etc., there will be noise. The master bath tub also had a drainage issue, but it was not a big deal for us. We used the shower in the guest bedroom.

Orange Beach - beautiful view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing views from balcony. Pool always extremely clean each day. Loved boardwalk to beach had hose to spray off body/sand from beach. Beach also excellent, sand is so soft and white. Updated kitchen, with lots of kitchen utensils for stay. Master bed was comfortable, but well used and very soft. Living furniture just ok, but never really used since we sat on balcony for everything. Three grocery stores within minutes, including lots of restaurants. Great location to everything in area. Would stay again.
