We were on a girl trip and the condo itself was fine. Do not leave anything outside, like beach chairs, we had 2 stolen. We have stayed at many large places like this and have never had this problem. The beach was large, therefore a long walk to the water, but also gave lots of room, not too crowded.
The property was nice, however, the first night my husband was bit all over his legs by something in the bed. We called and the company sent out an exterminator within the hour. There were gnats coming out of the the garbage disposal all week. We found stains on a couch pillow and a hole in a chair. It wasnt as clean as we had hoped. I will say that the Manager and realty company were a bit hard to get ahold of. Once we did get ahold of them, they were great to work with. I would definitely give them a second chance.
The property was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and our stay. The reserved parking spot nearest the entrance door was a delightful perk. Would recommend this property to couples and families.
The two bedroom unit is nicely located on the 3rd floor near the elevator. It is a well stocked unit that is fairly clean. My family has enjoyed our visit to the Phoenix complex. They offer a large swimming pool and a great spot on the beach. I would have given a 5 star rating expect for the carpets in this unit are in need of a good cleaning. The back porch is much larger than most of the other units but since you are on the lower floor it will collect trash from the upper units. This is not an issue the owner of this unit can fix but the management of the complex should look into some solutions to stop this from occuring.
