Ce magnifique appartement est situé dans un petit immeuble dans le quartier calme et exclusif des résidences Bellresguard à Puerto Pollensa à 100 m de la plage. L'appartement offre un confort maximum distribué sur 170 m2 plus 116 m2 de terrasse sur deux niveaux avec accès privé. La terrasse est équipée avec barbecue, solarium, douche et électricité. Wonderful stay in great apartment
We just returned from a fabulous stay in Michael’s excellent penthouse apartment.
The apartment was super spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need from kitchen equipment to laundry, games, toys and dvds. Very well maintained, dedicated covered parking space, and beautiful views from terrace and roof terrace of the gardens. Easily accessible with the internal lift.
Michael was super attentive and responsive providing comprehensive information about the apartment and local area and was always available to answer any questions.
Such a wonderful tranquil location just a stones throw from the sea - it was a lovely restful haven for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and am sure we will be back.

We had a great family holiday at Michaels lovely apartment. The location was absolutely perfect for us and the accommodation was very spacious. It was very well equipped and comfortable.The gardens and pool area were very well kept and attractive.Michael was very helpful and responsive to messages. I only marked the cleanliness down to 4 stars because the master bedroom ensuite was very small and the shower tired which obviously made it difficult to clean properly, the roof terrace was absolutely great but there were lots of weeds in the garden areas and it could have benefited from a good sweep and mop. These are just small things and in no way would stop us returning or recommending this lovely apartment, we truly had a really lovely holiday. Thank you

Fantastic holiday... just perfect
We had a wonderful week in Michel's apartment. It was clean, spacious and everything was in perfect order.
There was lots of little bits for the 2 boys to play with, a play station, table tennis table on the roof terrace along with board games and cards.
It’s only a very short walk (100m) from the gates to the beach and there is a bar/snack bar with a small shop at the end of the block, with the main bars and restaurants a further 10 minutes’ walk down pine walk or you can get the bus outside the gate.
The pool area was cleaned every day and although the water was cold ( we went in October) the boys still used it every day and there was enough sunbeds supplied with the apartment to make sure we had somewhere to lounge by the pool.
Dealing with Michel was easy and quick and he answered any questions I had within 20 minutes every time.
My only gripe would be paying meant I had to do bank transfers rather than paypal.
All in all we loved the apartment and location so much we have already booked to go back.

“Review of penthouse apartment”
We have just returned from a week stay at the Lavinia apartment. The apartment is very clean, spacious and well equipped, all of the bedrooms are a good size. There are a few very nice extras like a utility room with washing facilities, and some store cupboard items to use when cooking. We used the barbecue on the roof terrace a few times, and it was lovely eating dinner up there in the sun. The gardens are beautiful and the pool very quiet. The town centre is only a 15 minute walk away along the beautiful pine walk. Michael the owner has been extremely helpful both during the booking process and throughout our stay. He also organised our airport transfers, which were efficient and reasonably priced. We can’t wait to go back!

“Lovely, spacious family penthouse apartment.”
A fantastic location, very close to Puerto Pollensa Bay and the delightful Pine Walks.Large sandy beach no more than 15 minutes stroll away. With established eateries and friendly bars. The Beaches provide lounger rental and climbing frames for children, with showers and toilets close by. Of course the penthouse is well equipped for sunbathing with an assortment of loungers and chairs. Tables and chairs are readily available for outside eating on the balcony and the wonderful roof terrace for sunset gatherings and table tennis competitions! The spacious accommodation suits all ages as there is a lift to the apartment. The swimming pool is a great asset with a shallow end for children. If things go wrong or are not as expected, the owner Michel is easy contactable and provides a fast response and resolution to problems. We have stayed many times and shall once again return in September.

Lovely apartment in beautiful grounds with pool close to Pine Walk
The apartment is spacious, has a large balcony and also roof terrace with loungers, table tennis table, and bbq. All the 4 bedrooms rooms are large and well furnished. Two have en-suite and there is a 3rd bathroom. The large sitting room has TV, dvd player, games console, laptop and wifi (the wifi works well throughout the apartment). The dining table is large enough for 10 people. The modern kitchen is spacious and has all the appliances you would expect. The gardens are well maintained with lots of trees and flowering shrubs. There are also ponds with fountains and a large swimming pool which is shared among 4 apartments but we were the only people to use it. We needed extra towels as it rained for a couple of days and the cleaning company were very quick to bring us more. Michael the owner was very helpful answering all our questions before and during the stay. He e-mailed several times to make sure that everything was just right. He also organised our transfer from the airport with the driver waiting for us at the airport on arrival and again right on time to take us back on our way home. The location is perfect just 100 metres from the Pine Walk with lovely beaches and excellent restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Perfection
Apartment Lavinia offered everything we could possible want in holiday accommodation. It is spacious, well designed, well maintained and contains many things you would not normally find in a holiday let, such as bikes, golf clubs, many dvds and books in several languages, plus some games and children's toys etc. The location is quiet and yet only a walk away from the town. There is a very convenient bar which serves excellent food and also has a small supermarket a very short distance from the accommodation. Should any problems occur both the owner and the maintenance company can be contacted promptly and easily and will give a friendly and efficient service.
It is suitable for all age groups, we are a family of 3 generations and we all loved our stay in this apartment and in this area of Majorca. We can certainly give it our full recommendation.

“Biking trip to Mallorca”
Lovely spacious apartment. Great for a cycling group up to 7 with lots of bike storage. All the amenities for cooking in as well a washing facilities for all that cycling gear. Lovely spacious deck off living room or rooftop deck for relaxing. Close to the beach boardwalk and many restaurants as well.

We enjoyed everything about this property. Its location so close the pine walk and beach. Very well maintained light ,modern and comfortable. We were 7 in the family and didn't feel at all cramped. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool . Will highly recommended this apartment.

A smart spacious apartment with plenty of space for 8 adults plus a baby.
This is a wonderful place to stay in Puerto Pollensa.
Michaels apartment is clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is fabulous. So close to the beautiful Pine Walk and numerous beaches as well as a well stocked supermarket and deli.
The pool was quiet and immaculately clean and we enjoyed several BARBQs , sunsets and star gazing on the roof terrace.
Michel was helpful throughout the booking process and after and we will definitely be back

A great family apartment in a wonderful location.
A spacious apartment for all ages with lift access. Near the beach and delightful pedestrianised Pine Walk with its lovely bars and restaurants. Ample beds and bedroom configurations. Superb balcony and roof terrace. Versatile range of sun loungers and chairs. Eating facilities on balcony, roof terrace or lounge. Excellent swimming pool with a shallow end for children. Good backup facilities from the owner Michel and his local management team, who react with speed and positive responses. This is the second year that we have visited this superb and well thought out accommodation and would not hesitate in recommending it !

An Attractive Impeccably Presented Rental
The location of this lovely family penthouse is wonderful. Close to the beach and amenities, car not really needed , transfers can be arranged.
There is so much to be positive about during your stay here but briefly, updated to a good standard, the apartment is designed offering the ultimate space to accommodate the persons indicated and also to give the opportunity to have privacy, when required .
The private roof terrace is the "piece de resistance" of the accommodation, a wonderful awning provides an attractive shelter when required. New furniture, loungers and the ping pong table add to the asset.
The very clean accommodation with sparkling pool certainly offers an alternative to hotels, with the opportunity to sample the local restaurants and the delightful "Pinewalk" close by.
We would certainly recommend this rental and all its facilities , to a cross section of ages and abilities, as there is a lift to the apartment.
Nothing is too much trouble for the owner Michel. He is easily contactable for any assistance and is quick to respond to any issues. In fact knowing that he is available gives an added confidence to the rental. The service and information provided by him from initial contact to finishing our holiday was second to none.

"Excellent Apartment, great owner"
We stayed in early June. (family including children). Great apartment, great location. From very early at the booking stage we had a very positive experience with the property owner. He was very communicative throughout and supportive of any questions we had. (he recommended a great transfer company also) The apartment is easy to find and in a very nice area (close enough to the beach but not at all noisy). Apartment grounds including the pool area were well managed and clean. The pool is a great alternative to the beach everyday. Apartment was very clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment and will certainly try and book again in the future.

"The ideal location for a relaxed family holiday."
The apartment was clean and well fitted out for a large group. The comfortable furniture was suitable for children and there were no sharp edges to watch out for. The swimming pool was excellent and quiet and the loungers were easy to lift down from the apartment. There was a small beach directly over the road which was great for making sand castles and snorkelling. The main beach was about 15mins away but only 5 euros in a Taxi. The nearby restaurant/shop had tasty food which was reasonably priced. All in all an ideal place to stay and I have already booked to return next year.

We have just returned from a week stay at Lavinia in Pollenca Majorca, we were a party of 6 adults and my 2 small grandchildren, it was very well appointed , so we all had plenty of room , the apartment is very spacious , very clean and very comfortable ,and perfect position for the pine walk

Family Fun
We stayed in this wonderful apartment with our two grandbabies in early June. The location is second to none with just a two minute stroll to the beautiful Pine Walk. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean and the kitchen very well equipped. The dishwasher and washing machine were particularly useful. The roof terrace was a lovely setting for evening barbeques and the odd game of table tennis but we ate most meals on the large balcony which overlooked the pool and attractive and well maintained garden. We were fortunate to have the pool to ourselves as not all the apartments were occupied and we made good use of it every day. The lily ponds were amazing and full of all kinds of fish and little creatures, particularly some very noisy frogs!! Michel, the owner, could not have been more helpful and organised an extra cot and high chair for us and was in contact immediately prior and after our holiday to ensure all went well. This personal touch was much appreciated.
We would love to return to Lavinia at some stage and cannot recommend it highly enough as a fabulous destination for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful resort.

Fabulous!
We spent two weeks at the apartment in early August and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
Our party was made up of 6 adults, three children and a baby and the apartment was spacious enough to accommodate us with ease. It’s very well equipped and maintained, and the roof terrace & balcony provided wonderful outdoor spaces for meals and entertaining.
The grounds and pool area are very well maintained as well as being quiet and secluded; as others have stated the Pine Walk and sea are less than a five minute walk away giving easy access to the rest of the town.
The owner of the apartment provided a nicely detailed welcome pack prior to our stay and is also extremely helpful and quick to respond to questions.
Overall this apartment is highly recommended.

Lovely relaxing accommodation
Just returned from a 10 day stay at this lovely penthouse apartment. There were 9 of us (including our 12 month old baby) and we had plenty of space to relax and enjoyed playing games in the open plan living room/diner in the evenings - and watching the World Cup games on the big TV! The boys enjoyed the Playstation games and DVDs, and especially liked the table tennis table and BBQ upstairs on the roof terrace - lovely sunset views across to the mountains and down to the pool area.
Everything clean and in good working order. Nice new en suite x 2 and main bathroom with big showers. Quiet with minimal noise at night and the beds and pillows are so comfortable - great night sleep every night! Remote controlled air con in every room. Useful lift right outside apartment. Lots of towels provided, both bath and beach - we didn't even use them all!
Such a nice pool area and only ever a few other guests using it - all really pleasant and friendly. Big pool with shallow end (great for babies) which gradually gets deeper. Plenty of sunbeds to take down but we actually preferred to lie on the grass - hardly any insects around despite all the ponds.
Location great - centre of Pollensa is a 10 minute stroll down the pretty Pinewalks. Handy local shop and cafe (good food, reasonably priced) located within the complex. We really liked Laguna Bar opposite the complex - Google it. Good range of food and friendly waiters. In fact, all the waiters seem to be nice in Pollensa!
I'm sure we'll return - what a lovely place! Thank you to the owners.

5 Star Accommodation
Just had a fantastic 2 week break in this apartment (6 adults), it is an excellent property, spotlessly clean and is in a great location, the apartment has everything you need and is furnished to a very high standard. The lift to the second floor was a bonus for the elderly members of our group. With no kids to entertain this year we made the most of lazing on the large roof terrace and even managed a couple of BBQ's. This is our third time in the Bellresguard complex and this was certainly the best apartment we have stayed in. The information we received before travelling was excellent and the owners response to an issue with a sink was speedy and efficient. We are already looking at the next available dates to book again and looking at the availability it seems we are not alone !!!
I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for quality accommodation in a fantastic setting
