NOUVEAU Ca 'Magica, maison historique avec vue spectaculaire sur le canal

Au deuxième étage d'un immeuble construit en 1600 par un riche marchand de tissus, Ca 'Magica offre une vue exceptionnelle sur les canaux et les anciennes églises environnantes. Les meubles ont été finis par une couturière vénitienne, les meubles anciens racontent l'histoire du bâtiment. Tous les conforts sont disponibles pour un séjour intéressant et relaxant. Wi-Fi, climatisation, télévision, vaste collection de musique, bibliothèque multilingue, grande vidéothèque, diffusion de musique dans différentes pièces.
La région est particulièrement propice à une visite de la ville, en face de S. Giacomo da l'Orio, l'une des plus anciennes et des plus importantes églises vénitiennes. Loin des flux touristiques, à proximité des musées d'histoire naturelle, d'art ancien et contemporain Cà Pesaro, de tissus et de parfums (Palazzo Mocenigo) et d'innombrables centres d'intérêt. Vous pouvez vous y rendre en 10 minutes depuis la gare Santa Lucia ou depuis Piazzale Roma.

Beautiful and quiet apartment in a great location (near piazza San Giacomo dell'Orio) with shutters opening over a tranquil canal. Hassle free check-in. Close to great restaurants -and a Coop for picking up grocery essentials. We would definitely stay here again. Only small negative was having to pay to use the washing machine, which was a first for us.

Perfect Location - Amazing Property

Ca’Magica exceeded all of our expectations. The location was easily accessible from the train station. We were able to check in easily with the self check-in process. Everything was within a 15-20 minute walk or less. We would’ve to come back for a longer stay soon!

A beautiful elegant home right on a canal with so many lovely restaurants and bars close by. Very convenient to transport and very quiet at night. We loved being in an area with local people. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is as magical and special as it appears in the listing. Each part of the apartment and piece of furniture is unique and lovely. My favorite part was looking out across the canal and rooftops in the morning as the sun rose. We also found a nearby grocery store and were able to cook dinner for very reasonable prices. The owners also were very responsive to any questions.

The best place in Venice!

We loved our stay at beautiful Ca’ Magica. It is the best place we’ve ever booked. The property is located in a lovely quiet part of Venice, but is still convenient to all the attractions, with a small grocer, great restaurants, cafes and a gelato on your doorstep. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very clean. The views of the canal are fabulous. We can’t say enough about this wonderful property and friendly hosts.

What a treat!

This apartment feels like a palace! Amazing setting with lots of windows and space to spread out. We love to cook, so we really appreciated the kitchen. Lovely part of Venice. Highly recommend taking a water taxi to the unit!

Great Stay in Venice

Great Apartment in a quiet neighbor of Venice. Right on a canal with views from multiple windows. Both Hosts were fantastic. Easy and quick communication both before and during our stay. About 10-15 minute walk from train station. So easy to get lost on Venice which is what makes it so fun. La Pinatata was the best restaurant during our trip. Thanks again for a great stay.

Fabulous location in a historic home

We traveled with our grown sons and DIL and this was the absolute perfect place. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and not be on top of each other. The home is simply lovely with all the amenities of home. The location could not have been more perfect, lovely canal view and so close to fabulous restaurant options. That there was a bar as well as 3 restaurant options right there within sight of the house was wonderful. The piazza was so fun in the evening for a Spritz and chiccetti while enjoying the pace of life the Italian people always enjoy. The hosts were wonderful in recommending transport from the airport. The home is in easy walking distance from the train as well. If we return to Venice we would stay here again for certain.

Lovely property on a canal/bridge. Host very responsive with great recommendations. Apartment not in a tourist area, but a short walk to the railway station. Neigborhood setting, near a piazza (plaza), with restaurants and a grocery.Just a little tricky getting in.

Loved it

Very spacious property with everything you need close to all the things but far enough away to get some peace from the crowds. The AC worked great as well. Our only complaints would be that the beds and pillows were pretty uncomfortable, the hairdryer provided didn’t work, and it is a 6 euro charge to use the washer and dryer per load.

Family trip to Italy

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment. The location is magical, the hosts are absolutely amazing people. There is a delicious restaurant in the square below, you have an amazing opportunity to spend the evening with the locals, enjoying the culture, what a wonderful experience. Walking distance to beautiful shops, restaurants, grocery store. We definitely want to return, we didn’t get a chance to stay long enough, we would recommend this VRBO to anyone. Thank you to the hosts, again, absolutely amazing hospitality and just great people.

We loved staying in this wonderful property. It’s an elegant, comfortably renovated apartment. So close to everything in Venice, yet somehow - its surrounding little neighborhood is charmingly quaint and quiet. The apartment has its own special charm. It’s roomy. The marble floors are beautiful. The kitchen is huge. The window views are fantastic. The lace curtains are the perfect touch.

An absolutely delightful apartment in Venice

A beautiful apartment in traditional style, renovated with much care and attention to detail. With windows facing onto the canal it was tempting to just sit in the kitchen with a cup of coffee and watch the world go by. High ceilings with wood beams and marble floors throughout, Ca' Magica has an air of quiet elegance about it which reflects its location. A small but extremely well-provisioned Coop supermarket is no more than three minutes walk away, situated on a square where it's possible to get everything from breakfast pastries to dinner. There are many little bars, restaurants, bakeries and gelateria within ten minutes walk, and the vast majority of them are reasonably priced. All the major tourist hotspots are easily accessible, and the vaporetto stop is only five minutes away. It's well worth walking to the far side of the city and seeing the various different sestieri. Ca' Magica is in Santa Croce, a quiet residential district and close to Dorsoduro and San Polo. At the opposite side of the city is Castello with parks and green spaces. The 23 Biennale Architettura was due to open there the week after we left unfortunately, so we took the vaporetto to Lido, an adjacent island famed for its long sandy beach instead. We spent a week at Ca' Magica and would happily go back. The location is ideal, close to the tourist centres but not too close, and the hosts were always friendly, helpful and communicative. We could not recommend it more highly.

We are a family of 4; our childrens are 11 and 15 years old. We bought this home when we got married. Afterwards we settled in another town and our venetian home was not used so much. Elena, my wife, was born in Venice. She grew up close by and knows eveything of Venice.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We started to travel exchanging our home with other turists, (homexchange) and we understood that the visit of a site is much more interesting and thrilling if you live in a private home. We thought we could give this chance to the turists that would be able to appreciate it
