Duplex situé dans un domaine privé, communauté fermée avec une piscine partagée et isolée, barbecue, court de tennis et un grand parc avec des arbres matures. Le domaine est situé au milieu des vignes, dans un environnement sécurisé idéal pour les enfants. Proche des plages, à deux pas du Canal du Midi et à 30 minutes du Parc National du Languedoc, tout en étant à quelques minutes de Beziers et de son centre historique, centre commercial, cinémas, restaurants et activités de loisirs. Facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport, la gare et de l'autoroute.

Vacances au calme

Maison idéalement située et très bien équipée ! Au calme, dans un environnement très agréable. Située à quelques kilomètres de Beziers mais également des axes permettant de sillonner la région. Propriétaire sympathique et disponible, voisinage accueillant. Bref, un séjour pleinement réussi !

Familie aus Rheinland-Pfalz Pfalz

Die gepflegte Anlage im französischen Stil in Kombination mit dem tollen Pool in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer machten den Urlaub unvergesslich. Die Ausststtung der Wohnung, insbesondere der Ofen und die Kühl-Gefrierkombination in Verbindung mit der Spülmaschine liegen über dem Standard einer Ferienwohnung. Kleine Mängel wurden im Vorfeld genannt und sorgt nicht für Überraschungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus in einer alten Hofanlage

Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Es ist eine wirklich schöne Anlage und das absolute Highlight ist der Pool in der Mitte, an dem es nie zu voll war. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet im Untergeschoss und man hat alles was man braucht (in der Küche könnten es vielleicht ein paar Töpfe mehr sein). Auch das Obergeschoss ist in Ordnung, allerdings ist es im Sommer schon ziemlich heiß, da sich die Schlafzimmer direkt unter dem Dach befinden. Es sind aber Ventilatoren da, was die Hitze einigermaßen erträglich macht. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen. Beziers ist sehr nah und kann theoretisch sogar zu Fuß erreicht werden. Wir fanden insbesondere die ganzen Strände in der Umgebung super. Aber auch kulturell war einiges geboten. Man kann hier auf jeden Fall eine gute Zeit verbringen. Nicht so gut gefallen hat mir der Check out: Der Rückversand des Schlüssels per Post hat aus Deutschland mit versicherten Päckchen (insoweit vom Vermieter gefordert) 30 € gekostet. Preis günstige Möglichkeiten gab es hier nicht. Alles in allem hat das aber den Erholungswert des Urlaubs nicht getrübt.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Pool in Meernähe

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, liebevoll eingerichtet. Großer Pool und Nähe zum Meer in Kombination mit interessanten Städten in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümern erfolgte stets sehr freundlich und reibungslos. Tolle Unterkunft, die man nur weiterempfehlen kann.

Nice and calm house in the vineyards of Beziers

We stayed for two weeks in this house and warmly recommend it. It is a nice place, calm and relaxed. It forms part of a well kept property with several houses, a nice pool, tennis and petanque courts. All the necessary amenities are there and the two sitting rooms are nicely furnished. Although the house is old it has many windows to allow fresh air to run through. Beziers has a nice old town and morning market (les halles). The house is in walking distance to the romantic Canal du Midi where a foot and cycle path runs alongside. Huge supermarkets Auchan and Leclerc are a 10' drive away. Bakery, pharmacy, cinema, boutiques etc. 5' away in or near the Polygone shopping mall. Beaches, vineyards, historic towns, castles and abbeys are all nearby. Our preferred beach was the westernmost of Vendres next to Port du Chichoulet, a bit further (25 minutes) but worth the drive. Carcassonne, Narbonne, Sete and Montpelier are easy day trips. There are several rivers and canyons for kayaking. We did this after a visit to St Guilhem le Desert and it was great fun on a hot day. The neighbours in the domaine were very nice, friendly and helpful, with tips and information for activities in Beziers and nearby. Finally - if you book - taste the fantastic ice cream at family run Les caprices de CahSy opposite the old town hall in the City center. Enjoy your holiday!

Ideal and stunning location

We had a 10 night stay, family of 4, grandchildren aged 9 and 10. Location is just beautiful the grandchildren enjoyed exploring the grounds for any signs of wildlife and also made good use of the pool and tennis courts. We walked down the lanes lined with fields of vines and fruit and followed the river and canal into beziers which was an enjoyable 40min walk. We visited the local sites, jumped on the bus to the local beach and then relaxed within the grounds of our very well equipped accomodation it really is like home from home. You have a gem of a place and really don't need to change a thing : )Thanks again Kathy we all had an amazing holiday

A fantastic holiday home in peaceful shared historic complex.

We had a lovely 2 week family holiday, with children aged 13 and 15 years, staying in Kathy's holiday home. The accommodation is spacious and overlooks the communal swimming pool within this historic domaine. Many of the other apartments within the domaine are occupied by permanent residents, all of whom were very friendly. The domaine has lovely grounds and the tennis court was great fun with fantastic views towards Beziers. The historic town centre of Beziers is only a 5 minute drive away and there are lots of other interesting places to visit within a 20-30 minute drive. Our children really enjoyed kayaking down the River Orb, the Feria in Beziers and water jousting in Sete. Communication with Kathy was easy and the apartment had everything we needed and was as described. We would love to return sometime! Tim and Carol C

Superb and relaxing!

We had a wonderful time on our holiday - this house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and we were very comfortable. The owners have very thoughtfully furnished the house and considered all the things you will need on holiday. The pool and tennis are excellent and the neighbors I very friendly. I love the mix of old and modern - especially the area to hang your washing by the old ruins. We are returning this year!

Lovely location for a holiday!

We're just back from our two weeks in your lovely property and wish we could have stayed longer. It was a perfect base from which to explore this vineyard-rich area of France. We found sandy beaches within easy driving distance, lovely ports, delicious food and wine and walks along the Canal du Midi - an ideal place to unwind. The children loved playing tennis and swimming in the pool. Facilities were great, upstairs got hot at night, so the fans were put to good use. The boys went karting at Serignan, waved off the Tour de France competitors at Carcassonne and paddle boarded at Portiragnan. We barbecued, walked around the gardens and really relaxed. Thank you!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The area is easily accessible with Béziers airport less than 15 minutes drive away, Beziers train station less than 5 minutes, and the motorway less than 10 minutes.
We really like the variety of activities. One day, we enjoy the sandy beaches, and the next day we drive to the National Park of the Languedoc for a long walk in the forests. There are a lot of 1 day excursions, to discover historical sites or just the diversity of the countryside. In July, the festival d'Oc of Béziers and in August the Feria of Béziers are worth the experience.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We really enjoy the secure and peaceful environment of the Domaine, amongst the vineyards, and still few minutes away from the centre of Béziers with its shops, bars and restaurants. Also we are few minutes away from many villages and their local markets.
