Cette maison de ville côtière de 2nd étage est située dans le centre de Port A! Shopping, pêche, navigation de plaisance, croisières en bateau pirate et restaurants à proximité!

Deux chambres avec lits neufs.
Nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat, sols carrelés et ventilateurs de plafond. Le propriétaire a installé une nouvelle climatisation pour vous garder au frais pendant les chauds mois d’été et un nouveau chauffe-eau. Townhouse a le WIFI ainsi qu'un nouveau forfait de câble numérique avec des tonnes de chaînes et des chaînes de films!

La plage est à une courte distance en voiture. Allez à pied à tous les restaurants et magasins, ou détendez-vous à la piscine à quelques pas de votre porte. Lavez votre bateau et placez-le dans le GARAGE DE BATEAU SURDIMENSIONNÉ et verrouillez-le. Détendez-vous sur le pont supérieur ou sur le PATIO COUVERT ci-dessous. Le patio est équipé d'une table de pique-nique pour vos sorties de cuisine!

Great location

Love the location of the property. So easy to walk to all of the restaurants and shops. Easy drive to the beach as well.

We loved our stay at this property! Very convenient location . The only thing was mosquitoes in the surroundings. It's natural so make sure you have enough insect repellant.

Cute condo very well kept. Close to all restaurants and shops. To many steps for me have bad knees and mosquitos were bad.But over all we enjoyed are stay.

Convenient and pet friendly

Nice complex with pool and green space to walk the dogs. Tons of mosquitos though with the 2 ponds on the property. Easy walk to restaurants and short drive to beach. Having a garage to park cars in a big plus. Nice amount of space plus outside deck with fan. On 2nd floor, so have to carry luggage up stairs. Property managers very responsive. Overall, a nice property and stay.

The condo is spacious and meets all of our needs and we LOVE the garage. Our daughter and granddaughter come with us and we have a wonderful time. Same with our pups!! Summer vacay

We love this location and being able to utilize the garage to secure our vehicles at night. It’s quiet and everyone is very friendly. The pool definitely needed some attention but we let the property mgmt team know and they advised the HOA takes care of the pool and they would let them know asap. The listing states two queen size beds, however, I am not sure they are queen size…more full size, which was okay just not what we were prepared for. Overall it was a great stay and vacation!

Almost perfect

This was a great rental unit however only one of the three tvs worked which wasn’t too bad since we didn’t stay there to watch rv. However there were a few cockroaches that we found on the last day.

Perfect place in Port A

Huge garage to park at least two cars in. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the cooking pots and pans. Clean and adorable.

The place is beautiful and quite and i felt At home there. We are going back at the end of this month. The only thing i would Say was the stairs are wobbly which scared my 3 year old.

The property was clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, etc. Check-in and check-out processes were super convenient. Not to mention, the property was just amazing! Great location, close to shops, restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. Plus, you're sitting right above a beautiful pool if driving to the beach just feels like too much work. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Love this condo. Will stay here again!!

We all enjoyed this condo. We have been coming to Port A for years and this was one of our faves. My husband loved the garage! It held our van and our short trailer. It also help the golf cart we rented. The inside was roomy and looked just like the photos. The beds were not the most comfortable but we managed to sleep 😴 The bottom sheet in the back bedroom had some kind of black stain on it that I didn’t see when we went to bed so it was alarming in the morning when I did see it. Suggestion….get rid of that sheet and replace with one that has no stains. Other than that….we had a great time and will be back hopefully to this property!! We did get plenty of exercise climbing the stairs 😁

Reviewer Comments: Casa Loco was clean, perfect location, and offered everything we needed. The garage was huge which was a plus. We were able to fit 2 vehicles plus room for a golf cart. The sofa in the living area was comfy, however the extra sitting chair was not. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size and beds were decent for a vacation rental. Our only complaint was that it took about a day for our refrigerator to get cold, so I recommend you keep perishables on ice for the first night. We were there on a holiday weekend and it was still fairly quiet. Pool was right outside and very clean. I would stay here again. Good value for the price.

Nice Condo but a few disapointments

I arrived late, long after business hours, did not have any checking instructions, called the number without an answer so I used the online communication agent who informed me they had not been given any instructions/codes for my booking. During that conversation I did receive a call back and was given a code to get in and was told I was sent instructions however I’ve yet to find that email…Beware tho once you exit your vehicle you will be attacked by Texas Size mosquitos and they will follow you all the way inside, I couldn’t get in and close the door quick enuff, some managed to get inside, even at the pool, we were attacked by mosquitoes while in the water… very annoying and irritating. Had family 2 blocks over and no mosquito problem there. When I booked my trip some amenities listed were washer/dryer, grill, shower&tub combo, and view of ocean…. All of which were not found once I arrived. Few disappointments but The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean and comfortable. Location was in walking distance of many shops,

Never Again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying here for the past five or so years but won’t stay here again. Upon arrival we were given one key. I told them we needed two keys and was told no, sorry. After missing my first fishing trip because my daughter needed the key they texted me to say they found one they could give me. The place is also looking run down, ironing board but no iron, bathroom sinks not draining properly and filling with water. Time to find a new place to stay!

Make sure everything is in working order before renting!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived in the condo we found the sleeper sofa to be broken and rendered totally useless. We could not even sit on the sofa! We called the property company and they returned our call the next day saying they already had a work order in to fix the sofa and were unable to repair it and needed to contact the owner for a replacement. We were VERY disappointed that they knew there was a problem and didn't contact us before we arrived. It would have been nice to know we had an option of either changing condos or getting some of our money back. The outdoor table on the second floor was in horrible condition and we were afraid to sit in the chairs. The downstairs had a wooden picnic table that was nice. There is not an easy way to park in the garage, which is huge. The washer and dryer are downstairs in the garage. They did supply dish soap, auto-dish soap, paper towels, bath soap, trash bags, and toilet paper. The pool was nice and had some shade sails over them if you wanted to be in the pool and in the shade. The neighbors were very friendly and the location is within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend that you ask ahead of time if everything is in working order before you rent or you will be disappointed. Relaxing on the sofa and watching a movie at the end of the day was on our agenda but unfortunately that was not able to happen! We had to go to our bedrooms to watch tv at night, not very social!

2nd time at this property

We like this property so we came for a second time. The shower curtain in the back bedroom is way too short so I had to mop up water after every shower. Other than that everything was great!! We love the garage and we do get a work out going up and down the stairs. Especially when unloading and loading. We will probably be back!!!
