Situé dans la communauté de Costa Del Rey, cette retraite 2BR / 2BA est à distance de marche de la plage. Magnifiquement rénové, votre condo est meublé avec un décor élégant et plage. Après une journée amusante à la plage, détendez-vous à la piscine sur place, située en face de votre location. Détendez-vous dans le salon accueillant, doté d'un canapé, d'un fauteuil et d'une télévision à écran plat de 81 cm. Préparez des collations de plage dans la cuisine bien équipée, équipée d'une suite complète d'appareils électroménagers. Rassemblez-vous autour du bar de la cuisine pour les repas, qui peut accueillir six personnes.
Ce condo peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes dans deux chambres. Dormez profondément dans la chambre principale, dotée d'un lit king-size et d'une télévision à écran plat. La deuxième chambre comprend un autre lit king-size et une autre télévision à écran plat.
Les deux salles de bains sont équipées d'une combinaison baignoire / douche. Commencez votre journée avec une tasse de café sur le porche, meublée de deux chaises Adirondack. La piscine communautaire non chauffée toute l'année est juste à l'extérieur de vos marches.
Les installations comprennent une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une laveuse / sécheuse et un parking attribué pour deux voitures dans le parking. Cette unité d'un étage est accessible via cinq marches extérieures à l'entrée. Si vous voyagez avec un groupe plus important, il y a une autre unité dans ce complexe qui est disponible à la location.
Cette retraite côtière se trouve à 8 minutes à pied des eaux chaudes et du sable doux du golfe du Mexique. Pour une excursion d'une journée amusante, l'île Mustang se trouve à 15 minutes en voiture et l'île North Padre à 30 minutes. Découvrez le musée Port Aransas, Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center et la jetée Port A - tous à moins de 10 minutes de votre condo.
Lorsque vous mangez au restaurant, une pléthore de restaurants se trouvent à moins d'1,6 km et vous trouverez une épicerie IGA Family Center à 5 minutes.

We enjoyed a very nice weekend here in Port A. Our rental was clean and comfortable. I thought the location was very convenient and an easy walk to the beach. The host was very accommodating and always responded quickly to any question we had. Recommend!

Coastal Chic at Coastal del Rey

We absolutely LOVED staying here and have stayed here in the past. Our trip was last minute and we were super happy we were able to stay here. It was very clean, TV's in the bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with appliances, sharp knives, plenty of dishes, etc... and a hose in the front of the condo to rinse off. The communication was EXCELLENT! We will 100% go back to stay here. The location is perfect - close enough to town but far enough away from any congestion. Super close to the beach. Thank you for a great stay!!!!

Reviewer Comments: It was a little dark inside, no place to hang our coats other than in the closets which are small because the dresser is also in the closet. The bed frame in the bedroom on the right side was falling apart. We had to buy some frying pans because the ones supplied were not good. Other then that it was workable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was as described. Easy to find. Easy beach access but on a busy road. I'm a light sleeper so road noise and rowdy neighbors on adjacent property made it hard for me to sleep. Bed was comfy. Kitchen well laid out. Great bathrooms. Having washer and dryer was great. Didn't have ice maker or kcup coffee maker so we had to adapt. The dark gray sofa was comfy to sit but the other furniture was rough on my back. Kids loved the community pool. Keep in mind pet friendly but no fenced yard. Very clean and well maintained. Overall good choice for cottage living in Port A.

Great condo

We had 3 adults and 2 teenagers (17 & 18) and it fit us comfortably. House has a great layout so it didn’t feel cramped. Great location to anything! Definitely will stay here again.

House and location was great. We have decided that the island is just too busy for us in June though. We will keep our trips to later in the year from now on. You couldn’t even get on the beach for all the people on Friday and Saturday.

Winter Break

The home was cozy and very well furnished. The kitchen was stocked with everything anyone would need to cook which is rare in a VRBO. We will stay there again. Only 2 blocks from the beach !!!

Just cozy enough for the 3 of us and our 2 small dogs. Great Port A location. Close to the action but not too close. We had a relaxing quiet time. We didnt cook there but if you do bring your spices and oils.

Awsome little olace

This is our second year staying here. We loved it so much that we actually stayed an extra night. The place was fully equipped to cook all our meals. Both bedroom king size beds were comfortable. However my teenage grandson had to sleep on the hide-a-bed which left a lot to be desired. In face the living room furniture is really worn out and could stand to be upgraded, especially the hide a bed. But other than that I can’t say enough of praise! There were floor upgrades done from last year and the shower area had been upgraded as well. It’s really a cute convenient little cottage! Thank you!

A few comfort problems

Furniture not very comfortable. No recliner-type seating. Sheets on beds are paper thin. Dressers in bedroom cheap rough wood and snag your clothes. The front porch was dirty and the chairs were peeling paint that got all over your clothes when you sat in them. They were not Adirondack chairs as advertised. Air conditioning unit right outside bedroom window and constantly come on and off all night. We had noisy party-neighbor problems at 4:00 AM from property next door. Shower heads mounted too high for short person to reach. Proximity to the beach was good and it was decorated nice but that's about it.

Another GREAT Time at Costa Del Ray!

The condo has all the amenities you need...from measuring spoons for baking to a blender for cocktails. We had another GREAT stay! And the beach is literally only 3 minutes away.
