LA VILLA:
La Villa LisiDor a été entièrement rénovée en 2016 avec toutes les nouvelles commodités, avec une surface habitable de 300 mètres carrés.

Au rez-de-chaussée, qui se trouve au rez-de-jardin, se trouve un grand salon avec un coin télévision par satellite, une salle à manger devant la piscine, une cuisine en acier pour cuisiner ou sur demande des cours de cuisine et de délicieux dîners préparés par notre chef.
En face de la piscine se trouve une grande véranda pour manger dehors avec une vue imprenable sur les vignobles et la campagne toscane et profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil!

Au premier étage d'un salon confortable avec une immense cheminée.
Deux chambres doubles spacieuses, une chambre à deux lits (peut être converti en un lit double), deux salles de bains et une petite salle de magasin.
Et la SUITE: une chambre double avec salle de bains et la chambre de la tour, qui peut servir comme un salon privé confortable avec une vue imprenable sur les vignobles environnants ou comme chambre pour les enfants (canapé-lit double).

Une buanderie aménagée est accessible depuis le jardin au rez-de-chaussée.

Lovely Villa

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms and furnishings very comfortable. The pool was very large and the center of afternoon activities. We also took advantage of the host recommendations for wineries and dinners. Very helpful! Just be aware that Radda is about 15 minutes by car and that is the closet location for groceries etc. highly recommend this property

Perfect villa for discovering Chianti!

Amazing villa! Views were stunning! Villa had everything you could hope for or imagine! We were a group of three couples traveling together. Layout of bedrooms was perfect, with each having its own bathroom. Extremely well equipped kitchen. The week we were there was a bit cool, and having the huge fireplace made things extra special. Host's recommendations for restaurants and private chefs were excellent. Huge huge appreciation to Mina (one of the private chefs). Her pasta was the best we had in our full three weeks! Also La Bottega del 30 was phenomenal. Helene, definitely deserves her Michelin star! Perfect base to travel to all of the amazing towns close by - Montepulciano, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Cortona, Panzano, Greve, Castellina etc. In all, an excellent property. We would definitely stay again if we were in the Chianti region again!

Exceptionally Beautiful, Quiet Countryside and Lovely Villa

The view from the back of this property is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The villa is spacious and clean with a great, well stocked kitchen. Don’t miss out on the meal cooked by two amazing chefs in the villa. Make sure you rent a car that’s up for the lengthy gravel road to the property.

A wonderful experience

We had a wonderful time . The home itself is beautiful and very well-maintained. The view is breathtaking . . We had a chef come in and make dinner for the six of us, and it was such a fantastic and memorable experience. Petra gave us info on winetasting and things to do that was very helpful. The only thing that I would say is that the house is not near groceries,,and not walkable to nearby town so a vehicle (in particular four-wheel-drive) is necessary. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, true Tuscan experience that you enjoy it at this home..

Hervorragend - ein Paradies für uns allein

Für den letzten Kilometer der Zufahrt zum abgelegenen Paradies ist z.B. ein SUV zu empfehlen. Bei der Ankunft alles tipp topp, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, eine Flasche Wein und frische Blumen standen auf dem Esstisch zur Begrüssung bereit! Die Badezimmer sind toll. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der eigene grosse Pool - ein Traum. Kurz nach der Ankunft hat sich die Gastgeberin Petra nach unserem Befinden erkundet. Als wir zum Voraus Fragen hatten, hat uns die Gastgerberin noch am gleichen Tag per Mail geantwortet. Allfällige Fragen vor Ort haben wir per WhatsApp innerhalb einer Stunde mit Petra klären können. Am Mittwoch hat jeweils eine Putzhilfe "unser" Haus gereinigt und die Abfälle entsorgt. Der Housekeeper Stefano war ca. alle 3 Tage vor Ort und hat den Pool gereinigt, die Blumen gegossen, den Umschwung gepflegt. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr sicher gefühlt. Das Einfahrtstor war immer abgeschlossen und das Anwesen ist eingezäunt (inkl. eigenem Tennisplatz). Zudem hat das Haus Bewegungsmelder und ab ca. 19 Uhr wurden die Aussenlichter automatisch eingeschaltet und haben die ganze Nacht gebrannt! Durch Vermittlung der Eigentümerin haben wir eine Köchin gebucht, welche vor Ort ein sehr feines, regionaltypisches Essen für uns zubereitet hat! Ein traumhafter Urlaub ohne wenn und aber, an den wir uns gerne zurückerinnern, Danke Petra für dieses wunderschöne Erlebnis!!!

Wonderful week in Tuscany

We just got back from a wonderful week at Villa LisDor. The scenery was amazing, with the pool and house set amidst the vineyards and the hills of Tuscany all around. The tennis court is so wonderful to have and the town of Radda in Chianti, 10 minutes away, is the best of all the towns we visited. It was a perfect week!

Enjoyed the stay with Petra & Alexa - very nice kept and maintained property located in the Chianti Hills. 3 km to closest restaurant, we used a a great catering option 2 Nights to get a lovely 4-course dinner prepared on prem. We will be back !

Wonderful place for a 3 generation reunion

Lisador is perfect for everyone - from bambinos to seniors. The property is large and the house beautifully appointed with almost any amenity you could need. The private pool and tennis court engaged the kids and parents, while there are comfy nooks and crannies to get away from it all. The location is perfect for days trips to the major sites in the area as well as many nearby wineries. We loved the contrast between the Castello de Fonterutoli (one of the oldest in the region but with new, environmentally sustainable technologies) and the small but beautiful and very friendly Mandria winery just next door to the villa. We appreciated the information on things to do in the area as soon as we booked. Not only was it helpful for planning our trip, but it was also a good model for our own. VRBO in Canada 😊 Thank you Petra and Alexa for sharing your beautiful property.

beautifully restored villa in private beautiful area

This stunning villa is in the heart of the Chianti region - secluded property but close to Radda and many other hill towns and lots of wineries! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the kitchen and bathrooms are all upgraded and very well done - the overall decor remains true to the original structure. We arranged for the talented chef Maria Rosa to cook dinner for us one evening. It was absolutely one of the best meals we had in Italy. Petra the owner made sure we had everything we needed and more.

Stunning property great for families

Where do I begin about our stay......it was wonderful in every way. We are a family of seven that traveled from the United States. My husband, three children and parents also loved everything about the property. From the wonderful pool, tennis courts and late afternoon walks along the vineyards it was everything we could have hoped for. We arrived at the property greeted by Mariarosa. I had asked her to pick up a few select things from the grocery store so that we could make dinner at home and have breakfast for the following morning. After a long day of travling with three small children, this was very much appreciated! About fifteen minutes away in the town of Radda was everything you needed. A very cute town filled with adorable shops, restaurants and even grocery stores. Petra was very accomadating and there to answer any questions we had. I will definitely be staying with her again!

Idyllisches Refugium in der wunderschönen Landschaft des Chianti

Wir haben dort mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern eine sehr angenehme Woche im Mai verbracht. Das Haus ist so schön wie auf den Bildern, hat einen großen Garten, wird von keinen Nachbarn eingesehen, und auf der Terrasse am Pool Richtung Westen fällt der Blick auf unbewohnte sanft geschwungenen Hügel des Chianti. Nur nach Süden sieht man in einiger Entfernung die Fattoria La Maria, wo man bei der Anfahrt quasi im Vorbeifahren Wein kaufen kann. Die Küche und die Bäder der Villa sind neu und ausgesprochen geschmackvoll eingerichtet; die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet. Es gab für uns genug Raum, so dass jeder sich zurückziehen konnte, um die Ruhe und die Natur für sich zu genießen. Das Wasser im Pool war noch zu kalt, dafür haben wir den Tennisplatz ausgiebig genutzt. Der kleine und pittoreske Ort Radda ist mit dem Auto in einer Viertelstunde erreichbar, wo man in einem kleinen Supermarkt oder noch besser bei Porciatti (Delikatessenladen) einkaufen kann. Die letzten 1.5 km zum Haus sind nicht asphaltiert und zahlreiche Schlaglöcher lassen von einer Anreise im tiefergelegten Sportwagen abraten. Siena und San Gimignano sind in weniger als einer Stunde Autofahrt erreichbar. Petra, einer der Vermieterinnen, hat uns im Vorfeld zahlreiche Information über das Haus und die Umgebung geschickt und war immer sehr aufmerksam. Vor Ort wurden wir von einer sehr freundlichen Haushälterin empfangen, die uns ebenfalls Ausflugstipps gegeben hat. Mit dem von Petra organisierten Tennislehrer haben wir ebenso nur gut Erfahrungen gemacht und können ihn auch für den Unterricht von Kindern empfehlen.

Wonderful holidays in Villa Lisidor in Chianti

We loved the location the tennis Court and the piscine, our whole Family enjoyed the holidays and would be happy to Return in the Future. The property was very well-maintained and we will recommend this property. We appreciated very much the nice towns around and especially Castello di Ama but also the small villages. Thanks à lot for this marvellous holidays.

lovely villa for friends and family holidays

Our time here has been excellent with a great tennis court, swimming pool and villa. Great welcome from the housekeeper - despite him speaking no English - we were able to understand the basics! We would recommend going to Radda, Florence and Sienna with some amazing sights. Advise pre-booking some of the tickets for the museums in Florence so that you can avoid the queues. Do look at the great range of guide books in the drawers. There are some great restaurants in the area, one we especially liked was Malborghetto in Lecchi. Amazing views and a great house to be based from. Well maintained swimming pool and tennis court. Very relaxed time - fantastic time base to explore the area and also excellent base to chill. Rustic charm - next year they are looking at extending which sounds very exciting. Would love to come back some day. The Britton family

Beautiful Tuscan villa with lovely views

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. It was a great base to explore the local area (Siena and the local villages among others) as well as to relax during the day. The pool was brilliant and the shady areas were perfect to read in. We would especially recommend La Bottega in Volpaia where we had a wonderful evening, but remember to book! We both live in Genoa and manage our parents properties: Villa LisiDor, Villa EnriMar have been our secret places where we spent regenerative holidays in marvelous natural settings away from daily chaos.
We have preserved them jealously, putting all our loving care to make every villa always more comfortable, unique and unrepeatable.
Not a long time ago we decided to share them with people who, as we do, love nature, the tradition of simple things and appreciate the care for every little detail, typical of a domestic management.

Our father Enrico managed for years the nearby wine farm Fattoria La Mandria. He loved the way of life of this land and the contact with nature and the unstressed people living here, so he decided to buy Villa LisiDor to have a place to escape from the chaotic town life.
