Monti 1824 is nestled near the picturesque medieval village of Casole d'elsa. It is within easy walking distance of 1 km away, via a well mantained path, illuminated at night ,where you can truly enjoy the town life.
Casole d'elsa is a lovely little medieval town with a very friendly community that will bring guests into an authentic atmosphere. In Casole we have nice restaurants, local stores, cafès and all main amenties.

✳️ CHECK IN & CHECK OUT RULES ✳️

‣ Check-in guaranteed not before than 16.00h and until 18.00h. Access to the facilities as pool, garden ecc are possible only after check in procedure.

‣ Check-out by 9:00 am.

As required by Italian national laws, guests are recognized in person upon check-in. For this reason, check-ins will not be accepted at times when the staff cannot carry out this recognition.
After 20.00h , check in will be delayed to the morning after between 9.00 and 10.00 am.


OPTIONAL COSTS NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE:

‣ Heating ( on a pay per use basis) : 1.90 euros per hour. There is a thermostat with hour counter inside the apartment to allow the guests using it when they prefer. Period by law for heating use: 1 st November - 15 April .

‣ Washing machine: 5 euros / wash

‣ Extral change of towels and linen ( on request) : 16 euros per person

‣ Pool towels ( on request) : 5 euros / each .Pool towels are not included in the towel set,so must be booked before the arrival date. If pool towels are not booked in advance we cannot guarantee to provide them.

‣ Baby cot with sheets and towels ( on request - limited availability ) : 50 Euros - to pay locally and to book before arrival

‣ Highchair : ( on request - limited availability ) : 18 Euros - to pay locally and to book before arrival.

‣ Baby bath : 10 euros per stay


MANDATORY EXTRA COSTS - STAY TAX

‣ STAY TAX : Stay tax will be requested in cash upon arrival and it mandatory for all guests starting from 12 years old. The cost is 2.50 Euros /night per person starting from 12 years old

‣ Owners family lives in the farmhouse

‣ The farmhouse is composed of 6 holiday accommodations + swimming pool

‣ The pool is shared with the other accommodations of the holiday farmhouse Monti 1824 ( Mandorlo apartment + 5 unitis ).

‣ Close to the local town Casole ( 1 km) , reachble also by walking

‣ Pool open from April 1st till October 30th (opening may vary depending on weather conditions). Opening time 8.00 - 19.30 .

‣The baby sitter recommendation does not guarantee her immediate availability. She is not an employee of Monti 1824 but a freelancer. I recommend making contact well in advance of the date of your stay to have a better chance of availability.

‣ Guests will find only upon arrival a starter kit with some courtesy products to start their stay : toilet paper roll ( 2) , hand soap, dish soap, a few dishwasher tablets.

IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDDEN

-introuduce people not included in the reservation and not recorded as Mont1824 's guests inside the estate (swimming pool, garden, apartment and parking)

-smoking inside the accommodation

-light candles of any kind inside the accommodation

-organize parties or meetings
