marche Une minute de la belle Kamaole 2 Beach. Fort signal Wi-Fi. Bien entretenu et propre. Entièrement équipé pour vos vacances. Ceci est le condo à choisir pour votre Maui aventure base de la maison!

Nous, les co-propriétaires: Bob et Kathleen et Kelley et Jack, tous les éducateurs retraités (un bibliothécaire et trois enseignants), avons conçu notre maison de Maui à être aussi paisible et fonctionnelle que possible. Pas de meubles lourds, pas de meubles sombres. Au lieu de cela, l'atmosphère est légère, propre et aéré.

La nouvelle salle de bain offre accessoires de type spa, y compris un niveau réglable douche de plain-pied, décorée avec goût avec des fleurs blanches de frangipanier de tuiles et de tortues de mer qui nagent sur le sol en pierre. Le lit king-size est ferme et confortable. Dans le salon, la nouvelle télévision affiche un menu complet de câble. La véranda est ombragée du soleil d'après-midi et offre un espace calme et cool de profiter de la journée après le matin à la plage. Notre condo est refroidi par de grands ventilateurs de plafond, un dans chaque chambre, qui fonctionnent bien. Nous avons choisi de ne pas installer AC afin de profiter de l’air étonnant de Hawaii. Le signal Wi-Fi sert bien l'ensemble de l'unité. Notre téléviseur à écran plat est connecté à la programmation par câble locale ainsi qu'un lecteur Roku dédié qui permet aux clients de voir le catalogue complet de Netflix ainsi que d'autres chaînes.

Kihei Kai Nani lui-même est un complexe de jardin directement en face des trois magnifiques plages Kamaole, où vous pourrez déguster votre café du matin (ou le soir Mai Tai) après une promenade facile sur le lecteur. Le stationnement est gratuit. Commerces et restaurants sont facilement accessibles à pied.

Wonderful place!

Great place! Nice, cozy, clean condo, 5 minutes walk to one of the best beaches in Maui. There is everything you need for life. The place is quiet and safe. Many thanks to the owners for the quick response to the request, I recommend!

Coastal Kihei Oasis

We had a beautiful stay here, right across the street from the beach and walking distance from many local eateries. We were about a 20 minute walk from ‘The Triangle’ in Kihei, also where Kihei Caffe is (highly recommended). The property was in the perfect location, we walked down to the beach many times to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Property also comes with beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and snorkeling equipment. We cannot recommend this property enough, especially if staying for an extended period of time (we stayed for a week).

Lovely place to be!

The condo was perfect! The grounds of the KKN are just beautiful!! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai, visited by many geckos. Very quiet! Well stocked kitchen, we cooked every day. Foodland is close by. But best of all, the beach is just across the street. The pool is a gorgeous area to relax. We will be back soon, I hope!

this place was very well stocked from spices right up to chairs to the beach. The only thing missing was an air fryer lol. Jack was very easy to deal with and my questions were answered very promptly. The apartment is very close to the beach and you can walk to many amenities. I will most definitely be staying in when I come back to the island. I love Kihei and staying here made me love it even more. Thanks so much Jack and crew

I thoroughly enjoyed my t...

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Kihei Kai Nani. I have been to Maui now about 8 times. I first stayed at KKN when I was 2 years old and came back 21 years later and then again this year. It has a special place in my heart as it holds great memories of my family and my time in Maui. KKN Condo #245 was great to stay in! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a great stay. It was not posh or ultra modern but it holds a great 'homey' feel and you don't feel like you are staying in a hotel. I loved it and will be back soon!

Great location!

We enjoyed the convince of the three beaches within walking distance from our condo. I also loved the fact that we had a cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels to make our stay more comfortable and we also didn’t need to spend more to buy or rent these items. The condo did have air conditioning, but not central air. The condo had two window air conditioners on a timer, so it did get pretty hot. Not sure if the timer could be extended to 6-8 hours with the temperature being in the high 90’s. We did enjoy our stay overall, just a little hot!

what a great place!

This was a wonderful condo for our stay on Maui. A lovely setting in a beautifully landscaped complex, across the street from one of the best beaches on Maui. My sons enjoyed snorkeling at Kamaole Beach, as well as swimming. Ten minutes from the best body surfing and bikini beach - Makena Big Beach. Plenty of good restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Groceries and shopping a short drive. The condo itself was lovely - cool and breezy in the heat, a private lanai, BBQ grill outside. Clean, well-equipped kitchen, extra blankets and pillows, beach gear to borrow. Beds were comfortable, shower was great. Nice pool, laundry, friendly neighbors, quiet neighborhood. We would be delighted to stay there again, and recommend it to all our friends. Several other condos available for rent in the same complex would make it a great setting for our next family reunion!

Just what we needed and more.

Clean condo in a fantastic location. KKN is just across the street from the beautiful Kamaole II beach. Prompt, clear, and friendly communication from the owners. Very well stocked with kitchen, bathroom, and beach items...just bring your clothes. We appreciated the air conditioning units in the main living area as well as the bedroom. The lanai is private and overlooks lush greenery for a truly tropical feel. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained and the pool area is lovely and very clean. The condo is located in a great spot...2 minute walk to the beach, across from the pool, and there are shops and restaurants right next door. The unit is set far enough back so there is no noise from the street. The complex itself is quiet and we heard no noise from neighboring units. Parking is free and we had no trouble finding a spot steps from the entrance to the condo each day. This was our first visit to Maui and we felt like we scored a win with location, affordability, and overall experience. We would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Two weeks in Maui is not enough

Kihei Kai Nani is a great location. Condo was stocked full of the necessities but also many extras lije condiments, spices, soaps and kitchen tools. Loved the AC and fans. The coffee maker could use an upgrade, it was a freat stay in a great place.but overall

Some Like It Hot

The condo was well appointed and nicely decorated. We like to cook and so bought a few things that made prep easier. Unfortunately, we were not prepared for the heat.Everyday the temp was 31 or 32 C and the A/C was unable to lower the temp significantly because we were on the top floor and the heat was coming through the roof. Other than that the condo was perfect. The fragrance of plumeria wafting into the bedroom at night was lovely. We appreciated the bottle of wine left for us.

Wonderful condo

Fantastic condo well stocked with everything one needs - beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. Kitchen has abundance of everything as well. Owner provided plenty of soaps, toilet paper etc which was immensely appreciated. Everything was in good condition from furniture to pots and pans. The king size bed also very comfortable.

Relaxing location with easy beach access

Had a wonderful 10-day stay in this condo. We love Kihei Kai Nani and have stayed many times. This unit is great because of being an end unit with more windows. The kitchen was amply supplied and we appreciated the sharp knives. Bed was comfortable and we loved our stay! We’ll be back!

Wonderful stay, Kihei Kai Nani is a very convenient and comfortable property with all the amenities. Best parts of this unit for us are waking to the birds, quiet lanai, no road noise, so well stocked, to make our stay just so lovely. Mahalo!

South Kihei Vacay

Excellent location right across from Kameoli Beach II. Shops and restaurants literally next door. Loved Cafe O’Lei, Moose McGillycufdys and the Cinnamon Roll. Condo was just as advertised and very clean. Plenty of Beach gear. The bed was very comfortable. Condo is perfect for a quiet couple.

Cute Little Apartment in Kihei

This was a convenient apartment in Kihei. We appreciated the central location and the proximity to a number of beaches. The apartment is older but clean and has a well stocked kitchen. It also comes with snorkeling equipment! The AC was loud and could have been more cool, but didn't bother us. We would stay here again.

Great location

The property was exactly as described. Directions to the specific unit were precise and checking in at the office was easy and friendly. Some people have complained about the A/C. I used the a/c but I also opened the windows to use the breeze to help cool things down. The roosters (and other birds) let you know when the sun is coming up but hey, that’s nature. Plus there’s chicken all over all the islands. I just turned over and went back to sleep. If you plan to snorkel, I’d bring your own mask and maybe snorkel too. There is nice snorkeling across the street at the beach. It was great to have other beach items to use and the laundry room was super convenient. The location is great with a lot of things in walking distance. Kama’ole II beach is beautiful and with the close location, you won’t miss a sunset!

Hi, Jack here. I represent Condo 80106 on behalf of two couples who share and maintain this wonderful home base on Maui. We are three teachers and a librarian, some retired, some still going strong. The condo has offered us a wonderful home away from home, and we have worked to make it as comfortable and welcoming as possible. We look forward to sharing our condo home with you during your visit to Maui.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose our condo for its light and airy feeling. The condo is an 'end unit' so it has extra windows in living room and bedroom. It is such an easy place to be. The beach is a simple walk down the driveway, and we often visit there in the morning with a cup of coffee, as well as in the evening with Mai Tais to watch the sunset and listen to the conch shells that people blow each evening. Days at the condo are special.
