Ce brillant, encore fraîche, condo a une véranda privée qui offre une vue à la fois de l'océan et les montagnes. En plus d'être juste en face de l'une des meilleures plages de baignade de Maui, vous pourrez profiter de la proximité des épiceries, boutiques, salles de cinéma, des restaurants et un marché de producteurs bi-hebdomadaire. Plongée en apnée, observation des baleines et la planche à voile sont tous à proximité.

Cuisine complète avec tous les principaux appareils en mode plein écran, y compris un haut fourneau de cuisine à gaz, grand réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, et l'élimination de la cuisine. Le centre de divertissement dans le salon contenant stéréo / cassette / lecteur CD, la télévision et la combinaison magnétoscope / DVD.
Restaurants
Il ya de nouveaux restaurants ouvrent en permanence sur Maui. Heureusement juste à côté d'un grand restaurant de style mexicain a ouvert. La cuisine est fantastique et extrêmement bien trop cher. Fun pour tous et vous ne pas besoin d'une voiture pour y arriver.
Lieu
Comme chacun le sait, l'emplacement est tout, et Kihei Akahi est dans le meilleur endroit à Maui. Il est dans les meilleures zones pour les plages, amusant, et le shopping. Marche pour la plupart tout ce que vous besoin, y compris l'épicerie. Foodland et ABC quelques pâtés de maisons.

Beautiful location

Really enjoyed the location. Within walking distance to everything. Bill was very kind to check in with us, to see if we were enjoying ourselves. Would definitely stay there again.

South Kihei is a great place from which to base a Maui vacation. Weather is among the best on the island. This top floor apartment style condo is quiet and well equipped.

Great location!

Great location! Our condo was in Kihei and centrally located to anywhere we wanted to go . We could walk to restaurants as well as drive . Bill , the owner , was very easy to communicate with and professional. I would highly recommend this condo !

Great location and view

Bill was great to deal with and easily available. The check in, location, and overall stay was great. The condo itself is older and could use updating in the bathroom, but the kitchen and family room have been updated, and the view from the balcony was great!

Kihei Akahi is a great place and area to stay on Maui

We had a great time on Maui again, loved the view to Haleakala and Ocean from the Lanai. It was our 3. time in Bill’s condo. We had everything we needed. The location is perfect. Close to beaches and restaurants. Until next year Manfred

Maui Vaca

Great location in Kihei. Easy to visit sites around island. Traffic and pedestrians in Kihei make driving a little challenging but it didn’t deter from our enjoyment of the beauty of Maui.

great location

Enjoyed the ocean and mountain view, great location with shade in afternoon, Peaceful setting, not above a pool. It's not the most updated unit, but well equipped, everything we needed and good price and we are coming back. Thank you Bill ---- Christel and Manfred

Great location and great space

The condo was in a great location in south Kihei, walkable distance to a number of restaurants and shops. Some great restaurants around there. The walk across from the condo to Kamaole beach park was one of the high points - going for sunsets and morning walks. The condo space in itself was very good - great living/dining and kitchen area, with a good sized bedroom and all the necessary amenities in the kitchen. Had a great time and thank you to Bill!

Awesome!

Great location. Directly across from a great beach. Pool was really nice. The property grounds were well kept with wonderful trees and flowers. Not too much noise. Bill the owner immediately addressed any concern we had which was very minor. Overall a wonderful experience and great place to stay.

Thank's Bill for our stay at your condo, we had a great time, we come since many years to Kihei Akahi, should have known your Condo earlier, enjoyed sitting on the lanai and the view to ocean and mountain. We had everything we needed, comfortable bed, new appliances, great for the price. Hope to come back next year.

Good location

The apartment was clean and Bill was nice and kept in contact with me. The only negative was the air conditioner was in the living room but there was a fan in the bedroom that help to help with the heat. An excellent location, easy access to the beach and plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Great condo on a Great Island

My wife and I had a wonderful Maui vacation in this condo. Condo was top floor with great ocean view, clean,and private(we could leave our door open when we were in the condo for fresh cross ventilation). We also had EASY access to both pools and an EASY walk to the ocean. Bill was a pleasure to work with and god willing we will be booking his condo in the future. Would highly recommend this condo to family or friend.

Amazing location, cute comfy home!

THE best location!! Few minutes away from the beach + great restaurants. I didn’t have a car so it was very easy walking everywhere and trying local places. The property itself is very comfy - big kitchen, great sized bedroom, and nice living area. Not to mention the balcony! It’s on the 6th floor and faces the beach so you have great views all day. Bill was an amazing host and contacted me right after I booked and kept me informed of any changes due to covid. I would absolutely stay here again my next time in Maui! Thanks so much Bill.

Deferred maintenance

The grounds of Kihei Akahi are lovely and the location is Ideal. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops. Kamaole beaches are perfect for sunset and turtle watching! However, I have to agree with previous reviewers who said this unit is in need of updating/repair, especially the bathroom. The queen sleep sofa is, in fact, a futon. The on-site office and off-site agent were responsive and helpful. I hope the owner can make the necessary changes.

Kihei Akahi beautiful quiet resort.

Pros & Cons to this property. This property has not been renovated. The pretty blue tropical sofa was not there, it was an old very uncomfortable futon & chair. The bathroom was in real poor condition, in need of replacements.However the appliances were very good, nice towels & linens. The lanai was the best part beautiful view of ocean & mountain. Kihei Akahi nice quiet friendly resort Bill was very pleasant to deal with & helpful. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo.

Perfect Location

Loved the location. Walking distance to everything you needed. Short drive to other nearby towns and beaches. Walked to the beach across the street every day to swim and watch sunsets. Being on the top floor and having a nice sized balcony was essential for us. As others have mentioned, it does get warm in the bedroom. But all units in this building are similar due to the way the air conditioning systems are in place. Everything was clean. Kitchen seemed new. Bill is a super friendly host. Property had two pools and BBQ grills as well. It was our first time in Maui. We loved our trip.

Condo in Paradise

This Condo was great. It surpassed my expectations having just seen photo's and description on the internet. The view from the Lanai of the mountains and the ocean was beautiful. The location was fantastic, a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach with great snorkeling and sunsets and close to great restaurants and shops. There are 2 pools and each has a BBQ area with nice clean BBQ's. The condo was clean, well-maintained and had all the amenties that we required for out stay. The owner provided great customer service and e-mailed us upon our arrival to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would highly recommend this condo. It is exceptional value for the location and amenities offered. Thanks Bill, we will be back. Rhonda & Dan

This location is fantastic!! Top floor directly next to the beach with the best sand and swimming. No rocks or seaweed. Right next door to restaurants and shopping so no need to use a car to go for dinner or to browse the stores. Bedroom has a King Size Bed.
