Profitez de l'incroyable Marina Vues de cette maison! Situé sur le front de mer à Pot-Nets Bayside, cette maison spectaculaire dispose de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains, un porche extérieur donnant sur la marina et de grands espaces de vie ouverts qui combinent la cuisine, salle à manger et salons. Faites une promenade de 5 minutes le long du Marina Boardwalk pour rejoindre le très populaire Paradise Grill. Les piscines, la plage, le tennis et les terrains de jeux sont sur place. Les bordereaux de bateau sont disponibles à la location à 40 $ par jour. Une voiture de golf est incluse avec cette propriété, sans frais supplémentaires. Les enfants sont les bienvenus et sont donc les animaux domestiques. Excellent emplacement pour kayak et Stand Up Paddleboards! Il se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture du parcours de golf mondialement connu de Baywood Greens (10 minutes), des centres de taxe Tanger Outlet (20 minutes) et des quartiers pittoresques du centre-ville de Rehoboth Beach et Lewes (30 minutes).

Nous avons un séjour minimum de 7 nuits pendant notre saison estivale. Check-in est à 16 heures le dimanche, et Check Out est à 10 heures le dimanche. Nous avons des séjours de 2 nuits minimum à tous les autres moments de l'année.

We just ended a wonderful week at this pot-nets vacation rental. The house was perfect for our family and dog, perfectly situated in the community and to our boat slip. Debbie was so great to work with! Very responsive and helpful! We are already trying to plan when we can return!

Came with all the necessities and clean for the most part. High touch/contact areas did appear to need to be wiped down upon our arrival but that was an easy fix! Golf cart was provided and easy to use. House is in a great location for the beach and other amenities.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the house for our son and his family from California. The house is located near the beach, children’s playgrounds, and pools. The provided golf cart makes access to those areas convenient. Caution should be taken to avoid the under age kids speeding in their golf carts!The house was perfectly described in the description on the website. The house was clean on arrival and appeared well maintained. A minor issue was that the porch lights were burned out and we had to replace. The furniture in the living room was clean but showing wear as expected in a rental house. The open design of the living, kitchen,and dining rooms was perfect for a vacation home. The ac unit was able to keep the house cool during the heat wave for the week of 6/30 to 7/7. We received exceptional service from the rental manager!We had dinner one night at Paradise Grill, the food was ok but nothing special, the entertainment was ok that night. Other area restaurant and food places visited was Yellow Fins which was outstanding, Long Neck Deli for submarines and steak sandwiches was excellent! The beaches were clean but very crowded, the pools were clean and refreshing, the outlets were great, especially with no Delaware sales tax.It was convenient for us, since our family were a short distance from our bayside home.We would highly recommend this rental house.

Memorable family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean Pier is a lovely house with a gorgeous water view. We rented the place for the covered porch and it did not disappoint. We took our dogs and they enjoyed the porch in the morning and evenings as much as we did. The home was clean when we arrived, but very warm. We immediately closed all the blinds and the ac just didn't keep up even though it was not an overly hot week. Ceiling fans in the unit and better blinds may have helped. The ceiling fans on the porch did not work. When the maintenance man arrived he said he was going to try to work a miracle. I'm assuming he knew the fans didn't work. He said he had to order a part and would be back in a day or two. Six days later we left and the fans were not fixed. Overall, the house is lovely, spacious and comfortable. It was just a little too hot for my family who requires cool especially for sleeping. The golf cart is a wonderful bonus as well as the pool and beach. My family had a great time exploring the community and making memories.

Relaxing get away

This bay view house in Long Neck is very new and beautiful. I enjoyed reading the morning paper on the front porch looking over the boats in the little inlet in front of the house. It was a short walk to a really nice little bayside beach and a 25 minute drive to Dewey Beach or Rehoboth. The bed was comfortable. We stay in many VRBOs and this one was a little more like a hotel in that while the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc, there were no things you might find in renting a VRBO that is sometimes inhabited. Like salt and pepper, but that is very minor. Overall we really liked the house and neighborhood for it's quiet walks (It was mid September so it there weren't many others around in the neighborhood.
