La vie est meilleure pieds nus dans cette retraite d'été! Détendez-vous et profitez des vues colorées sur la baie et des brises de mer assis sur le porche ouvert donnant sur la marina dans cette nouvelle maison (2019)! Situé au bord de l'eau à Pot-Nets Bayside, cette maison de 4 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bain permet de grands rassemblements dans le salon / salle à manger spacieux. La maison est ornée de nombreuses fenêtres et portes coulissantes en verre qui laissent la belle lumière côtière inonder la maison. Faites une promenade de 5 minutes le long de la promenade de la marina pour vous rendre au très populaire Paradise Grill, plage privée, jetées de pêche et de crabe. Piscines, tennis, terrain de baseball et terrains de jeux sont sur place. Les bordereaux de bateau sont disponibles à la location à 40 $ par jour. Une voiture de golf est incluse avec cette propriété sans frais supplémentaires. Les enfants sont les bienvenus et les animaux de compagnie aussi! Excellent emplacement pour le kayak et le stand up paddle! Il se trouve à courte distance en voiture de Baywood Greens Golf Course, célèbre dans le monde entier (10 minutes), Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes) et les quartiers pittoresques du centre-ville de Rehoboth Beach et Lewes (30 minutes).

POLITIQUE POUR LES ANIMAUX DOMESTIQUES: Cette unité accepte les animaux. Il y a un maximum de 2 chiens (chiens uniquement). Le propriétaire de l'animal doit payer un supplément de 20 $ par animal et par nuit pour les frais de ménage. SI VOUS prévoyez d'apporter un animal de compagnie avec vous, veuillez appeler et parler avec notre réserviste.

Nous avons un séjour minimum de 7 nuits pendant notre saison estivale. L'enregistrement s'effectue à 16 h le dimanche et le départ à 10 h le dimanche. Nous avons des séjours minimum de 2 nuits à tous les autres moments de l'année.

Les bordereaux de bateau sont à distance de marche de chaque maison et sont disponibles selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi. Nos patins de bateau mesurent 24 pieds de long, 14 pieds de large et peuvent accoster un bateau de 32 pieds de long; la profondeur moyenne de l'eau est de 4 pieds à marée basse.

Maintenance needed, but not received

Reviewer Comments: This is our fourth time renting in Pot Nets, third time renting Ever Dream. Reported issues with some of the lights not working and a towel bar that had pulled out the door. Nothing was fixed. Love the property, but we were disappointed in the service.

Great place, but needs some attention

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a fantastic time at the Ever Dream. The rental process was easy, the rental agent was extremely helpful and professional. Everything that was promised was there. The only reservation I had was that the home is in need of some maintenance. The are several places where the floor is coming up, including one large spot in front of the kitchen sink that was covered by a rug. The flooring in the hallway was loose, and my grandson caught the knee of his pants on it and tore his pants. There are several doorknobs that are broken and several cabinet doors that need to be repaired. I definitely plan to rent again next year, as the overall experience was great. I just hope some of the maintenance items can be addressed before that time.

Fantastic Wedding Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wedding at the Clubhouse at Baywood. We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

There were some issues with dirty dinnerware put in the cabinets and not fully cleaned. There was dirty underwear under one of the beds upon our arrival. One of the bathroom linen doors was off the track upon our arrival. Overall my family loved the property, and we would recommend it to anyone. Overall rating of 9.5. The staff, specifically Debbie Wilhelm, was and has always been a pleasure to deal with. She should get a gold star.😀

Amazing

Absolutely incredible place to stay, the house was super clean and massive. The views were amazing and there is a lot to do not far from the house at all. Paradise grill right across the street is a cool place. And the property manager is wonderful, easy to get in touch with and took care of a couple minor problems right away. We would definitely stay there again. Only complaint I had which has nothing to do with the property was the weather was a little cold (end of May). I’d go back in June sometime when it’s warmer. 11/10 recommend.

Great Vacation and great staff!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great vacation for our family. Great view and accommodations loved being able to travel around on the golf cart, the pools and even the baseball field. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. A few recommendations bring your own bath towels and wash clothes, they do supply them but they are not the greatest and they shed. Also, the place really needs a cleaning, cabinets and drawers with food and dust, dog food and dog hair on the floor. We didn’t have a dog but we had toddlers. Sliding doors beautiful to look out but don’t look down the tracks were filthy black and the toddlers had black on their feet constantly. Now Debbie was great and offered to have someone come clean it and we appreciated her response but we had already vacuumed and just decided we would let them know and move on. We had one of the best vacations and have already booked for next year.
