La vie est meilleure pieds nus dans cette retraite d'été! Détendez-vous et profitez des vues colorées sur la baie et des brises de mer assis sur le porche ouvert donnant sur la marina dans cette nouvelle maison (2019)! Situé au bord de l'eau à Pot-Nets Bayside, cette maison de 4 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bain permet de grands rassemblements dans le salon / salle à manger spacieux. La maison est ornée de nombreuses fenêtres et portes coulissantes en verre qui laissent la belle lumière côtière inonder la maison. Faites une promenade de 5 minutes le long de la promenade de la marina pour vous rendre au très populaire Paradise Grill, plage privée, jetées de pêche et de crabe. Piscines, tennis, terrain de baseball et terrains de jeux sont sur place. Les bordereaux de bateau sont disponibles à la location à 40 $ par jour. Une voiture de golf est incluse avec cette propriété sans frais supplémentaires. Les enfants sont les bienvenus et les animaux de compagnie aussi! Excellent emplacement pour le kayak et le stand up paddle! Il se trouve à courte distance en voiture de Baywood Greens Golf Course, célèbre dans le monde entier (10 minutes), Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes) et les quartiers pittoresques du centre-ville de Rehoboth Beach et Lewes (30 minutes).

POLITIQUE POUR LES ANIMAUX DOMESTIQUES: Cette unité accepte les animaux. Il y a un maximum de 2 chiens (chiens uniquement). Le propriétaire de l'animal doit payer un supplément de 20 $ par animal et par nuit pour les frais de ménage. SI VOUS prévoyez d'apporter un animal de compagnie avec vous, veuillez appeler et parler avec notre réserviste.

Nous avons un séjour minimum de 7 nuits pendant notre saison estivale. L'enregistrement s'effectue à 16 h le dimanche et le départ à 10 h le dimanche. Nous avons des séjours minimum de 2 nuits à tous les autres moments de l'année.

Restez avec nous pendant 7 nuits et recevez notre forfait Lifestyle gratuit! Cela comprend une carte-cadeau de 100 $ au restaurant Paradise Grill et 2 rondes de golf gratuites au parcours de golf Baywood Greens (du lundi au jeudi, après 13 h).

The house is beautiful. The view from the deck is peaceful as it looks out toward the bay. We loved the 4 large bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The kitchen was well equipped and roomy for all to help prepare meals. It is the perfect space for a family stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for entertaining!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has a large deck out front with plenty of seating and a long table which makes for a great place to enjoy cracking crabs. It was key to have 4 king beds and every bedroom had its own bathroom. There are also two pull our sofa beds - this should be detailed on the listing, but it was not. It would be helpful to include kitchen dish towels and extra garbage bags. It is important to look at the list of items they suggest you bring. The neighborhood has a lot to offer for things to do. Definitely recommend.

For the last 3 years we've been renting a vacation home from Pot-Nets to host the party. The homes are a perfect place to host such a gathering. I would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing

Absolutely incredible place to stay, the house was super clean and massive. The views were amazing and there is a lot to do not far from the house at all. Paradise grill right across the street is a cool place. And the property manager is wonderful, easy to get in touch with and took care of a couple minor problems right away. We would definitely stay there again. Only complaint I had which has nothing to do with the property was the weather was a little cold (end of May). I’d go back in June sometime when it’s warmer. 11/10 recommend.

Reviewer Comments: This is our fourth time renting in Pot Nets, third time renting Ever Dream. Reported issues with some of the lights not working and a towel bar that had pulled out the door. Nothing was fixed. Love the property, but we were disappointed in the service.

Not so secret Winter Getaway

We stay in the Pot-Nets community because of its surrounding and close proximity to the outlets and other attractions at Rehoboth Beach. This is our first time at 522 Ever Dream and it's everything we expect in this community. In light of the current pandemic, the management company does a great job to ensure the safety of their guests. Well done!

Great place, but needs some attention

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a fantastic time at the Ever Dream. The rental process was easy, the rental agent was extremely helpful and professional. Everything that was promised was there. The only reservation I had was that the home is in need of some maintenance. The are several places where the floor is coming up, including one large spot in front of the kitchen sink that was covered by a rug. The flooring in the hallway was loose, and my grandson caught the knee of his pants on it and tore his pants. There are several doorknobs that are broken and several cabinet doors that need to be repaired. I definitely plan to rent again next year, as the overall experience was great. I just hope some of the maintenance items can be addressed before that time.

We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

There were some issues with dirty dinnerware put in the cabinets and not fully cleaned. There was dirty underwear under one of the beds upon our arrival. One of the bathroom linen doors was off the track upon our arrival. Overall my family loved the property, and we would recommend it to anyone. Overall rating of 9.5. The staff, specifically Debbie Wilhelm, was and has always been a pleasure to deal with. She should get a gold star.😀
