Profitez de l'incroyable Marina Vues de cette maison! Située sur le front de mer à Pot-Nets Bayside, cette maison spectaculaire dispose de 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains, d'un porche extérieur donnant sur la marina et de vastes espaces de vie ouverts qui combinent la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon. Faites une promenade de 5 minutes le long de la promenade de la marina pour rejoindre le très populaire Paradise Grill. Les piscines, la plage, le tennis et les terrains de jeux sont sur place. Les feuillets de bateau sont disponibles à la location à 40 $ par jour. Une voiture de golf est incluse avec cette propriété, sans frais supplémentaires. Les enfants sont les bienvenus et les animaux de compagnie aussi! (Voir ci-dessous pour notre politique concernant les animaux de compagnie) Très bien situé pour faire du kayak et des paddleboards! Il est à une courte distance en voiture du célèbre parcours de golf de Baywood Greens (10 minutes), des centres commerciaux Tanger Out-Free (20 minutes) et du centre-ville pittoresque de Rehoboth Beach et Lewes (30 minutes).

Nous avons un séjour minimum de 7 nuits pendant notre saison estivale. Check In est à 16 heures le dimanche, et Check Out est à 10 heures le dimanche. Nous avons des séjours de 2 nuits minimum à tous les autres moments de l'année.

Great house, perfect location

The house is even nicer in person than in the pictures. Incredible location with the bay literally 10 feet from the front door. Honestly couldn't have ask for a better house.

Pot-Nets Ocean Mist

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and clean. Bonus was that linens and bath towels are supplied. The only negative thing we have to say about the rental was that for some reason there were only a few forks and it would have been nice to have a little more cookware. We loved the convenience of having a smaller beach within the community and the option of switching it up between beach and pool. For us this offered us a calmer atmosphere than the Jersey beaches yet if we wanted the rides and the shops Rehobeth, Dewey and Lewes was just a 30 minute drive. We are looking forward to staying again next year. The food at the Paradise Grill was good. The service there was hit or miss.

Beautiful Vacation Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found this rental property online while we were researching the Pot Nets community. Well it is even more spectacular in person! The house is gorgeous and was all new and clean. It is extremely spacious. And the views are amazing! You can see water from anywhere in the main living area. I can see why people want to move to this community. We ate at Paradise Grill and the Baywood Greens Restaurant. Both were excellent. We walked down the private beach and enjoyed sitting and looking out at the bay. Everyone we saw was very friendly. It was very hard to come home after our week in Pot Nets. We would highly recommend staying at this rental property! We will look forward to going back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was in the best location possible in Pot Nets bayside. It is a super close walk to the Paradise grill, but also not too close. It was quiet at night inside the home when sleeping, but if you go out in the porch in the evenings you can still hear the bands playing at the Paradise grill. The rooms are very large and it’s a great setup for big family gatherings. The driveway was large enough to hold 4 cars, and there is overflow parking nearby (you get two tags for overflow parking). The 2 pools were very nice. The beach does not allow dogs. There is a dog park located near one of the pools that was quite nice. Things I was very happy to have and didn’t realize: the home had its own shed and you have access to a golf cart that can hold 4 people! This is so much fun and makes getting around the community so much easier! Just be aware that there isn’t a way to know how much battery life it has, so keep it charged up and don’t go out for too long. There is also a grill in the shed which was nice for cooking - the home has grill utensils also, and it comes with two propane tanks. The boat docks are right out front of the home. You can rent them for $40/day if you give advanced notice. Things to know before you go so you know what to bring: definitely bring bug spray for the porch! Lots of gnats and mosquitoes. You will be supplied linens, but you will need to put your own sheets on each bed when you arrive. The fans on the porch don’t work, if you have a small fan it may be nice to bring it along for the porch to blow the bugs away. You will be supplied toilet paper and some extra as well. They have cleaning supplies available in a cleaning closet including dish soap - so you don’t need to bring that. No beach towels, chairs, or beach toys provided. No toiletries provided.

I didn’t have the room to put everyone up for the week so I rented Ocean Mist . So, having already lived here for 16 years I’m well aware of the amenities offered at Pot Nets as well as my family. Everyone loves coming here. The rental home itself was beautiful, clean and was in a great location. It helped make the week very enjoyable for all!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are repeat renters to this property but se had some challenges at this property this year. The combination on the door wouldn't work and we were locked out for an hour while security tried to figure out how to get us into the house. The house lacked some useful things like plastic wrap, foil, etc. One of the window blind wands in one of the bedrooms did not work and one of the window blinds in the front had a broken slat. We like that linens are provided and we love the porch!

Our favorite house!

You get the best breeze on this porch, and a great view of all the action. It’s not far from the pools or the beach or the paradise grill. On a good night you can sit out and just feel the breeze and listen to the live music.

It was right on the water and we created so many memories In this house. Kiddos loved the open floor plan amd had blast as well Starting from check In to check our the process was so smooth. Property manager was spmlimd and helpful.

Pot Nets Vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our home was amazing and in an amazing location. Deb is the rental agent, she is top notch. She was very responsive and very helpful. We had a few minor issues that for the price we paid I wish we didn’t have. The central air was very dirty and wasn’t working my daughter actually cleaned the filter and we were back in business. A 4 Person Golf Court came with the rental I think it should’ve been bigger and the battery died on us four times while we were in the park. And the home could of been cleaner but we took care of that as well. Other than those two issues we had we loved it so much that we are looking to possibly purchase. If not purchase we will definitely be back next year

Enjoyed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! We also really appreciated being able to bring our two dear dogs with us. Very pet-friendly and we all enjoyed the front porch, especially. Just beautiful! The golf cart was an extra bonus!
