Avec une vue magnifique sur la plage de Roads End à Lincoln City, le Cape Cod Northwest vous offre plus de 3 000 pieds carrés de vacances pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 16 personnes. Des chambres spacieuses, deux espaces de vie, deux ponts et un bain à remous avec vue sur l'océan ne sont que le début. Perfect family vacation home

Was very good. Two maintenance problems; shower didn't drain and the dryer stopped working. There was no view of water from the hot tub but otherwise as advertised and we liked the house.

The house is great for groups, the oven view is very nice. The only thing is that the refrigerator wasn’t working, although we had a small refrigerator in the garage. There is no air conditioner. And several things were broken, the trash can, blinds, torn sheets, etc. I wish the house was cleaner when we arrived and the housekeeper showed up at 10:25am even though we had until 11 to check out

Overall, this property felt very worn and did not meet expectations for the price.The oven was completely non-functional for our entire stay, which significantly impacted our ability to use the kitchen as intended. The hot tub buttons were so worn that they were unreadable, making it difficult to operate. The dryer repeatedly displayed error messages, and there was no working ice maker.Beyond the appliance issues, the home showed considerable wear: dirty carpets, dinged and scuffed walls, and an overall tired, poorly maintained feel. For a property at this price point, we expected a much higher standard of upkeep and functionality.Unfortunately, these issues collectively detracted from our experience, and we would not choose this property again unless significant maintenance and updates are addressed.

We take these reports seriously and had the oven repaired by a vendor after your departure. We tested the dryer after your stay and it is working as it should. We do not advertise this home as having an ice maker, as there is no water line currently connected to the fridge. We will have our housekeeping and maintenance teams collaborate with the homeowner to address your cleanliness and wear-and-tear concerns, too. Wonderful home for family group

We all enjoyed our weekend in this Lincoln City home. It was clean, spacious and well stocked. It was a very stormy weekend, but with all the windows and views of the ocean we didn't feel boxed in. There were 8 adults and 7 kiddos and it did not feel crowded at all. The hot tub was really nice.

Wonderful Beach House

We travel every year to Lincoln City as part of a family tradition. We have stayed at a few other places but this house seem to check off everything on our list. It was also close to beach access and the casino. Everyone enjoyed this house!

Staff Retreat

I treated my preschool teacher staff to an end of the year beach retreat and we all loved staying at this home. It was clean, cozy, had a large kitchen which we all enjoyed cooking in. The hot tub was perfect, the views were gorgeous and there were plenty of beds for everyone! We had a blast!

Wonderful family birthday weekend

We had a wonderful weekend and the house fit all 13 of us well. It's a trails walk to the beach and the house has incredible views. The house is close to the grocery store and a quick drive to shops, restaurants and the casino. We will definitely recommend this property to friends.

Comfortable stay

We found the house to clean and well organized. Found everything we needed. The hot tub was a hit with the adults as well as the children. The views of the ocean from the house are breathtaking. And the beach is just a few steps away. Wish we could stay longer. Highly recommended!!

Girls getaway

The house was beautiful, and perfectly suited for our needs. There were issues with hot water in the downstairs shower. And also.. There were not a lot of forks, lol. That said though, it was the perfect amount of room for the group. Never felt crowded and the rooms were comfortable. And the ocean view was fantastic. We will definitely come back for another stay, since the aforementioned issues were very minor. We really enjoyed our stay!

The first impression was not great, water all over the kitchen floor. A loaner fridge, a small loaner fridge was in the garage. That was our only fridge. 70 aged ladies having to go down a few stairs to get to a fridge, in the garage, no handrail, that no one thought to turn on when it was delivered. We didn’t discover that until the next day with melted ice and ice cream. No soap in any of the bathrooms, only dish soap in kitchen. I understood everthing when I saw the for sale sign. No instructions on how to use the TV’s and the numerous remotes. Compare my picture below to the one online, quite different! Because I was the one in charge of securing this rental for our 41st year getting together it was quite stressful!! On a positive note everything was clean, beds good and lots of room as described! Overall disappointed especially when looking at the cost.

Disappointing

The location of this house is everything. It’s got a million $ view. It’s got room for 16 people so it’s perfect for large groups. The downside- when we checked in and unloaded our groceries we realized the fridge was 57 degrees. It seemed the power had gone out. It took over 24 hours for the fridge to come to temperature and we had to toss groceries for 16 people. It was a crazy 92 degree day at the coast (very rare) and the house has no ac so we went to use the fans provided only to discover they were all covered in a thick thick layer of dust. The windows screens were also covered with a thick layer of dust. The shower on the mail floor had visible mold growing in it. The vents on the airfilters around the home were also covered in dust. The comforter for the bed on the first floor was covered in hair and clearly has not been washed in a long time. The mattress protector has stains on it and needs to be washed. The towels which were suppose to be white where thin to the point of needed to be thrown out and they had a black hue to them. The kitchen lacked basic tools to cook with like a dry measuring cup. The toaster is missing the handles to put it down. For the price we paid to stay here we are deeply disappointed. It was absolutely filthy. Meredith Lodging sent a cleaner around 5pm on the night before we left to “clean” but this isn’t the kind of cleaning that can be done in a few hours. Sad to see a beautiful house looking like that.

We take your feedback seriously, and reached out to housekeeping and management with your comments. We are requesting a deep clean and inventory check of the home, and have refunded the cleaning fee. We know this cannot make up for your disappointment, but hope it is a step towards regaining your trust. Family Gathering for Wedding

Downstairs two bedrooms with bathrooms, kitchenette with living room has futon and couch bed, deck leads to spa and lower driveway. Main level bedroom and bathroom, living room, kitchen half bath, deck leads to amazing view of ocean, bbq available. Upstairs four twins, full bath and separate bedroom. Garage has ping pong table and air hockey table unable to play as lights in garage not working. Overall stay was great, would rent again.
