Venez vous détendre sous le chaud soleil du Texas lorsque vous planifiez votre prochaine escapade en bord de mer dans cette maison de South Padre Island. Récemment rénové et bénéficiant d'un emplacement privilégié à deux pas de la plage, vous pourrez vous détendre en toute élégance tout en explorant les attractions locales.

Situé sur les rivages ensoleillés qui embrassent le golfe du Mexique, vous ne serez pas obligé d'aller loin pour vous amuser.

Prenez une bière et dirigez-vous vers l'une des deux grandes terrasses couvertes pour vous détendre et profiter de la brise de l'océan.

Lorsque vient le moment de vous rendre, cet espace de trois chambres à coucher, trois salles de bain et demie peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes pour se détendre. Dans la suite principale, vous trouverez un lit king size avec plafond voûté et télévision à écran plat. La deuxième chambre dispose également d'un lit king size et d'un canapé-lit, tandis que la troisième chambre dispose de deux lits jumeaux.

Frappez la plage pour plonger dans une journée de pêche, ou pagayer dans les eaux bleu saphir sur un SUP loué. Préparez un cocktail au bar avant de vous rendre dans l'un des restaurants à proximité.

Le centre de conventions, le centre de sauvetage des tortues de mer et le musée écologique de la ville sont à une courte distance. Wana Wana Beach Bar and Grill est à distance de marche de la plage.

Nous avons également un capitaine maintenu 42 'Riviera Sport Boat de pêche pour la charte. La meilleure pêche se fait entre les crevettiers de la mi-juillet à l’automne. 1 950 $ par journée complète. Soirée croisière au coucher du soleil / Booze pour 750 $.

Short stay BUT will Come Back!

Where do you begin? This place showcases a great view, great amenities and a perfect part of the island. The weekend getaway was perfect due to this rental. I could go on and on…. Looking forward to booking this place again and soon!

Beautiful view and home.

The home is very nice, the view of the ocean is amazing. We had a wonderful stay. The host responded quickly when I had a question. The internet did go out for one evening, but I believe it was due to the Tropical Storm.

Nice Getaway

Ive stayed at several properties in SPI and i really enjoyed this one. The house was clean, no issues with any appliances. The view was beautiful and the pictures were exactly what I expected. I will definitely be staying here again.

A true beach house

We stayed Easter weekend with family and it accommodated everyone nicely. I brought my own portable charcoal grill and speaker for a family BBQ. Its also pet friendly. Make sure you get a bag of ice from the store if your planning to have a get together or for drinks. We'll be back soon.

Great townhome

We had a wonderful vacation staying in this beautiful townhome. It has everything you could need and more. The best thing if the gorgeous view and the beachfront location. Also loved that we could bring our small dog along. We did have a problem with the tv in the living room area but contacted the owner and the next day someone arrived with a brand new tv. Couldn't have been happier. Enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to anyone.

Great location, spacious home

Nice size home, plenty of living space. Great location on beach. House very well stocked. Would stay there again. Only thing I'd mention is there was no grill and no ice machine/water (in fridge). They did have a small ice maker, but with 4 adults and beverages it couldn't keep up with us.

Great location but outdated property

Property is outdated. It feels as if there is a lack of interest in the regular maintenance of the property. Several items need attention: 1. Downstairs bedroom sliding door doesn't lock, anyone can walk right in from the outside 2. There's a puddle of oil in the garage, our kid almost fell on his head if we didn't catch him in time . 3. Half bath door near kitchen doesn't lock. 4. Mattresses very springy, worse than motel 6 quality. One of the bed downstairs had cigarette burn and pillows had some yellow stain. 2. Check in process is a mystery, never got the email on lockbox code, had to text the property manager several times and call before I finally got a hold of them. Overall the quality doesn't add up to the price. We probably will not stay here again.

Descent Place, for the price I expected more

Check-in and Check-out was super smooth. Condo was clean. The bed upstairs is absolutely awful. We did not sleep well. The weather was cold so that kept us in the Condo most of the time. The location is good, I just expected more for the money. The Condo is very outdated and there are some issues with the flooring upstairs. The pictures on the website are old and do not represent what the condo looks like now.

Excellent location and large, comfy home

The location is excellent, the house can comfortably accommodate a large and/or multi-generational family, giving everyone privacy when they want it, and also comfy spaces to get together as friends and family. The kitchen is large and very well equipped. I was somewhat surprised, however, with the old condition of some areas of the home, particularly given the very high price point of the rental. The bathrooms are pretty outdated, circa 80s/90s, and some fixtures were broken/worn down. Carpets in some of the bedrooms are stained. The mattress in the downstairs main bedroom was low quality, which again for this high price point was not acceptable. The location is great, there is a superb fresh fish market (Hooked on Seafood) a two block walk away and a small grocery store one block away - everything you need to make ceviche and/or cook fresh seafood. Wanna Wanna is a nice casual place on the beach, a 10 minute beach walk from the home. We were there during Easter break, and we were surprised that even during this peak time there were very few people on the beach in front of the home, so it is a pretty private area.

Great birthday celebration

As soon as you enter the property you are impressed with all the accessories available to enjoy the outdoors and that is just in the garage; once you enter you admire its beautifully decorated space and spacious rooms. Once you go upstairs the view just takes your breath away. This is a stunning property and even though it was very cold during our stay having such a beautiful comfortable home made it a great vacation. I can’t wait to stay here again and enjoy beach life.

Gorgeous beachfront home!!

This was a gorgeous beachfront home in a perfect location on South Padre Island. We had the most INCREDIBLE views from the balcony and patio, and the house is literally on the beach. The home itself is beautiful with high ceilings and spacious bedrooms. It was well stocked with dishes, utensils, seasonings and spices, towels, as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, beach toys in the garage! The home is a little older and needs minor Maintainence (a few floor boards need repair, some staining on carpets, the downstairs bathroom had a fractured faucet, the doors were sometimes hard to lock and unlock, etc). But none of those things affected our stay at all!!!! We really enjoyed every minute of it and were grateful to stay in a safe, beautiful and clean vacation home during the pandemic.

Wonderful family vacation spot!

The townhome was beautiful with super easy access to the beach. Hearing the ocean right outside the bedroom doors was the best part. Relaxing and fun for the whole family! Highly recommended to all!

Very generous owners!

The house was as expected, but we were shocked to find how much the owners left open for guest use! The garage is full of beach toys, chairs, etc. And the cabinets and frig have a good amount of seasonings, etc. Highly recommend!

Steps Away from the Gulf

I honestly had no idea that the back patio was only about 100 yards from the Gulf at low tide. You are so close to the water! And that turned out to be a life saver with us traveling with our toddler. The house is as-pictured. Kitchen is stocked and everything is in working order. We had to do a good bit of baby-proofing but the owner was kind enough to provide a couple baby gates. We situated one gate at the top of the stairs and made the second floor our main living space. We spent 10 days in the home and had a great time. The permanent neighbors were friendly and hospitable. The neighborhood was relatively quiet. We had no safety concerns. The only inconvenience we had was the step down from the dune to the beach and then the step back up with your hands full is tough to navigate. It's probably a 30" drop off but hopefully that will fill back in with time. I would highly recommend the townhouse!

Nicely equipped kitchen and beach toys

Well stocked kitchen. The only downside was the freezer where a couple of shelves were missing shelf holders so could not be used. That was not a problem for us. The ice maker in the door did not work so you had to reach into the freezer for ice. Again that was not a problem for us. I liked the two types of coffee pots (k cups) and drip. I liked that there were multiple skillets and pans to cook anything during the stay. We did cook every meal on our 4 night stay. The beach is a step outside the back which was super convenient. I wish the patio would have been cleaner, but sand is everywhere so understandable. The beach toys were plenty and has beach chairs to use along with bicycles to use. I liked the neighborhood and we did walk a bit. Overall a good experience and enjoyed our stay. The small things that were not working really didn’t hinder our plans or cause any issues. I would stay at this property again.

Townhouse Review

Excellent location, house design, beach access, kitchen accessories. Only a couple of comments: For a rental in this price range: 1. Main floor powder room toilet backed up twice while we were there. This was a known problem as there was a very small, inadequate plunger and plastic bags on top of the toilet, and significant water damage to the floor outside the bathroom door. A known issue like this should be fixed. 2. Refrigerator is a bit tired. Many of the shelves no longer can hold items. You put a couple items on them, then they crash to the floor. Dispensers don't work, etc. 3. Nice RO system in place that doesn't work. Local water treatment result in very high sodium content in the local water, so it would be nice if the RO system worked. Seemingly small items, but at over $3000/week one would rather not deal with these types of maintenance issues. That said, we will consider using this property next year if we return to SPI

Comfortable Oceanfront Get away

We were seeking a quiet and relaxing place to celebrate my husbands birthday. This beach house was perfect. The Balcony’s were lovely to enjoy the beautiful view. Our girls enjoyed sleeping on the upper level listening to ocean waves all night. Rooms were spacious and accommodating and great that each had a bathroom. The house includes bath, beach towels, and sheets, as well as beach chairs. The best part was being steps away from being beach bound. Convenient. It was fun to have beach bikes to cruise around too. We would definitely rent here again and recommend to others. *Funny we had friends that we spoke to that had also previously stayed here and loved it too. Thank you to all involved in making this home a worthwhile place to stay.
