Let 200 W. Cora Lee be your own private oasis! This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom private home comfortably sleeps 14 guests. The second level of the home entails the living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with beautiful stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with pots, pans and cookware needed to make delicious home cooked meals! The living room is equipped with a comfortable sectional sofa overlooking the open concept dining area and large flat screen Smart TV. Just off the living room is a 2nd floor South facing balcony where you and your guests can enjoy morning coffee, or just soak up the sun while enjoying the ocean breeze!

Also located on the 2nd floor are the 1st and 2nd guest bedrooms. The first queen bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and has access to a shared bathroom. The second queen bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and twin bunk bed. This room also has access to a shared bathroom.
The shared bathroom has a combination bathtub and shower, as well as a large vanity sink. Upstairs on the 3rd level of the home is the Master bedroom. The master entails a Queen size bed, attached bathroom and has access to a private east facing balcony. The attached bathroom features a walk-in shower and large vanity area, as well as a large walk-in closet. Back on the ground floor, you will find the 4th guest bedroom which includes a media space with a large flat screen Smart TV and ping pong table. The room is equipped with two sets of full over full size bunk beds that can accommodate 8 guests total. The room also has a washer and dryer and is just next to a full shared bathroom with shower.

Take a short 5-minute walk to the beach and spend the day playing in the waves, building sand castles and soaking up the warm Texas sun! Or cool off in your very own private sparkling pool!

Much needed rest! This property was amazing!

Amazing Vacations

Love This Place

My family and I had an awesome time at this place! The house is beautiful and very clean! Kids loved the game room and pool. It's also conveniently located to tons of fun bars and restaurants. We're definitely looking forward to staying here again soon!

Nice home

Me and my wife had an amazing time here. The house is obviously well kept and the pool is absolutely amazing. It's right by the beach, the neighborhood is quiet, and everything we needed and more was provided. Also if you are looking for a nice place to eat we loved black beards! We will back here again soon.

Thanksgiving vacation

Our stay at 200 W Cora Lee was awesome. Very clean home. The kids enjoyed the game room. Had trouble with Wi-Fi and called the office; within 20 minutes someone came to fix the problem. The pool was sparkling clean and also it was quite cold, the kids had fun doing “polar bear plunges”.

Beautiful, Amazing home with Pool

This house is beautiful, spacious and the décor is wonderful. It is literally 2 blocks from the beach and two blocks to the main street where the shops and stores are located. The back yard has a pool, patio and bbq grill it's a quiet oasis for the weary. The neighborhood is beautiful for evening strolls. This house is really a wonderful get away year around. I really enjoyed my mini working/vacation.

Nice and relaxing pool

Nice house very spacious though needs some updating; old gold shower/tub doors; broken floor planks; dirty sofa (family itchy after seating on it) found dog hair. Our 2 teens loved the ping pong table and bunk beds. All bedding was clean. Kitchen fully equipped. Good location with access to main strip. Everyone loved the pool. Thank you.

This place was very nice and priced accordingly, everything is in walking distance, there was a mini grocery store 5 min walk away and a coffee shop 5 min walk away! The beach was a 7 min walk and there was a cross walk for the Main Street, the house has everything you would need, many beds for large families, a large dinner table and a large living room with multiple balconies that receive good wind and little sun! Perfect for morning tea! The neighborhood was quiet and people are friendly! The pool was the perfect size and the outdoor patio was great, it can seat a large family! 10/10 I would go back

Girls Trip

Amazing house with plenty of space for 7 ladies to sleep comfortably, get ready for nights out, fully stocked kitchen to make yummy meals. We spent lots of time in the pool, grilling and playing games in the patio. The game room was a huge plus, played ping pong, while others slept and didn't hear the fun had by others. Worked a few days, wifi was fast. Walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Communication with host was always great, received immediate response to questions. Planning on going back soon.

Girls get away!

Three of us ladies needed a get away ! So we found this place and it was the most amazing place. The decor is so relaxing , the furniture so beautiful and comfortable. The beds were so comfortable to sleep on . The kitchen is beautiful every thing is new and excellent quality . The stairs have a railing for safety and oh my ! the pool was heaven sent for us ladies , we were in it at least once a day if not twice, so relaxing. The beach is beautiful and so close to the house. Our Four days there were awesome 👏 we're going back soon 😊

I have stayed at multiple locations out at South Padre and this has by far been the best. The location was excellent, perfect distance to just get up and walk to the beach. In addition, the house itself was simply pristine. Super clean with an amazing set up. The game room provided us with much entertainment, especially the ping pong table. Even the pool was great for the whole family when we didn't want to waste our time dragging everyone to the beach. The house had everything we needed. From cutlery, to towels, and even space. We never felt crowded and had a great time at this house. We will definitely be returning.

House for 10+ guests, a bit worn out

The first impression was not good: dirty outside area, dark, windowless playroom where the garage used to be, dirty stairs, dirty living room. The upholstery is old and has many stains. The wooden floor on the second floor is defective in many places. The large balcony on the 1st floor is unusable and dingy. When we called SPI Rentals they brought a vacuum cleaner. But we had to clean it ourselves. Afterwards we also saw the good sides: large, clean pool. Clean bedrooms with good beds. Quite well-equipped kitchen. Good location. You can see everywhere that the owner hasn't wanted to invest anything for years.

Needs a thorough update

Place was dirty, mold above kitchen stove, sink in bathroom on floor 2 didn’t work, had to get new pans as old ones Teflon was flaking, Furniture broken. Multiple call to office to fix things throughout our stay. Floor coming apart and held together but scotch tape. Only goods to the stay is the A/C works great and pool was great. Outside of that beware!!!!

Home Condition

The house was in disarray with building materials and ladders all over property. Interior in extremely poor condition with multiple liability concerns. I've receives no response to my emails and photos sent. Very disappointing.

Duct taped vinyl floor planks across the main (second) floor were hard to overcome. They were in the kitchen and dining room with visible water damage in other areas in the third and second floor. From a kitchen necessity standpoint - it was pretty well stocked. However, baking sheets would be a great add considering the oven had a burnt smell when it turned on likely due to drippings from people cooking without a baking sheet. Ultimately, the pool was great and the AC worked so the house with quick access to the beach so the house served it's purpose but I do not believe that the pictures and the description ultimately matched the condition of the home. Of note, there are bunkbeds in one of the secondary rooms not pictured and the "hobbit closet" off the main room does not have beds as shown so do not count on those pictures being correct when booking.

1st the of all 3rd floor bedroom was extremely hot. Patio doors would not open and close properly.

I’ve been renting in SPI for almost 15 years. This property needs a lot of improvements. If you want on email near water you can walk on this is not the place. Only for sleeping if you can sleep in the heat. Stairs in the inside were bad poorly done. Bay side and you can not walk on beach no access. Kitchen super tiny.
