Pool Maintenance Notice

Please note that pool heating is unavailable from May through November, as the warmer weather typically keeps the water at a comfortable temperature.

A pool technician will visit every Monday and Friday (June to September) and every Friday during off peak months for routine cleaning and maintenance. Visits are brief and carried out with minimal disturbance so you can continue enjoying your stay.

• Island Metro (Free City Shuttle): The island's official fare-free public bus runs daily (7:00 AM – 9:00 PM) up and down Padre Blvd. Buses feature bike racks, free Wi-Fi, ADA wheelchair lifts, and stop right at major spots including Sea Turtle Inc. and the Birding Center. Track live schedules using the TransLoc bus app.

• On Foot: Central dining, cafés, local shops, and the beach are all within a 2 to 5-minute stroll.

• Biking & Golf Carts: The island is extremely bike and cart-friendly, with rentals (cruisers, e-bikes, and street-legal golf carts) available throughout Padre Blvd.

• Rideshare & Taxis: Uber and Lyft operate locally on the island. For late-night rides (after Metro hours at 9:00 PM) or guaranteed airport transfers, local cab companies (such as A Cab, B.B.’s Taxi, and JJ's Taxi) are readily available.

• Water Taxis & Bay Cruises: Bayside operators out of the local marinas offer daily dolphin watch tours, sunset cruises, and water transport across Laguna Madre.

• This multi-level property requires 1 step to enter. 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms are located on the 1st floor, while the remaining bedrooms are on the 2nd floor

• Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 exterior security camera located at the front entrance, facing outwards toward the driveway, a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera located at the back door facing the back door entrance, and a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera is located at the side entrance facing the side door entrance. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion while guests are in residence

• The pool takes a summer break from heating during the warmer months (May until November). Don’t worry though — the sunshine usually does the trick! If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help.

Pet Friendly:

• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of $59 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.



Additional Services:

• Pool heating is available upon request and is not included in the booking price. The fee is $20/night with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• The BBQ grill is ready for you to enjoy at no extra cost!

• Would you like a Pack ‘N Play crib and high chair for your stay? Just let us know in advance, and we’ll have it ready for you at no additional cost!

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



House Rules

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

5. Please be advised that the reservation must be made by someone who is at least 21 years of age.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
