- Biking & Golf Carts – Rent a bike or a golf cart for a fun and convenient way to cruise around town. Several rental shops are nearby.

- Walking – Many restaurants, shops, and beach access points are within walking distance, making it easy to explore on foot.

- Rideshare & Taxis – Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are available if you prefer a quick and easy ride.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• This multi-level property requires 1 step to enter. 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms are located on the 1st floor, while the remaining bedrooms are on the 2nd floor

• Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 exterior security camera located at the front entrance, facing outwards toward the driveway, a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera located at the back door facing the back door entrance, and a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera is located at the side entrance facing the side door entrance. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion while guests are in residence

• The pool takes a summer break from heating during the warmer months (May until August). Don’t worry though — the sunshine usually does the trick! If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help.

• Please be advised that the reservation must be made by someone who is at least 21 years of age.



Additional Services:

• The BBQ grill is ready for you to enjoy at no extra cost!

• Would you like a Pack ‘N Play crib and high chair for your stay? Just let us know in advance, and we’ll have it ready for you at no additional cost!

• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $20/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating requires 24 hrs advance notice.

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



Pet Friendly:

• Pets less than 60lbs. are very welcome at our home (maximum of 2 pets )

• A pet fee of $100/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $50 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.



House Rules

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

5. Please be advised that the reservation must be made by someone who is at least 21 years of age.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
