Cette maison de vacances européenne a toujours été appréciée et mise à jour. Le plancher très lumineux et ouvert s'écoule vers la piscine et s'ouvre sur une vue à couper le souffle sur le canal. Vous pourrez profiter de superbes couchers de soleil ici. Le design intérieur est moderne et a beaucoup de décorations amusantes et d'objets de collection donnant à cette maison une sensation colorée heureuse. Vous profiterez d'une piscine d'eau salée chauffée et de nombreux espaces de détente au bord de la piscine ou d'une terrasse supplémentaire à l'extérieur. Les salles de bains et la cuisine ont été rénovées et il y a un nouveau chauffe-eau et climatisation. Super quartier calme au coeur de Cape Coral!

Stayed here 2 weeks on vacation. Pros: They allowed early check in, the backyard/pool and covered patio was the best thing about the house.Cons: Upon arrival I had to clean the refrigerator, microwave and counters (it appeared that sugar or something had spilled on the counters and hardened - we later found a torn bag of sugar in the cabinet). One of the toilets was dirty and the floors were not super clean. We did share this with the property manager when we had a "check in appointment" the day after we arrived. Overall, it was fine, but the house is super outdated and just has a dirty feeling to it. The walls, baseboards and moldings around the doors are scuffed and dirty and there's lots of nail holes in the walls and the 2 leather recliners need wiping down - visible dirt on them. The master bed didn't have a king duvet cover on it, but had 2 single duvet's with thin coverlets inside and they were on the bed overlapped- weird. Why not just get a king duvet and insert? Anyway, it's fine if maybe you're a group of guys that don't care about those little details, but I do.

Lovely outside space

We enjoyed our stay and used the pool and spa a lot. The outside space is excellent, the pool and spa heating is easy to use and efficient. We saw manatees in the canal out the back of the house and enjoyed superb sunsets from the westerly setting.The house is just off Del Prado making it very easy to access all the shops and restaurants around Cape Coral and Fort Myers.

Wonderful vacation home on canal

We stayed for 5 weeks and the house was perfect for our needs. The managers were very helpful with answering our questions and anything that came up. Great location on the canal with beautiful sunset views. Nice neighborhood for walking and close to everything. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well kept. We found the beds and lounge chairs to be very comfortable. Hope we will be able to come back again!

Extra charges and entered while we were out

My husband and I rented this room for the week from Sunday to Sunday and we left on Wednesday after the property manager came in while we were not there and put blinds up. They had told us they were coming on Thursday and they came Wednesday while we were out.! Initially upon renting the property. They failed to inform us that the pool was broken and when I complained, they kind of fixed it, but left it dirty . Also, they made my husband sign a piece of paper, saying that we were going to be responsible for extra charges on the electric bill! I have rented many homes in the past and this is the first one that told us that we would be responsible for extra charges if we went over a certain amount of usage!

It is a nice house and quiet neighborhood. Had alot of fun fishing the canal from the boat dock. Management company was very attentive and nice. Would definitely rent again.

Vacation Get Away!

This vacation get away is centrally located to beaches, museums and good restaurants. It was just perfect! The home on the canal was quite, very clean and the sunsets were beautiful! We so enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. I do not want to leave, but I will be back! If we had any questions about the home or the area, the management staff was quick to respond.

Very nice experience

Overall, a very nice place to stay. I only questioned why we had to pay extra for electricity. It was not stated anywhere during booking and only brought up during check in with the property manager. That was the only negative of the stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay here!

Great vacation

House was beautiful and in a great location only about 20 minutes to Fort Myers Beach. The property managers were wonderful and quick to answer any questions we had. Best part was that we were able to watch the July 4th spectacular firework show from the pool.

Relaxing ,breathtaking views

We really enjoyed this property ! It was very clean and relaxing! We swam in the heated pool every morning and night after we came in from a relaxing dinner!!Beautiful views of the sunsets with a long view of the canal .Don’t miss Sanibel island !! You’ll swim with dolphins and manatees! Thanks Micheal for sharing your beautiful property with us. PS Ft Myers snd Naples are a good day trip from this beautiful property!!

Rapanui property is perfect!

The property was everything we wanted for our FL vacation! We rented a boat for 3 days while we were there and the dock was perfect to tie the boat up at night. Fishing off the dock was pretty good also. The Mexican place right across the street is awesome also!

This home was absolutely perfect !!

We spent most of our time, while at the home, around the pool area. This house has everything we needed. The area was very nice - a bonus was to walk each morning to the nearby Dunkin Donuts for coffee. Highly recommend this property! The home owner was very responsive, and the property manager, Anja, went above and beyond in recommending local restaurants and shopping. We are planning our next trip back!

Loved this property!

What can I say about this house, we loved it! House was super clean, size was great. We had some company, and they loved it too. We had no problems. Once the hot tub went out, and they came and fixed it, tripped the circuit breaker! A new garage was built prior to our stay, and one day the roofers were there, so it was a tad noisy, but that was all. Property managers were wonderful, we loved our time there, but we had to cut it short by 9 days due to Covid-19. We wanted to book again for next year, but someone else got it first. I would recommend this house, location is ideal. Sunsets were spectacular sitting in a chair inside the lanai with a glass of wine and my camera was a regular occurence! If you have a chance to book this property, do it, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful sunsets and property! Easy access to so many great day trips, but could come back to our own quiet, relaxing place. All four of us loved it.

Beautiful!!

Our stay at Villa Rapanui was wonderful!! Now I’m not good at describing decor, but I’d say the Villa itself is decorated and furnished in such a fun colorful IKEA/travel sort of way!! Just like the pictures show! It was immaculately clean, and everything you’d need was provided just bring your toiletries and food. The screened in solar heated pool was absolutely amazing specially knowing it’s in such a private area. The canal the runs behind the house makes it feel extra calm and relaxing and it’s fun to go out there and have coffee in the morning and watch the fish jump out of the water or sit at the tiki bar at night listen to the crickets. You can watch pretty sunsets right from the pool. They have a grill available which we didn’t use. They also have a hot tub that unfortunately wasn’t working during our trip but that wasn’t a problem for us. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and close to many fun beaches and great restaurants. Also grocery and gas stations are all a quick 5-10 minute drive away. The property managers are also very welcoming and kind and met us the first day to make sure everything was okay and also to let us know about the electricity policy, which allows plenty of electric usage, and then met us the last day to make sure we had a great time. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. It’s exactly the perfect relaxing getaway we needed!!! Thank you!!!

Beautiful home!!!!

Beautiful home with great views of the canal and sunset. Very peaceful and relaxing with all needed amenities one can ask for in a vacation. House was very modern and well maintained. Kids enjoyed the pool and had a great time fishing at canal. Michael, the owner was very responsive and the property managers were very helpful and friendly and ensured we had a comfortable vacation. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!!!

Great place but!

This was a great location and very clean. Also was easy to keep clean. The parking was good for two cars. Everything needed to be was there for us. Perfect sunsets. The only problems were there very few channels on the TV. No sports channels at all. I like Formula 1 Racing and Golf. Had to go out to a sports bar to see them. Being in my 70's not my cup of tea. The first place I have rented in the last 10 years that didn't provide this service. All in all yes I would rent this place again. Also, there were no sheets on the beds and had to look for them. Found them!

Very nice property

We were very happy with the property with only one issue. The hot tub was only usable for 1 day of 7 day stay. On the 5th day of our stay the property manager offered to drain the hot tub and put in new water. This would not have helped us as we only had 2 days left and it could never have been fixed and heated in that amount of time. The property was lovely and well worth the $$. We feel the management company could have handled this issue in a more timely manner. We were not compensated in any way for this inconvenience. We would however return as we liked the rest of the accommodations.

Amazing Vacation Home !

We had a fantastic time staying here. The beds were comfortable and the home had anything you could need when you're on vacation. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching the fish jump in the canal. The home was very clean inside and out as well. This house is great for both indoor and outdoor living.
